It would indeed. For this contest, a modified mask is a pre-existing mask that's been cut, painted, glued, or otherwise physically altered to make it look different.

An entry can consist of multiple individual MOCs, but they must all follow the rules, be shown in the entry picture, and will be considered a single entry.

Moving to General Art.

You can have as many pictures as you like in your topic, but you will need to submit a single static image for your entry picture. In the next few days, we'll have lists up to keep track of all the entries in each category.

A story, please. We won't come after you for fixing little technical hiccups, don't worry. It's creative changes that we'll take issue with, like tweaking dialogue or changing a plot point.
