The grass texture is very effective, however it is very dark. With the amount of sun the mountains in the background are getting, and the lack of clouds, there should be much more sunlight on the grass, and Takua. Also Takua should be casting a more visible shadow.

I thought Takua was standing the shadow of a mountain.And WOW is that a realistic picture! I know the mountains are a picture of the real thing, but you nicely fit Takua into the scene! He looks so real I want to hug him!

Oh hey, I recognize you from Miraka's comics!I thought you might like some feedback on your comics from a new reader. The backgrounds aren't confusing or cluttered, which makes the comics very easy to read. Of the ones released so far, I think my favorite strip is when Dr. Giggles is outside and the sun shines on him.

The UV in the sun's rays fade the color. Normal light bulbs don't have those rays, only special bulbs for reptiles so they can still bask in UV rays in an aquarium (I know because I have five reptiles <3). But like many others are saying, I would worry about heat. And me personally, I would worry about dust

Dude, that IS a menacing Makuta! I love how you positioned the wings over his shoulders, and how you constructed his face/mask. His colors are nice, and the red evenly spread throughout the whole figure is nice. It looks very menacing, indeed!The only critisism I have is that the vertical axels behind his "ankles" look just a bit out of place, but I wouldn't know how to make it better.
