  1. I remember you... you once had the username "Toa Tilius", and you were part of the community that made up the Official Knights Kingdom Topic II... good, nostalgic times.

I know you'll probably never come back to read this, but I'm just stopping by to say "Hi".

  2. Wow, Sid, I just realized that you became a OBZPC... technically, a POBZPC...

So, to cut to the chase, congrats Sid! Having known you on this site since '05, I'd say you deserve it!

  3. LIFE ON MARS FOREVER! Take that, Mars Mission! XD Yeah, to get to the main point of this blog entry, it's so true. I can't help it if one day I'm just browsing Brickshelf, checking out new folders as usual, when suddenly my eye falls upon a folder name: "2009_PIX_LOL" (note: this folder name probably does not actually exist). One hand races to cover my eyes, the other races to press Alt+Left, but it's too late; the damage is done, and I have seen the thumbnail above the name "2009_PIX_LOL", and I know what at least one of next year's sets are. That's the sets. Then there's the storyline. I'm just hanging out on BZPower in mid-November, waiting for my comic to arrive, when suddenly my eyes fall upon a member whose signiture is "RIP MATORO WE'LL MISS YOU!" Although I had been suspecting Matoro's death, I hadn't received the comic yet, so it had not been confirmed. And yet, just like that, the surprise was ruined. It was only luck that I read the respective Federation of Fear chapters minutes before seeing the "RIP BOTAR!" or "RIP CARAPAR" signatures... Then, let's take a look at several years ago, before I was introduced to BS01, BZPower, or even Brickshelf. I'm waiting for my upcoming LEGO Mania Magazine, thinking to myself, Well, it's too bad BIONICLE ended last year. The comics and sets were cool. At last, the day comes where I check the mailbox and find the now-somewhat-familiar polybag, inside of which is a LEGO Mania Magazine. I bring it inside the house, open it, and find to my surprise that, along with the Mania magazine, a BIONICLE comics with Tahu confronting something on the front cover falls out. Intruiged, I pick up the comic and open it. What I find inside is amazing - despite my belief that BIONICLE had come to an end the year before, BIONICLE was continuing this year! And with these awesome new villains - buglike critters called the Bohrok and their accomplices the Bohrok Va, and the mask-like Krana they carried with them... it was just so exciting to sit there, finding out all this surprising new information when LEGO wanted me to! Nowadays, I try to avoid looking at anything that will spoil anything for me, but it's just not the same, because as I mentioned in paragraph #2, I can't help it if my eyes skim Brickshelf and come across a leaked image! Just like that, the surprise is gone! So, if we're going to destroy the Internet... count me in!
  4. Ah, so you were the one who make Kraata-Kal from the Dark Hunters Guide.

    Congratulations and great job!

  5. I remember you well. You were the maker of the "Chronicles of Vladek" comics, and my first ever post was about how great they were. Keep up the good work, always!

