Hi BZPers! I'm sure everyone knows Pokemon here. So I decided, months ago, to MOC as many Pokemons as possible. Way back in August, my first PokeMOC was Volcarona, now taken apart. And a few days ago, my second was Unown S.Volcarona PictureOfficial artworkPokedex Number: #637Type: Bug/FireSpecie: Sun PokemonEvolution of Larvesta.PokeMOC Number: #1UnownPictureOfficial artworkPokedex Number: #201Type: PsychicSpecie: Symbol PokemonPokeMOC Number: #2So, thoughts? More are coming, but I don't know when.

Red MiruDark Gold KraahkanGolden AkakuSparkly AvohkiiSilver KakamaPurple Pakari (I've got two of these)Teal KakamaTrans-Black KaukauHmm... I think it's all.
Really? I have it too, so... yay.The light blue Great Rau isn't rare exactly but it was only included in very early releases of the Dalu set which makes it somewhat harder to find than the dark blue variant.

Chapter 15: Lol. Jerbraz was a good addition to the comedy. This quote was hilarious:
What happened to Onua was funny. It'd be great to see him attacking everyone in an upcoming chapter. And it's cool to learn what happens to destroyed sets.Chapter 16: Wow, Brutaka is really a tyrant. I like how he shoots everyone for various reasons. Wait, Kongu was named "Kongu Inika" but Nuparu wasn't; does that mean Nuparu is in Mahri form?Overall, good job. Keep writing!Gali: You think very highly of yourself. You shouldn’t do that.Jerbraz: You shouldn’t tell me what I shouldn’t do, missy. Remember that I’m invisible and can just cut your head clean off.Gali: You shouldn’t do that, either. Can’t you be reasonable for once?Jerbraz: Oh, I most certainly can! Gali’s head: *goes flying off*

Thanks. I might try with Surge, Bulk and Splitface as I was planning to, but it will take so much time...much needed revamps. i must say you did it good. i especially like the legs on toxic reapa. i give them all 10/10. i hope to see more
Thanks Ehlekdude! I agree Rocka is kinda hotheaded but I didn't notice I made him ferocious. Ah, animal masks... The wish of using those neon green globes was what started the Reapa Revamp MOC.Nex: The way he is showing off his claw there in the pose looks really awesome. The arms and legs are good, but the torso is fine from the back, but not so much from the front, a bit too T-shaped. Still, 8.5/10Rocka: Again with the pose you captured the personality of your revamp. That guy looks just furious, like he's gonna pick up his enemy, slam him against the ground, shoot his Thornax at him and stomp on him until he's dust. This amount of personality makes this guy great, the Inika torso works well. 9/10Reapa: Definately the best of them, this guy has an awesome bulky torso, nice legs and great-looking tanks on his arms. He looks like himself in official set version, the grumpiness is a bit smaller though because he is taller. 10/10 on this guy.
Thanks! You might well be right about those Carapar armor pieces. I just thought they suited the color scheme.Much better than the actual sets. My favorite revamp is Toxic Reapa, mainly because of that awesome torso.Rocka could be a little better, though. I don't think those Carapar armor pieces look good on him.
Thanks. It's my second MOC that uses Noble Huna's in that way. Hmm, I see what you mean about the claw, but if I use something shorter it might then look like Rocka's lion claw. It's not that easy.
I agree. Your best work is probably Nex. Your use of the noble Huna was original, and I like your upgrade to the claw. the claw seems a little long though, I'd suggest using a different piece. Reapa was good, but I've never really liked Toxic Reapa.-BaneMuch better than the actual sets. My favorite revamp is Toxic Reapa, mainly because of that awesome torso.Rocka could be a little better, though. I don't think those Carapar armor pieces look good on him.

Yay, orange cores. This is a really cool MOC. The legs are probably my favorite part. I always liked colored Bionicle blades, and you used three in this MOC, the orange Lehrak staff and the red Matau blades. They look good there. The fins look rather like a back ornament and they're epic. The only flaw would be the gap between the Stars armor piece and the Inika lower leg on each leg, but it's not a big flaw. This guy somewhat reminds me of Reshiram. Good job!

Happy Easter day everyone! I'm going to show three MOCs I've made several weeks ago. Those are Hero Factory Revamps. Nex 3.5, Rocka 3.5 and Toxic Reapa.NexPoseBackWith this MOC, I continued my idea of armoring HF bones with Bionicle parts as seen in Cascade 5.0. I made it just after getting the Nex 3.0 set.RockaPoseBackSo yeah, I tried doing the same thing I did with Nex.Toxic ReapaPoseBody viewBackReminds me of TumaEnjoy. His lower legs are no longer skinny.Group shotC&C welcomed.

