Permits?

When you turn 16, you take a computer test and you get your L/learners license (I hate that word too. Stupid c's and s's) which means you can drive with a licensed adult. After a year, you take a driving test with a person and get your N/new driver's license. With this you can drive alone, but only with one person who isn't family. After two years, you take another test with a person and you're free.