  6. It's sad to know that you'll probably never come back, but thanks for being the first friend I had on BZPower.

    Entry #1

Alright, you guys are lucky this year, for I've finally taken advantage of the week-long Premier Membership of BZP's anniversary. By "you guys", I refer to those of you who read my stories. Which means "you guys" only refers to one member. Yes... you know who you are... Anyways, I figured I'd use this week to write a blog so you guys aren't left in the dark about the status of my stories. This is my first time posting a blog on BZPower, so there's bound to be some problem, so please inform me if there is one. Those of you who read my "Blaaaaahhhhhg" on a certain art-hosting site, of which I'm unsure is appropriate enough to identify here on BZP, will probably recognize some elements, such as the idea of calling it a "Blaaaaahhhhg" instead of just a "Blog". I never really liked the term "Blog" anyways... Just recently, I finished writing Chapter 8 of Vakama's Secret, the sequel to The Story of Frosam. This chapter introduces a Ga-Matoran who will be unlike the stereotypical Ga-Matoran. That was one of the problems I had with Ikaag in The Story of Frosam; she was just too stereotypical, too kind, quiet, caring, and pacifistic. True, this was because my writing skills were still being developed and I was trying to make the job a bit easier for me, but now that my writing skills have improved, I'm giving this other Ga-Matoran an entirely different personality. This other Ga-Matoran, who will not be identified in Vakama's Secret but will be in Reign of Shadows, is a very dark character. While Ikaag put her trust into Frosam and Lahka, two Matoran she had never met before, this Ga-Matoran will not trust anyone, including the Matoran she has been living with for the past couple-dozen millennia. While Ikaag is pacifistic and will only fight when necessary, this Ga-Matoran kills without a second thought. While Ikaag is like Zneo in Tohu's Tale, this Ga-Matoran is like Ehlek in Hate. That's why I enjoy writing about this Ga-Matoran. In other news, there's The Search for the Mask of Light, the rewrite of the infamous BIONICLE spoof of Monty Python. Well, technically, the first 20-or-so chapters are spoofing off of Monty Python, and the next 30-or-so chapters are more original. I just finished writing half of Chapter 17, which will be half-Monty Python and half-original. Therefore, I just finished writing the Monty Python half. I changed quite a bit, nonetheless, and it isn't quite as directly based off of Monty Python as the original was. It's a lot better now, and in fact one of the characters mutters about how seemingly close this comedy is to Monty Python. I also changed all of the "Question #3"s that the Gate Guardian asks, to better fit BIONICLE. The last "Question #3", actually, has nothing to do with the "swallow" joke in Monty Python, but instead refers to a never-answered question in the original The Search for the Mask of Light. The next half of the chapter, which I'm about to write, is completely original, and replaces the whole "intermission" concept of the original. Since it won't be completely random, will be original, and will feature a battle, I'd say it will be a huge improvement over the "intermission". That's all for now...
  8. Waitaminute! You're back! Yay!

Glad to have you back, Tacku Nuva!

  9. Out of curiousity, why is it that I'm on your Friends List, if I don't even know you?

  10. Nice new name change!

(I'm still cringing about the typo in my last comment... "Ganduka"?)

  11. So, if duckies are the horses of the ocean, then what are the ponies of the sea?

  12. ...

    Dylanui? Is that you?

  13. I am honored to be the only member thus far that you have added to your Buddy List!

  14. I remember you. You were part of the community that made up the Official Knights Kingdom Topic. Good times.

Just stopping by and saying "Hi".

  15. Um... hey! Nice to see you, Sidorak!

  16. Is it just me, or are all my good buddies from BZP disappearing?

Anyways, if you come back, Tacku, be sure to work on that LEGO Island Movie! Keep up the good work, man!

  17. A comment, devoted to a BZPower buddy of mine, who hasn't been around since May 12...

    We all miss you, Kotua!

  18. I see you've changed your screename...

    Hmm, very interesting.

  19. I'm glad that you understand, TC01. And I'm glad you liked that story, BOIBOY!

  20. Just so you know, I enjoyed that Short Story of yours, the one where all the BIONICLE sets in the mall came to life. Very creative and descriptive. Nice job!

  21. Holy Ganduka! You actually found time to review TSOF! XD

  22. Here's a 4-day-late Happy Birthday to Toa Lehu! XD

  23. I believe that in the first post of The Search for the MOL, I requested that until further notice NOBODY should post in that topic.

Just a heads-up: remember to read ALL the first post, in case there are such notices. ;)

  24. AoiJunni? Banned? My old buddy from the Official KK Topic II?

Hmm... I notice the "MIB" in the screename... he must've been hacked...?

  25. Macku: Yeah, isn't the quote in the sig great? XD

TC01: Um... he-he... oops... About the Pirate RPG... I guess I just haven't gotten around to finding out what Greybeard's been up to. Don't worry, as soon as I find out, I'll return!