Personally, hearing the TARDIS sound and the Doctor saying "the others", I thought it could be the other Time Lords, or all his previous incarnations since the room had the number 11.One interesting thing. What do you suppose the Doctor saw in his room in The God Complex? My money's on either himself (no-one does self-loathing quite like a Time Lord) or a line-up of everyone he's ever failed to save.
-
My favorite canisters would be the Mata and Metru canisters. Just because they have some part in the storyline. And they can be used in MOCs, like Mahri canisters. My least favorite would probably be the Mistika (so hard to open) and Phantoka (they're kinda useless).

So here is my first PBZP of 2012. And my first request since around ten months, due to the Downtime, my late return, etc. This is for Tahoo. He requested a tall, black and silver dude with a cape, a sword and a mechanical arm. Hope he'll like it.http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/MCMoi/Bionicle/PBZP/Tahoo/000_0002.jpghttp://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/MCMoi/Bionicle/PBZP/Tahoo/000_0004.jpgYeeees, I used a non-Lego sword that looked cool and matched the MOC's black/heroic fantasy look. I don 't know where it's from. It may be Megablocks. Anyway, it has a hole at the handle's end that is perfectly designed for Lego pins. Look.Anyway, this sword helped Tahoo to defeat a Shieldask.http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/MCMoi/Bionicle/PBZP/Tahoo/000_0014.jpgFrontBackI fixed the cape with studed axlesLeg detailEnjoy. Same as The Smoke Monster. I miss the story. I'd like some new serial chapters.

