  1. So, we all know that in each generation of Bionicle, there has been different website designs, with different games and features. But which was your favourite? My favourite was the early Barraki website.I first discovered it when I was about 8 or something. I was roaming around the Lego website when I noticed it. Curious, I went in on it. Not sure how I got there, but IIRC, it was hidden or something.Cue my 8-year-old self being scared to heck by the old mini-game where you shine around a flashlight underwater as Barraki fly at your face and screech. I remember how much it made me jump. No-one else here ever seems to mention it, though, which is weird.
  2. My favourites were the Toa Metru for the Matoran capsules, Bohrok for hanging upside down, Mahri because they looked cool and the back looked great, Barraki for the unusual shape and cool design, Inika because they housed the weapons (that glowed!), and the Nuva ones because of nostalgia.I have a lot of favourites, but Lego seems to pay special attention to making cool canisters, so there.
  3. Considering my often-lengthy random hiatuses, I never really thought I did fit in.There'll always be little memes and jokes I just don't get. I've never really had any friends on this forum, either.Which is, funnily enough, an inversion of how I am on another forum. Kinda.I've always wanted to contribute to the creative outlet, perhaps in the literary way. But I've never had the time to.
  4. IC: Dermius The boat wasn't anything special. Nicely enough, it was inconspicuous. It wasn't too dirty, or very clean, but it was all he needed, and that was good enough. It was cheap, at least. Though he hadn't had much need for money at the moment. He was an assassin - he'd killed too many people to retire. He enjoyed this, wandering the land looking for work.He had just woken up when a crew member called for him to the deck."Hey! You awake down there? We're nearly there. Just have to set down now." Dermius grunted and stood up, tapping the lightstone on the shabby desk next to his bed. He put on his cloak, put his weapons in their appropriate scabbards and fixings and went upstairs."There it is, sir. Xa-Koro, just like you wanted. Not much of a place, mind you. Unsavoury, I think is the word."The ship set down, and the assassin stepped off onto the beach.
  5. May be some small problems in weaponry on this one, but I dunno. This is my first. [*]Appearance: Tall, black and silver, with medium armour. Wears a big black cloak covering most of his body a lot of the time. He has silvery-white eyes, five-digit hands (one thumb, four fingers)[*]Weakness(es): His average armouring means he cannot resist heavy blows very well. Not completely suited to combat with multiple foes - He is an assassin, and only really used to one-on-one.[*]Name: Dermius[*]Species: Miscellaneous/unknown. Generally looks like a Toa, but taller, and without the moral code. Was once a Matoran of magnetism.[*]Gender: Male[*]Powers and/or weapons: A dagger, a longsword and shortsword, along with a crossbow-like weapon (slightly stronger than a bow - nothing overpowered here). Uses a Kanohi Shelek/Mask of Silence, half black, half silver. (like Chirox) Athletic and stealthy. Good with a sword.[*]Alignment: Neutral. Works for the Order of Mata Nui at times.[*]Personality and history: Originally a solitary Matoran, but a chance encounter with energized protodermis turned him into a tall, Toa-like being, retaining his intelligence and personality and increasing his physical ability. He is generally a quiet, solitary person, and has no qualms with killing. He works as a skilled assassin-for-hire, often taking jobs from the OOMN. He came to the island in search of adventure, and possible jobs.[*]Other: Not entirely sure whether he'd be allowed the crossbow, but it's not exactly technologically advanced or all that powerful.
  6. When I saw this, I immediately thought someone had looked at my sig and taken that into consideration.
  7. First set I ever bought was Tahu Nuva. Sadly he's now resting in various pieces in various boxes up in my attic, probably.I particularly remember putting him on his surfboard when I was 5 and flying him around the playground while my mum picked up my older sister. Those were the days. .__.
  8. Yes, but that applies to all fruit that are not oranges. What colour was the canceled eleventy-billion-millionth Toa in the classic team?
  9. Some Doctor I don't recognize who is srs bsns on a green background. As for next poster, if it turns out that my precious custom-made avatar is gone because of the site change I will be angry.
  10. Nice to see another AC player around here!
