  1. IC Katrin of the Flame - Ruins of Earth: "Oh, I'm sorry." Kat looked around the room, and noted that there were four of those gears. "Hey guys, there's four of those gear thingies, and four of us! why don't we all try movin' em together!" She moved over to one, and gestured to the others to do the same. As she went, she addressed the Administrator again, "If it's not too much to ask, can you tell us more about Onua?" @Onaku@Tarn@pokemonlover360@Eyru
  2. IC Katrin of the Flame - Ruins of Earth: "Aww.... why not?" The young Toa of Fire asked, with just a hint of a whine. @Eyru
  3. IC Katrin of the Flame - Ruins of Earth: Kat looked around, clearly impressed, "Whoa! This place is pretty incredible! Look at those crystals! And the floor!" She gazed down at it, bending right over at the waist, her mask almost touching the glossy surface. She blinked a couple times, before standing back up with a frown. "That's weird, it's reflective, like water, or a mirror, but I can't see myself in it! Onua must have been a pretty smart guy to make a place like this! Hey, Administrator, what's this Onua guy like, can we meet him?" @Onaku@Eyru@Tarn@pokemonlover360
  4. IC Katrin of the Flame - Ruins of Earth: "Wai', 'ere're puzzles?" Kat asked around a mouthful. a look of concern crossed her face, and she swallowed. "I've never been very good at puzzles, are these ones really tough?" @Onaku@Tarn@pokemonlover360
  5. IC Katrin of the Flame - Ruins of Earth: Kat followed the others, chewing happily and giving a half decipherable thanks to Arkius as she went.
  6. IC Drokk - Ash Barrens - Dead Forest: After what felt like an age, the Fe-Skakdi rose once more, her joints groaning in protest. It was time to move on. She had another responsibility to attend to, and that was the discovery of a new source of fresh water. Her tribe had not had a Ga-Skakdi born in many generations, and the tribe was not like the WarSkaks, taking weaker skakdi to use as forced elemental partners. Nor would they, the Mesi or the Riggers ever help one lone tribe of traditionalists. Not without a price of some kind. Drokk would not indebt her people to others like that. They would find their own way, as they always had. To that end, Drokk looked North. There, far off the coast, was a great spire. Tales handed down told of a great guardian of water who had once called the structure home. Drokk wasn't sure how much stock she held in such stories, but perhaps there would be some clue or sign of where she might find drinkable water for her people there. Once that was done, perhaps she could rest. Until then.... She grunted, and began the trek north along the coast of the Dead Forest.
  7. IC Katrin of the Flame - Ruins of Earth: Kat laughed sheepishly and rubbed the back of her head, "Well yeah, but there was hardly anythin' in mine! It hardly lasted me a week! I think I just eat more than you guys, so I had to make do, y'know?" @Onaku
  8. IC Katrin of the Flame - Ruins of Earth: Kat perked up at the voice, looking all around for the source, but mysteriously found nothing. There was no one there, and no way that she could see for someone to be speaking to them. Maybe they were using telepathy? She'd known a few of the Students of the Psionics Dragon had been able to do that. But she'd never experienced it herself. She supposed it wasn't really all that important, and opted to introduce herself instead, "Hey, it's me, Goku! my name's Kat! Uh.... you said you're the Administrator? It's nice to meet you! May we come in? Oh, and hey do you have anythin' to eat...? We've been eatin' cave mushrooms and bugs all month, and they just don't really fill me up, y'know?" @Eyru