Thanks, here is the next chapter...Chapter 10: Time Paradox----------Part 1---------Tahu: Since days that I'm walking on this desertic land, I still haven't reached the city.Narrator: There's a winged, gunmetal Hero in the sky.Tahu: Who's this guy?Gunmetal Hero: lands and shoots Tahu.Tahu: How can you dare attacking the mighty Tahu?Gunmetal Hero: Oh, I believed you were Furno.Tahu: Who are you, gunmetal bat?Gunmetal Hero: I'm Tantalus, Furno's rival. I recently joined the villains.Tahu: So you're a villain too?Tantalus: Yeah.Another Hero emerges from a bush and shoots a freezing sphere on Tantalus.Tahu: And who are you?New Hero: I'm Frost, the newly-created Breakout Hero that Lego should have made. Y'know, this guy is very dangerous.Tahu: I noticed.Frost: Where's Furno?Tahu: I guess this mad shark is eating him.Frost: Too bad. Do you need to go somewhere? I've taken Furno's old bike.Tahu: Oh yes. I need and want to go to New Atero City!Frost: Then let's go!Around...Pridak: You don't stand a chance, Piraka. Our fight had lasted three days and you still haven't defeated Pridak the Great. Let me kill you.Avak: Never. *pushes Pridak in the canyon*Pridak (falling): Shoots Avak and makes him falling too.Darkness: So nobody will be my leader. So I will no longer kill my leaders. I'm unemployed!Lariska: I can be your leader, but I'll kill you before you kill me. *stabs Darkness*Around...Rocka: Has anyone seen Fire Lord? Black Phantom is going to kill me.BP: Yeah, true.Ackar (lying on sand): Help me I'm dying!Rocka: Wait, have you seen Fire Lord?Ackar: Yes I have. I believed he was a Scorpio until he shot me. He's still around.Rocka: Okay, thanks. Now you can die.BP: Heya, Fire Minotaur!Fire Lord: This could only be my stupid brother's voice. Heya, Phantom Lord! What's up?BP: We have to take the world over.Fire Lord: Oh right.Kirop: And what should we do now?Rocka: Just wait and see.BP: All villains, including Tantalus, are working for me because I paid them. Although Toxic Reapa is a silly. And Splitface betrayed me. Anyway, you must work for me too.Fire Lord: Why don't you pay me?BP: You're my brother. You help me economising money.Fire Lord: Then I won't work for you.BP: Then I'll shoot you. *shoots Fire Lord*Kirop: I want to work for you, Phantom Lord!BP: Okay, here's $1. You're just a tiny Matoran.Rocka: What's a Matoran?BP: Dunno.Rocka: Then why have you said it?BP: Dunno.Rocka: Anyway, hands up, Phantom Lord aka Black Phantom. You're under arrest. Throw your weapons away.BP: Obeys.Arachnix Drone: Shoots Rocka.BP: It helps having a living weapon sometimes.Kirop: Now let's take the world over!---------Part 2---------On a jungle planet named Z'chaya.Toxic Reapa: Corrupting larvae's is fun.Evo: Ah, I found you.Toxic Reapa: Go away, Hero, or I'll corrupt your core.Evo: If I remove and hide my core, you won't corrupt it. *removes his core and falls inanimate*Toxic Reapa: This is the most stupid Hero I've ever seen.Radiak: Hey!Toxic Reapa: What?Radiak: Do you know what you're doing here, dangerous psychotic?Toxic Reapa: I'm just corrupting larvae's to make my own army.Radiak: Those are Kraatas. They'll end up being corrupted Rahkshi in about two minutes.Toxic Reapa: Who cares.Corrupted Kraata Vo: grows up and becomes a Vorahk.Toxic Reapa: What the ###### is that thing?Radiak: A Rahkshi. I warned you. Goodbye. *flies away*Vorahk: I'm hungry! *attacks Toxic Reapa and eats his energy*Lerakh: I don't need this dumb to be toxic.Turahk: Now let's go and kill every Toa we encounter. In the Author's castle...Splitface: Fear me, single-personalities! *immobilizes everyone with his psychic powers*Me: What are you planning to do?Black half: I want to kill Splitfire.Red half: I want to kill Blackface.Splitface: And that's why, taking over the comedy, I'll time-travel! *sits at the Author's magic desk and takes a pen*Me: You can't do this!Splitface: Yes I can. Let me writing. "Blackface: Shoots Splitfire."In the past, Splitfire gets killed by his ennemy.Spliface: Now, "Splitfire: Burns Blackface."In the past, Blackface gets killed by his ennemy.Me: But you're making a time paradox! How could you ever get there and write this if you two halves killed each other?Splitface: Oh right. *disappears*Ehlekdude: He's gone, I can move again!Me: And he killed himself.Ehlekdude: Too bad.Back on Z'chaya...Turahk: Wait, there aren't Toa on this stupid planet.Lerahk: But there's jungle to destroy.Turakh: Let's ask This Dumb.Vorahk: Wake up, This Dumb, and help us or we kill you.Toxic Reapa: My name is Toxic Reapa, not This Dumb.Vorahk: It doesn't matter. Bring us in a place where there are people to kill, especially Toa, and we'll let you live.Toxic Reapa: Okay. Come in my spaceship. The poisonous villain and the six Rahkshi take off from Z'chaya and fly toward... Spherus Magna, of course.Later, a clawed Hero appears.Merrick Fortis: This Alpha Team is full of noobs. 6 of them died in various ways, Bulk betrayed us, Nex is watching TV and eating popcorn instead of arresting villains, and now I must save this samurai. *puts Evo's core back on his chest*Evo (waking up): Who saved me? Ah, it's you, Merry!Merrick: I'm not sure, but it seems the villain you had to arrest is gone in a spaceship with other villains.Evo: Oh, he'll be arrested anyway. I don't want to approach him. He could corrupt my core.Merrick: Anyway, we're trapped on this planet. My teleporter just ran out of energy.Evo: So did mine! Oh my god!End of Chapter 10Word count: 967

I (also known as the Reviewer) am back to read your comedy! This Chapter 13 was cool. Evo and Nex quarrelling is hilarious. I also laughed at this quote:
And it's great you mentioned Doctor Who. I'm a huge fan of this guy.Chapter 14: Lol the Great Devourer is a funny idea. And Gresh made me laugh. I guess Axonn didn't get the yucky snot from himself since he's a toy right? Keep up the good work.Brutaka: I'll give you the sniper rifle for only 200% of the original price.

Some pieces (a yellow zamor with a red spot and several rhotuka disks) disappeared and I still haven't found them.Back in 2005, my sets were moving very often during the night. Also, I lost my Kurahk Kraata in the carpet, and it reappeared months later in a clothe's pocket.
-
Thanks all! Yeah, I know about the elliptical shape, and tried my best with this design to make it a circle.@Veigar: Actually I didn't think about studs when I built this core, those pieces are here to connect the Rahkshi backs.@Ehlekdude: Yep, it's pretty much human-sized. I wish I could wear it on my chest at school XD.
-
After getting Toxic Reapa, I looked at the new Hero Core piece. It's so small... It gave me the idea to build a bigger one. I built it in around 5 minutes.I don't have enough white Rahkshi backs so I had to use silver ones instead.Side viewWhat happens when you play with itThoughts?

