ture i am kinda happy for it to be like that. i just hope it does the book justice though. i think they spoiled too much with that new trailer.

In regards to the new trailer, I think it'd be more understandable if they had less spoilers in it if the book had just been released in the past year and a half or so, but it was released nearly three years ago, and I think the majority of people already know how it ends if they haven't read it already. Though, in the new trailer, I think there's still quite a few really big plot points that they don't really even touch on, so there's still a really decent bit of secrecy around it all, in my opinion.

Meh. While the books were awesome, the movies have been at best mediocre. I'd like to see it, eventually, but it's not something that I'd get super excited for (like, say, Toy Story III)

Don't they just get married and get pregnant and fight things the whole time and then prance off into the sparkling sunset with their kid Rutamessabaga in the end?