  9. I know I've certainly been enjoying writing jams and such with people!
  10. IC Drokk - Ash Barrens - Dead Forest: Zakaz was not an easy place to live. It never had been for all of Drokk’s long life. Perhaps in times before hers, things had been different, but since she’d arrived on the island with her people as a girl, nothing about life had ever been easy on the island of Zakaz. The present was no different, the land changing once more in the last month. The ocean invaded, taking with it her tribe’s lands with it. Death, it seemed, was inevitable for all things on Zakaz, even the very land itself. As if to accentuate that point, the burden she carried on her back shifted, and Drokk took a moment to adjust the weight of the deceased Skakdi she carried. A member of her tribe, cut down too soon by a patrol of Warskaks while searching for a new source of water. The skakdi was wrapped in woven fabrics, tied with rope made from the grasses of the plains, and decorated with trinkets to protect them from Irnakk’s wrath as they moved to the Beyond. Most importantly, on a lone braid of twine wrapped around the head, were the teeth of the fallen tribe member. Ritually removed from the head after death, these teeth were then carved to tell the life of the skakdi. Their accomplishments, great battles fought and won, enemies overcome, hardships survived, great failures, and even relations to those lost. The carvings were sacred, and this Skakdi had not lived long enough to fill out their entire mouth. It was a pity. Only twenty teeth had been needed to relate the life of her tribesman. Nineteen of these hung from the twine. The twentieth, Drokk had in her pocket. When she had finished this task, she would add it to the tunic she wore. She had done this for each of her tribe that had passed on, and would continue to do so until she finally passed herself, and a new Matron would take up the task. That time was soon coming, Drokk could feel it in her bones. At last, she strode from the white ash of the Dead Forest and arrived at her destination. The Valley of Bones. A massive burial ground from a time long forgotten, it had been her tribe's tradition to bury their dead here. Before being carried here, the bones of the deceased Skakdi's dominant arm were removed, the metal used to forge weapons for the next generation. With a grunt and no small amount of creaking from her joints, Drokk let the Skakdi she carried down onto the ground. She stood there for a moment, catching her breath. Then she tightened her gauntlets, and knelt down and struck the earth. Iron flowed from her fists, parting the soil in an ovoid shape, before disappearing once more into her fists. With a deep sigh, she turned and lifted the Skakdi once more, gently placing them into the grave. "May your body feed the land, that your kin may grow, may your bones be strong, to defend your children, and may you be so ferocious in the Beyond that Irnakk averts his gaze." She struck the earth once more and iron flowed again, pushing the earth closed around the fallen warrior. That last glimpse of the body Drokk saw was the braid of teeth. The iron shifted and melded into a single post at the head of the grave, inscribed with the name of the Skakdi buried beneath. She remained knelt there for many minutes, the silence of the Valley of Bones disturbed only by the wind.
  11. IC: Journey to the Earth Ruins It had been a long and arduous journey through the underground to reach the Temple, but at last, Arkius, Katrin, Kilo, and Jutori stood within the ruins. Along the way, the team had encountered a substantially greater amount of tunnels, caverns, and other subterranean hollows hiding all sorts of dangers than they had initially expected, complicating their journey somewhat. The initial legs of the group’s journey had proven relatively uneventful. Despite Jutori being at the wheel, and with frequent directions from the mechanical navigator in the back, steady progress was being made. A minor pause to their journey occurred when the 4-wheeler became stuck in the dunes, but between the four of them and some ingenuity they managed to resume their travels. After that incident their trajectory was altered to proceed on mostly stable terrain. This new trajectory took them southwest, skimming the edge of the desert wastes. This area of Zakaz had been the most impacted by the giant robot head impact. The remnants of mountains littered the region, now nothing more than rolling hills. Halfway through their journey as they began to turn northward again, the group noticed an odd tunnel on the side of one of the nearby hills. A brief investigation revealed a Suva within the tunnel. While the group was curious about what the Suva was doing out in the wasteland, Arkius insisted that the structure was irrelevant and that their present mission took priority. They continued onward, noting its location for later exploration. Finally, the group