I felt that Spiriah, being the only Makuta to leave the Brotherhood and actually live, could have been handled quite differently and better. I was kind of hoping for a Makuta who realized that tampering with species and the actions of the Brotherhood were wrong, basically a Makuta with morals. He died too soon and looking back, it would have been interesting to see his reaction when Teridax took over the Universe.

Regardless, there are still plently of plots in the story that need to be covered over the next 2 months or so if Bionicle does indeed end in 2011. However, there are plenty of names left and BionicleStory.com will still be active, so regardless of how slow the updates will be, I hope it will keep going till we can wrap up all the plot points in a way that feels non-rushed.

Your completely right. I liked 01-03 because of the general randomness in the plot. Element-wielding robots that wear magical masks seeking to defeat a spirit of darkness in order save a tropical island. If you try to analyze it, it makes no sense, but if you simply follow the plot, it does. For me, 04 and onwards is a love-hate relationship. I for one never really cared about why exactly the Matoran were on the island, but I did want to know about the secrets of the Turaga (they knew way too much). Also, by 03, I was really getting tired of one mystery after another was beginning to show up.

This is so cool. I feel the wheels of a new Bionicle Tale being set in motion.

The songs this year are just amazing. Gravity Hurts was super special awesome, and this song is just the definition of good music.

I am hoping that one of the 2008 matoran sets will be a matoran of light. I always wondered about there appearence.
