OOC: This is...interesting. I have been hearing what has been going through my brother only, so I am not sure exactly what happened. I am happy, however, that this was sorted out and that many people have returned. IC: Winter Winter turned away from Liam and ran as far away as she could from the mansion. IC: Fauna After her howl, Fauna was still depressed, but was now bored too. She resumed her human form and started to walk towards the mansion, wide awake.

IC: Winter "So you're a loner? Me too. I don't know where I'll go, but sure isn't here. These X-Men just seem sorta goody-goody to me." Winter caused spikes to grow out of the sides of the pillar and used them to climb down. As her feet hit the ground she said, "Well, thanks, whoever you are." she paused, than added. "And good luck."

IC: Winter Winter jumped up with speed she didn't know she had. A tower of ice twenty feet tall grew up beneath her, making her hopefully out of the reach of this madman. "Yikes, that's tough. I can't say that anything that bad has happened to me, although, my parents were mauled to death by bears." Winter looked down at Liam. "Do know what it's like not being able too protect the ones you love?"

IC: Winter "Weapon X." Winter didn't know why she was telling this stranger her personal problems. "They came after me and I didn't know what else I could do. So I froze myself in the ice. Wait... do you work for Weapon X?!" Winter scooted quickly away from Liam.

IC: Winter"I'm fine. Who are you?" Winter studied this man. He didn't seem so bad.IC: FaunaFauna woke up feeling more heartbroken than usual. She threw her head back and let out one long howl.

IC: Fauna Fauna nodded, not really comprehending what he was saying. She was starting to get light-headed. "Well, I guess I should get some sleep. Who knows what we'll be doing tomorrow." She walked a little ways past the mansion and became a wolf. She still wasn't quite used to sleeping indoors, and preferred to be alone in the night. Fauna settled down in the snow and drifted off to sleep. IC: Winter Winter's vision was clearing and she could see the sky again. The rest off her body, however, was not not wanting to work. "Come on! Get up, get up, get up!!!" Winter chanted in her head, fearing that it could have been Weapon X whom had thawed her. "Ugh." a small moan had escaped her lips. She struggled into a sitting position and looked around to find the person who had freed her, and possibly thank them.

OOC: I am so sorry that I have not posted. I only have half an hour to do stuff on the computer and I have not been getting that recently. Also, I've been sick and my six month old chinchilla died. IC: Fauna Fauna transformed into a human and sighed. "Look, I'm really sorry I left you like that. It really scares me when I lose control and my instinct takes over like that. Hey, what happened to ice girl?" Fauna stared at the ground, her cheeks burning. OOC: Ready for timeskip. So... what is the thawing status? I'm a little confused about that.

IC: Fauna Fauna transformed into a snowshoe hare and hopped towards the mansion, hoping to find Jeremy. IC: Winter "I feel the ice growing thinner, or is it just my imagination?" Winter felt herself getting warmer. "I hope to be free soon."

IC: Fauna Fauna had felt the unbearable fear like everyone else, but had turned into a deer right beforehand to go get help for the girl in the ice. Her instincts had won over her desire to stay by her friend's side, and she was now out of control and tearing through the lawn of the mansion. "No, stop, STOP!" she screamed in her head. Suddenly, Fauna stumbled and face-planted onto the ground. "Wow, I'm lucky I could get away because of my animal thought process." Fauna thought, regaining her footing. She heard a road in the distance. " And I'm lucky that there was a little bump on the ground." Fauna shuddered at the thought of being a deer pancake on the road. IC: Winter "I would think that I was dead, but I still dream and think and scold myself for being so stupid." Winter sighed in her head. "I can still feel too, for I am so lonely. I cannot feel cold, but my heart burns."

So me and my brother play Halo 3 together on his xbox a lot. I think I've had the most EPIC fails ever. Like this one time, I was riding a prowler and ran over something. I turned around to see what it was and promptly ran over it again. It was a marine. Does anyone else get a kick out of shooting those blue things that explode?

IC: Fauna "Just judging by the fact that she looks perfecly healthy, do you think she may be still alive?" Fauna asked this even though she knew it was very unlikly. "Either way, we should probably tell someone."

OOC: Thanks to Advent Aeternale. IC: Fauna Fauna got up suddenly, having noticed a bird hopping on the ground. "I'm going to make sure it's ok. I'll be right back." Fauna said worriedly. She had only gotten about twenty feet away when she slipped on a patch of ice and fell face forwards. "Ouch." Fauna thought as she caught herself. Suddenly, something in the ice grabbed her attention, it was apparently her reflection. "Huh, my eyes look kind of weird. They're almost blue." Fauna thought. "They ARE blue. Those aren't my eyes! There's someone under the ice." Fauna started to scream before she could even process what she saw.

IC: Fauna "Oh, I'm Sierra Fleeting but most of my childhood friends called me Fauna because I love animals so much." Fauna said. "So... do you know anyone here personally?"

IC: Fauna "That's strange, my mother is dead and I never knew my father. It's like we're opposites." Fauna was mystified at this. "Well, if the others are going to be like my family, I guess I had better be more outgoing. Speaking of which, I don't think I know your name." OOC: It seems like everyone here has seen Las Miserables. (Including me. I love it and have seen it live.) Also, I have a profile waaaayyy back that only Flex ever looked at. It would be nice to get another OK for Winter.

IC: Fauna "That's why I'm crying. I don't have my sister with me anymore. She ran away only a few months ago. She's only twelve." as Fauna said this, she started to cry for real.

IC: Fauna Fauna jumped when an odd looking man suddenly appeared next to her. "Oh, I guess you're right. I have other things to worry about, though..." Fauna trailed off, blinking through the tears that always appeared when she thought of her sister.

IC: Fauna Now that the mansion was rebuilt, Fauna was looking forward to maybe having a room instead of sleeping as various animals in various places. And maybe... "No." thought Fauna to herself. "You will never have any friends here because you are too shy and no one has any time for you."