approached the area where their navigator had calculated as the likely location of their destination. After so long cooped up in the car, those with muscles took the time to finally stretch them, while after so much time with Jutori’s driving the group all worked to suppress the feelings of imminent death they had all experienced. Together they celebrated the unexpected fuel efficiency of the vehicle they had acquired. Arriving at the target location was only the first part of their journey. The calculations the group were following indicated the ruins they sought were underground, so initially Arkius burrowed a way down, moving them in a direct line toward the location Kilo had calculated. This was quickly aborted, however, as the group was besieged, halfway to their destination, by immense worm creatures burrowing through the ground, following the tremors of the Earthen Toa’s tunneling. Forced to abandon this route, the group returned to the surface, and to more solid ground, where eventually the monsters lost their trail. Without the direct path underground to expedite their journey, it initially looked as if the best way forward was to head back to Tobduk-Koro and from there change their destination to the already discovered Ruins of Fire. However, this was quickly shot down, not only by Arkius but by Kilo also. With one having set the journey in motion and the other carrying the disks needed for it to mean anything, the group carried on. Thus the following days were spent searching for an entrance they could use, a way into the underground by which they could travel to the Temple more discreetly. The wasteland they had arrived in was filled with unnatural debris, from ruined machines of unknown origin to what appeared to be immense bones, only the tips of which managed to breach the surface of the ground. With Arkius’ improved attunement to the earth he managed to discover a nearby tunnel entrance. Expecting a straightforward path to the ruins like the Suva they had encountered, the group’s optimism was instead tempered by the discovery that the tunnel they had found was part of a much longer network of tunnels. As the underground pathway extended into additional forks, the odd company of beings knew they would have to take a more methodical approach to finding their target. Over the next few weeks, the group began the arduous task of exploring the labyrinth of the underground network. Progress was slow, and they frequently had to backtrack in order to rest and recharge, particularly due to their solar-powered companion. When she wasn’t sleeping, Kat busied herself with continuing to train her skills, always asking the others, Arkius especially, to spar. While unable to get a response from the Kralhi besides a brief “Negative,” Jutori eventually acquiesced to her request to use his gravity powers to enhance her training regiment. In return, the young monk taught her companions what she could of her own teachings and abilities. Arkius sat beside the rudimentary fire pit Kat had created at the center of their base camp watching the training in progress. His gaze wandered to the machine next to him, ever silent and still. The Earth Toa focused on the spear that his mechanical ally carried, the one that had recently been hidden in his and Nale’s home. Whatever thoughts he had were interrupted when he noticed the pair of mechanical eyes staring into his own, singular one. Kilo noted the Toa’s eye, more vibrantly green than it had been for the past days, and for a moment the two allies stared at each other in silence. No words needed to be exchanged. Then it passed, Arkius looked away, and the vibrant green glow returned to its washed out hue. Days of uneventful tunnel exploration were finally broken by the discovery that they were not alone. Even before it entered their view the Earth Toa and Kralhi could detect it through their honed senses. Not trusting anything on this island to be friendly, everyone hid in their own ways to prepare an ambush. What entered their field of view was an eyeless Skakdi, relatively normal looking aside from the odd regalia around its neck. The mysterious Skakdi continued down the tunnel towards where the group waited, able to navigate perfectly without vision. The head of the newcomer suddenly cocked upwards as its superior hearing captured something out of place in these tunnels: a breathing that wasn’t its own. Before it could investigate, or alert any others, Kilo dropped down from the shadows above, pinning the Skakdi down and knocking the scout out with a precisely calculated amount of force before the trio of Toa emerged from their hiding spots. “Nice job, Kilo!” Kat said with a grin to the Kralhi. “Reliance on senses besides sight would indicate this being is adapted to living underground,” the machine observed, stepping off of the body. “What a strange creature. Akin to a Skakdi but… even more hideous, somehow. Here, allow