    GameMaker:Studio has some new and improved networking functions compared to previous builds. I have ditched DLLs for the time being and I'm now testing this functionality with BIONICLE Fighter in mind. Stay tuned.

      Well, the program is very similar to the previous versions, but with some functions removed (nothing I'll miss) and others added. Quite a lot of good things have been added, in fact. More proper networking is one of the latest, and in the near future there will be shader support. If you don't know what a shader is, it's essentially a way of applying fancy graphical effects (such as water/invisibility distortion) without being overly heavy in terms of processing power.
