YES! And I had the most amazing idea yesterday: Protectors in Happy Meals. But get this... they would be CCBS versions of the McToran (like, the exact characters), with the signature disk launchers like the upcoming Protector sets have their six stud shooters. What do you think?

Really neat! The characters seem mostly the same.

All of the new set functions are just spectacular.

YES!! A Flash animated series. I totally called it! And, if it's a miniseries, I guess LEGO just loves making Flash-animated short series now (including this and Mixels). I'll reserve my judgement on the story until the panel. And that transparent Hau is sick. Cannot WAIT for more!

I want somebody to convert that to a GIF, if possible. And according to BS01, NYCC is literally beginning now, and their countdown clock is starting over again. The hype train has pulled up to New York City, and all of its passengers are now unboarding at the Jacob Javits Center. We have arrived at our destination... This. All of this. The first wave of Hero Factory was the weakest, in my opinion. And it was all because of the lack of the CCBS. And the story could have been a lot more in-depth.

Let me clarify what I meant by Mixels-style: same type of length and TYPE of animation, not so much the coloring or whatever. But nothing else. I have reason to believe we'll be getting some sort of mini movies, like it or not. It was just an idea, something I myself wouldn't mind, but to be honest, I would prefer something longer.

God, does anybody pay attention to LEGO's most recent ventures? Look it up. Also, it could be an overarching story, with a new episode released on the website every week or so. They could cram quite a bit into a 5-6 minute length.

Would anyone else want to see a Flash animation-based, Mixels-style show for the new BIONICLE? I could dig it. And by Mixels-style, I mean 2-5 minute mini movies (however, more story-oriented than Mixels).

As I said in my locked topic... my idea: I call it a midquel. So we all know that the Toa Mata/Nuva were on random missions at the same time that the Toa Inika/Mahri stuff was going on... am I right? What if this took place on a random island that we've never heard of (Okoto, apparently) in the Matoran Universe at the same time. One that Matoran don't live on. Theoretically, the original six Toa could be the main protagonists in the first wave. Also, they could have new enemies to fight. It would be treated like a soft reboot.

This gives me incredible memories. Thank you, sir, for sharing this with us!

The name of the topic pretty much is self-explanatory. Would you make it a reboot, continuation, prequel, or something else you could think of? What would happen in it? My idea: I call it a midquel. And, just over a week more of speculation until we know a LOT more (probably what the story is about), so this is good a place to speculate (or sort-of-speculate-but-not-really-because-it-will-never-happen) until then.

The only nodding to original fans I think we could possibly see happening is if it were a continuation, of course. That doesn't seem very likely now. LEGO has a new audience to focus on. However, they are just HOPING old fans will tag along, due to nostalgic purposes.

Concept art is what I least expected for today. But, it's probably the best to reveal! Looks very beautiful...