me.” Arkius said, slinging his axe off his back and approaching the knocked out scout. Jutori stepped forward. “Wait, you’re not going to do what I think you are…? We can just leave them here.” Arkius turned to the Toa of Gravity with a furrowed brow, his pale green eye narrowing on him. “Leave them here? Whatever for?” “We don’t have to execute them,” Jutori replied, gesturing to the unconscious Skakdi. “They’re helpless, already down. We just leave them here and move on. Be more careful next time.” Arkius kept his eye fixed on Jutori for a moment, seeming to consider his words… or the Toa himself, an indecipherable expression on his features as he mulled it over, before finally he sighed and shrugged. “I dearly hope your softness does not get all of us killed, Jutori. But I will, for the moment, humor you.” He then put his axe on his back and began walking away. With the Toa of Earth’s singular optic now looking away, Jutori clenched a fist in frustration. A glance to Kilo said his thoughts, before he shook his head and continued on. Kat watched Arkius walk away with a rare frown crossing her face. The following days found the group encountering more and more Skakdi as they progressed further into the labyrinth. Each had different markings than the last, and many were covered in cavernous growths like fungus or moss. Some wandered the tunnels at a leisurely pace, keeping watch for any outsiders. Others walked with a clear destination in mind. It was clear that there was some sort of civilization underground, and they did not respond well to outsiders. One such party turned out rather unavoidable, and after an explosive clash, the Mesi Warriors were left laid on the ground, unconscious or immobilised, save for one covered in masks like trophies who cowered in the corner, his eyeless head swaying back and forth, frills quivering, hands raised defensively. Arkius looked upon the cowering wretch and frowned with a disgusted expression. This creature had no doubt slaughtered numerous mask wearers, most likely Matoran, Toa, and Turaga, and taken their masks as trophies, yet here they cowered, as if expecting mercy in return. The Earthen Toa huffed, raising his axe, before remembering Jutori’s aversion to killing. “You, creature, give me one reason for why I shouldn’t strike you down right here and now.” He quickly raised his hand before Jutori or anyone else could object, silencing them before turning back to the strange Skakdi, who had turned its head to the source of the noise. He let out a soft growl and a hiss, before bowing his head. “I… I can… give mask… yes, I can give mask.” Arkius raised an eyebrow. “I could take any mask I want from your corpse.” The Mesi ground his teeth, seeming panicked. “I… know which mask of value… might damage valuable mask if you strike and kill, yes?” The Toa of Earth sneered, before shrugging. “Very well, grant me a great mask of power and I shall spare your life.” The Skakdi perked up and nodded, reluctantly removing a Kanohi from his shoulder before handing it over to the Toa. Arkius nodded and grinned, taking a moment to inspect the mask. It stared up at him, eyeholes scowling and empty, Hau-like in its appearance, enough to easily be mistaken for one. More than that, it was clearly well taken care of. The Skakdi had either kept it in good condition, or had come by the mask very recently. With a self satisfied huff, Arkius flipped it over, and moved to place it upon his face. As the mask slipped over the Toa Nuva Proxima of Earth's face, the Skakdi’s demeanor changed, and he lunged forward, clawing Arkius in the face, sweeping the mask away, and leaving four gashes in the Toa’s cheek. Arkius roared, grabbing the Mesi by the throat, causing him to drop the swiped mask. The Skakdi gasped for air, desperately clawing at Arkius’ arm before the Earthen Toa knocked a few of his teeth loose with a devastating blow to the face, and knocked the eyeless warrior out cold. However, so caught up in his rage was the Nuva of Earth that he seized the arm of the blind warrior, and with elbow and knee, the Mesi’s arm was broken with a sickening crunch that awoke the unconscious Skakdi instantly, who cried out in pain before promptly going lights out again as his head slammed into the ground, thrown down by the angry Toa who subsequently moved in to deal out a further beating. “Whoa, Arkius, stop, he’s done already!” Kat exclaimed, her attention having been drawn by the scuffle. Metallic arms wrapped around the body of Arkius, pulling the Earth Toa away from his beaten prey. “Further violence is not recommended; additional beneficial results are unlikely,” his robotic companion advised, continuing to hold him back. “Please stand down.” Arkius growled, struggling momentarily against Kilo but eventually stopping, grunting unhappily. “You can let go now.” He angrily said, pulling himself out of Kilo’s mechanical grasp and looking down at the unconscious and