This is awesome. I love the color scheme. The head is really well done. This wolf looks good in both forms, which is pretty hard to do. Good use of system pieces. My only complain is the tail. It's kinda short, but I don't really have ideas to make it better. Maybe make it blue, so you'd find more tail-ish pieces in this color? Anyway, great job.

For me, this was SD's Vahkipower blog contest in September 2010. Felix the Cat told me of it and I thought I had to enter.

Thanks Akuna!Wow. Excellent job merging old Bionicle and Technic with the new Hero Factory style of building. The lower arms and the legs seem to be in old Bionicle, and the rest is mixed between HF and Technic. What I like most is Shieldask's "face".
Actually it's okay, dunno how. It's possibly due to the ball joints. This is cute. One thing that I noticed it that the upper-leg is built using only suspension parts. How well does it support itself, and is it able to position it's legs differently without losing balance?
What a long and interesting review. Glad you like it. I see what you mean about the lower torso. The arms are asymmetric because I wanted a thin, weapon arm and an armored, shield arm. About the legs and feet - I admit I didn't care about humanoid proportions because this was a Mecha. I was rather thinking about NPUs for noble masks and suspension parts.Anyway, thanks for the constructive criticisms, I might make a second version of this guy in the future. This is a very interesting MOC. "Spindly" would be the way I'd describe it if I were limited to one word. I find the torso especially interesting here. The wheel centers as the shoulders might be a little big. The use of a noble Matatu on the back of the upper torso provides good texture, and he utilizes the holes in the mask to hook up a flex-tube. I've seen that with Viking horns, but not Mahri tubes as you've done here. I don't have any qualms about the rest of the torso, save the lower section. It's as if he has groin articulation. It's waist articulation, but honestly, it's just way too low. If viewed from the back, the lower torso is ridiculously thin. A few more armor parts should fix that. The head is only interesting in the fact that it's not attached to anything. The light gray wheel part makes it look like the MOC has evolved from a car.Either way, I kind of like that custom laser-cannon-slash-chainsaw hand. I'm not sure why. It's got a little bit of asymmetry going on there. Asymmetry can be both good and bad. In this case, while asymmetry is necessary for the hands, I'm not sure why it's extended to the upper arms if asymmetry isn't found anywhere else on the MOC. All that's needed to fix this is to put some Hero Factory armor on the upper arm of the non-shield side.On to the legs now. The upper legs are highly minimalistic, and while the MOC on the whole is spindly, I think the upper legs could be rebuilt. The lower legs also might be redone a little bit. They have this circular motif, but it jumps around from one diameter to another helter-skelter, and the small wheel centers might be a little too thick, especially compared to the thinness of the upper legs. Those feet are sweet. Great part usage there. Not only does it continue a trend of creatively using noble masks for purposes of texture, as does the Matatu I mentioned previously. But not only are the noble Rurus on the feet used in a place they're not usually seen in, but they're attached to McToran heads, in the 2003 light-gray hue. I'm afraid that while it's interesting, they might be too thick as feet. I like the noble Rurus, but not the heads below them. Props for the concepts.Back to the shield for a second here … one of my MOC pet peeves, if you will, are the use of blank studs in applications such as these. It's not that bad, really - in fact, it's a minor qualm - but I can't help feeling that something placed over it to alleviate the problem.Overall, though the actual build falls a little short, I like the concepts presented in the MOC. A few minor tweaks and this could be a really sharp MOC.
-
Wow, Paleo, this is amazing. I love its overall look. Great shape and use of HF parts and Kakama. My only complain is that it'd need more brown instead of black/grey. This is an awesome color scheme. The ice core is cool too. Keep MOCing!
-
As Maganar said, it looks very MNOG-ish. I like its overall appearance, especially the legs. I'd just suggest adding some abdomen-ish part.
-
It's very Rocka-ish indeed. The abdomen is really well done with those torso armor pieces. The head is cool too. I'd just suggest adding some little claws to each foot, white system teeth/horns maybe.
-
Hmm, yeah, those horns aren't the best of the MOC. I used a non-Lego piece of fabric for the cape indeed. I'll keep in mind what you said next time I use it, because actually this MOC is back to the pile. Thanks anyway!

The sets, when I first saw the Toa Metru, and then the story. Metru Nui was just so awesome with all those buildings and Vahki. I spent hours playing new adventures of the Toa Metru. Then I got the Rahaga, and moved to corrupted Metru Nui-esque adventures. And what's great is that I then discovered the previous, hidden story from 2001-2003.