beaten Skakdi. With a scowl on his face, he knelt down and grabbed the mask he’d been handed before, slipping it onto his face to feel the power of the mask flow through him, a slight grin slipping onto the mask’s features as its colour turned black. The Toa of Earth’s behavior had left Jutori even more distrustful and cautionary around him. If it hadn’t been for Kilo, and not wanting to abandon their newest ally in Kat, the Toa of Gravity would have been compelled to depart the group and leave Arkius to his inevitable fate against the underground Skakdi. Although he said nothing as the Onu-Toa placed his new mask upon his face, the look from Jutori’s Mahiki was enough. “C’mon, that got pretty noisy, there’ll be more here soon!” Kat said, beckoning the others along. As they continued onward, Jutori kept distance between himself and Arkius. He wondered when tensions would finally boil over, and stayed prepared for when that moment would come. Following this incident, the daring explorers did their best to avoid as many populated tunnels as they could, but found that the likely location of their target forced them to enter more frequently traveled territory. When they weren’t evading the frequent Skakdi scouts, the group was faced with occasional swarms of Kofo-Jaga that were drawn from their nests by Kat’s heat. Unusually, it was Kat that broached the idea of trying the Fire Ruins again. She reasoned that she could be of more help in that area, the group would be better prepared for the trials in this region on their return, and when questioned further, admitted that she’d felt a strange pull toward the area ever since Po-Koro. Kilo strongly opposed the idea, stressing the importance of disposing of the Onu-Metru disc as soon as possible. Unable to add emphasis, the machine resorted to playing back others words in a slightly louder volume. Arkius backed Kilo, providing his own arguments where needed, but for the most part letting the logical mechanical being do the debating for him. “We’re in too deep now,” the Earthen Toa cited, “it would be folly to turn back when we’re this close.” “That would seem to settle it, then,” Jutori said. He was already dedicated to reaching the end of this quest, rather than change course. “Kilo has always been good at solving these sorts of things.” Steeling themselves once more, the long expedition resumed. With the existing progress and the constant target to aim themselves towards, morale among the group began to rise again. Finally after a month of searching their persistence bore fruit. The tunnel they were traveling down soon opened into a much larger cavern. In the center of the cavern surrounded by a lake of what appeared to be water was a ziggurat structure that they were all familiar with. The Ruins of Earth were finally in sight. Everyone in the group who could breathe let out a sigh in relief at their quest being over, only to notice the final obstacle in their path. Standing between them and their target was a camp filled with more Skakdi than they had encountered on all of their previous expeditions. Kat, her spirit burning with excitement, voiced her desire to battle through the camp. Though he did not voice it, the grin on Arkius’ face as he reached for his axe conveyed everything that needed to be said. Jutori was less enthusiastic, noting the numbers before them and remembering Arkius’ previous brutality, but nonetheless took hold of his sledgehammer in preparation of what seemed like inevitable combat. Ultimately, it was the logical wisdom of Kilo that decided the matter, suggesting the use of Jutori’s gravity abilities and Kilo’s own climbing prowess to sneak along the ceiling of the cavern. Progress was slow due to the number of bodies involved and the necessity for stealth, but finally the group were above their destination. After another application of Jutori’s abilities to safely descend to the ruins, the group took the time to wait for the activity in the camp to die down before they snuck into the main entrance, Arkius all the while making certain that none of the strange Skakdi had noticed them with his earth sense stretched out across the encampment. The trio of Toa and their mechanical companion prepared themselves for anything as they entered the ruins. The last leg of their journey was about to begin... 12. No chi blocking? I'm hurt! Sounds good, I'll make the necessary edits to the profile ASAP.
  13. Energy pathways refers to whatever internal mechanisms allow a being to channel a power, like a Toa's elemental powers. Kind of similar to chakra pathways in things like Naruto or Avatar: the Last Airbender. Regarding her tertiary, it only works on powers the user channels through themselves, and does not work on equipment. It could work on a Kanohi power. If knocked out or killed, the power would be unsealed immediately. The distance required to break the seal is not far, no more than around 20 meters or so.
  14. Name: Drokk Breed: Zakazian Skakdi of Iron Faction: Ash Barrens Skakdi Tribe Brief Description: Drokk is about as wizened as a Skakdi can be, wrinkles creasing her face deeply, her eyes and heart light dim orange, her frills tattered, and much of her dull, iron and bronze colored body covered in scars. Her garb is what most people pay attention to, however. This tunic, handed down from each previous Matron is absolutely encrusted with teeth, each one from a different member of her tribe stretching back generations. In this way, she carries her entire people with her at all times. It was originally made from woven plant fibers but as time went on and teeth added, it has since been made of Muaka fur and Kane-Ra leather. In her advanced age, she has also pre-carved her own history on her own teeth, leaving just four molars to chronicle her death when it comes. Her final defining feature is the scores of circular scar marks along her head and neck. These scars are all that remain of Kraata that were, to the last, created by Aspects long since reclaimed by the Antidermis pits far to the south. As old as she is, Drokk has chosen not to take another Kraata, thinking it wasteful to attach a fresh life to one so close to its end. Background/Occupation: A Matron of her people, and defender of her tribe. In ancient times, her people lived in the region now known as the Ash Barrens, and still regard it as their ancestral home. Now they roam as nomads along the edge of the barrens, surveying and protecting the home of their forebears. Drokk has served her people for a very long time, keeping her Tribe safe from roaming warbands, Rahi, spiteful Aspects, and other intruders to the Tribe's territory. Her Tribe holds some of the oldest traditions for the Zakazian Skakdi sacred, even as modern advances continue to change their lives, not always in positive ways. Flaws: Drokk is old, and thus is slower and less powerful than she used to be. While still formidable, her reflexes are slower, and her joints ache when there's a storm coming. Or just whenever they feel like it. She's also a very tradition driven woman, preferring the tried and true to newer ideas. While this caution stems from her desire to protect her Tribe, it has made her slow to accept new technologies or methods in the past. On top of this, she is stubborn, as only an old Skakdi can be, making it difficult for others to persuade her once her mind is made up. Drokk does not always remember her tertiary ability after a lifetime without it. Powers/Equipment: As a Skakdi of Iron, Drokk can use her element to its fullest while paired with another Skakdi. As a Matron of her tribe, she wears a pair of ceremonial war gauntlets that allow her to use her iron powers upon contact with anything she touches with them. With no Kraata to interfere, her tertiary power has returned to her, the ability to seal away a single power of another. She can seal only one power at a time, must concentrate to seal it, cannot seal away equipment based abilities, and must be aware of the power and it's user. The sealed power will unseal itself after 5 minutes, if she chooses to unseal it, if the target gets far enough away from her, or should she be knocked out or killed. Her vision power allows her to see the energy pathways and nerves of others.
  15. Hello yes I have a burning question for the esteemed GMs regarding a method through which Kat could train her physical strength and speed with the help of a Toa of Gravity would this be something she could have thought about and perhaps experimented with during the timeskip? @Unreliable Narrator @Eyru @Vezok's Friend
  16. @Unreliable Narrator Thats the plan, just wanted give her abilities a bit of flavor, I wrote all these up and it seemed a shame not to use them! <o
  17. Made a few changes to Kat, nothing crazy, but she needed a little more structure to her abilities imo Name: Katrin of the Flame Breed: Toa of Fire Faction: Tobduk-Koro Description: Standing 1.8 bio tall with a dense, lean physique, Katrin has spent years of her life training as a monk of the Order of the Kanohi Dragon, and it shows. Her colors are usually quite dull, dark reds and greys, with the brightest colors being her striking purple eyes and heartlight. A Calix accentuates a face that is youthful and cheery. Katrin simply looks friendly. She has an almost unshakable relaxed demeanor that lends an air of trustworthy confidence. Background: Hailing from an island to the south, far from Metru Nui and it's politics, Katrin led a fairly peaceful life, part of a monastic order of Toa who had trained to link themselves more closely to their elements. These monks, the Order of the Kanohi Dragon, maintained a fierce neutrality, opting instead to open their teachings to all who chose to walk the path of the Dragon. Trained from her earliest days as a Toa by a Master Lhii and the other Dragons of the Order, Kat has abilities beyond that of a normal Toa. Aside from sparring sessions with her fellows and her victory in the tournament held among the students, however, her only real combat experience was a fight against a Manas Crab which had made its way to one of the island's caves. When the world ended, she found herself on a pilgrimage to the great city of Metru-Nui and afterward, among the refugees of Metru-Koro. It was here she met Arkius, a Toa of Earth gathering warriors, an endeavor that was interrupted by and attack on Po-Koro. Arkius and Katrin rushed to an airship called the Taku to rush to the defense of the village. They arrived slightly late, and Kat found herself in a standoff with Barius, a Skakdi with an ACR who had taken a Matoran hostage. The fight was short-lived, however, because Reson, a Toa of Sonics native to Zakaz, gave his own body in exchange for the Matoran's. Kat found herself rushing away again as the Taku returned to Metru Koro following a breakdown in negotiations. There she witnessed the result of Taka's Desecration by Whisper, and participated in the Battle above Metru Koro, where she severely damaged the Razorfish. She then returned to Po-Koro herself, as she promised, only to find the settlement was moving. She tagged along, and learned of a potential murder in the village, and had a brief sparring session with an Aspect named Ulkarr, and met Vahki for the first time. Her spar was cut short by the return of Arkius, who had become a NUVA Proxima, and promised Kat that she too could achieve such power. Flaws: Kat has an almost pathological need to test her strength against high caliber fighters and beings. As such, she may throw herself into unwinnable situations just for a chance to get stronger or to fight someone powerful, whether as a sparring match or something more. She also has an unfortunate habit of lowering her guard when she maybe shouldn't. Finally, her elemental abilities are so powerful that should she let them run unchecked, she could very well 'burn out' or more literally, start melting her own body. Powers/Equipment: The Fighting Flame of the Dragon - Katrin's Elemental power of Fire is linked directly to her spirit. So long as she maintains the will to fight, her flames will similarly remain lit. This also means that the more determined she is to fight and win, the more powerful her elemental and physical abilities become. The upper limit of this ability is not known to her, yet. Teachings of the Dragon - These techniques, taught to Kat during her time with the Order, while not necessarily separate from her elemental abilities, allow her to use those abilities in certain ways, and fight effectively. They are a large part of her life. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1vBelD-hIlDGePBG_7xEcIta6ye7Ev7sdfAUayOL5ziE/edit?usp=drivesdk Tuning Fork Staff- After an encounter in Po-Koro, Katrin has a simple protodermis staff tipped with blunt metal tines, similar to a tuning fork. This staff once belonged to Reson, a Toa of Sonics who bargained his own life in exchange for that of a captive Matoran. Kanohi Calix- This ordinary Great Mask of Fate was a gift from Katrin's mentor, Master Lhii, and has all the abilities of any other Great Calix, allowing her to perform at the very peak of her abilities.
  18. I wonder, then, since these hold Kaita mechs, if three people could open a door without dying? Food for thought.
  19. IC Kathrine of the Flame - Tobduk Koro: She offered a friendly smile and a polite, if perhaps slightly rushed, bow to each. She briefly considered opting not to ride, in the interest of working on her stamina, but reasoned with herself. She had already walked all the way to old Po-Koro, and had sparred with Ulkarr, even if it had been short-lived. So she, too, somewhat awkwardly clambered aboard the strange vehicle. Strange to her, at least. Most vehicles were that way for her.
  20. IC Kathrine of the Flame - Tobduk-Koro: The young Toa offered a cheery grin and a friendly wave to the both of them, "Nice to meet'cha!" "Whoa, I've never seen anyone like you!" She said to Kilo. @Tarn@pokemonlover360@Onaku
  21. IC Kathrine of the Flame - Ruins Exterior: Following Arkius is exactly what she did, catching up and keeping pace easily.
