  1. An interesting strategic tidbit, especially in conjunction with "spammable" fights for in-battle stat boosting. NOW I see where the balance to Ranger is coming from, though...you lose all ability to take hits but gain infinite damage potential... BTW, what happens if HP gets boosted in the middle of a fight? And are there any objective functions of stats besides those? Would 6 defense produce a stronger defense than 5 defense against an offense of 8?
  2. Rusty Red Raptor, it's ACTUALLY derived from the book The Count of Monte Cristo. Also, a note: The movie is EXTREMELY unfaithful to the book, to the point those who have READ the book first generally detest the movie. Please avoid mentioning it in my presence.

  3. But wait! YOU FORGOT TO UNDERLINE YOUR OWN ARGUMENTS! THEREFORE YOUR ARGUMENT FOR UNDERLINES IS FLAWED AND KAL'S ARGUMENT IS STILL VALID!
  4. That list hadn't been updated in ages. Just post your profile or a link to it in this section. Neya Out.
  5. The Rahkshi's finishers basically turn them into a chance fest for anybody who doesn't have 7+ speed. Panrahk seems like it's broken: Instant death attacks seem more like something worthy of a challenge fight than a normal fight. And one that feels out of place when we're not even Tier 2. Especially when the Rahkshi get attacks that deal 2x+crit rate/2.5x/3x damage. They seems a bit overpowered for Tier 1. BTW, what's the mechanic that leads to 32 damage? (also, be ready for a 4 member PUG for Zadakh [maybe the Rahkshi as a balance] when the time comes for that. One healer, one fighter, one healer/defender, one of me. So yeah, basically a balanced party.) Neya Out.
  6. Thank you. (I'll appreciate the info if I decide to try the Rahkshi.) Neya Out.

Was it the movie? If so, did it turn out to be any good relative to the "anime" itself? Neya Out.

  10. EL KABONG!!!!!!!!11!!!!! Lol. Still, very interesting. Neya Out.
  11. BTW, could you list the stats of each opponent within the blog itself? It would make things WAY more convenient than they are now... Neya Out.

  13. It's REALLY good, but my playstyle tends to be mixed between defense and offense. I'm taking Hunter for that reason. It seems like a relatively self-sustaining class... Neya Out.
  14. It would be useful for defenders and such. NOT quite so much for Shooters, though. Or Hunters, given their lack of HP emphasis. (I'm getting an HP thing for this reason: To be bulky enough to take on stronger foes.) I'll pass on this for now. Nova also seems a bit unreliable outside of Partner matches. Partner attacks...hmm...this actually sounds interesting. You just gave me an idea for a higher-level foe. Neya Out.
  15. Is this a good chart? Focuses are closer to their stats. Oh, and BTW, I replied. You now see my basic strategy in action. And why is my weapon an Ice Spear? (My character is Air element.) Neya Out.
  16. Seeing all the classes, I think Hunter (which seems to fit best with my playstyle, pseudo-defensive [being just defensive enough to take a few hits, but using defensive moves and items like Bullet Time and the Hau to supplement this]) will be my Tier 2. Would the Gunner be better at this, or is my idea of Hunter correct? Also, so the "base stats" (as in basics of each stat) of each class are as follows: Tier 1: Fighter: HP: 2 Attack: 2 Defense: 1 Speed: 1 Defender: HP: 2 Attack: 1 Defense: 2 Speed: 1 Healer: HP: 1 Attack: 1 Defense: 2 Speed: 2 Shooter: HP: 1 Attack: 2 Defense: 1 Speed: 2 Tier 2: Warrior: HP: 4 Attack: 4 Defense: 2 Speed: 2 Protector: HP: 4 Attack: 2 Defense: 4 Speed: 2 Medic: HP: 2 Attack: 2 Defense: 4 Speed: 4 Gunner: HP: 2 Attack: 4 Defense: 2 Speed: 4 Lancer: HP: 4 Attack: 3 Defense: 3 Speed: 2 Ranger: HP: 3 Attack: 4 Defense: 2 Speed: 3 Guardian: HP: 3 Attack: 2 Defense: 4 Speed: 3 Hunter: HP: 2 Attack: 3 Defense: 3 Speed: 4 Alchemist (my class idea, listed in Tier 0 strategy): HP: 3 Attack: 3 Defense: 3 Speed: 3 Would this (add base stats of two component classes to get the Tier 2 class's stats) be correct? Neya Out.
  17. Hmm...can I suggest something? You lack a "jack of all trades" class for tier 2. Could this suggestion rectify that? Alchemist: The Alchemist is the quintessence of "jack of all trades, master of none." A combination of Fighter/Healer or Defender/Shooter, the Alchemist has traded away mastery in one or two stats in exchange for proficiency in all of them. He always has a trick for every occasion. The downside of this class is that while you lack weaknesses, you also lack particular strengths. You'll have to use quirks from all 4 Tier classes to battle with: Recovery, status, and damage are all available to the Alchemist, but he isn't as specialized as any of them. Like it? Neya Out.
  18. Set up the Legendary Titans' pages, seeing as they've all appeared (at varying degrees of importance) in the RPG at some point or another now. Quality control appreciated. Neya Out.

  24. 1 2 3 4 5 Member: Neya MOC name: G-36 "Tahtorak" Cordak artillery weapon. UnMOCable piece(s): Cordak Blaster: Instead of merely being a weapon you put onto something when you can't think of anything else, it was originally intended as a barrel for a larger Cordak. Of course, you can also say it's a really big compound Cordak, if you wish. I used the connection on these. Also, a Metru torso was used for the inner workings, and Bohrok necks were used on the sides as decorative parts. MOC bio: The Nynrah Ghosts are a strange people, and in the Paracomos, they have become even stranger. With far more threats, weapon demands have risen, and even the stupidest requests that wouldn't simply doom the Matoran universe (like an elemental fire nuke capable of incinerating entire domes) are granted. One such demand came from a Vortixx salesman who had a Skakdi warlord client on Zakaz who wanted a way to efficiently dispose of the "Nektann" robots that infamous warlord built, and also wanted to look awesome while doing it. So the Vortixx sent to order for a giant Cordak launcher that could deliver huge numbers of rockets at once. The Ghosts complied and generated this device: Tremendous, capable of blasting hundreds of Nektann at once, and obviously cool. However, it took about 5 Skakdi to fire, and while the included Kiril allowed for "healing" lost ammo back in the barrels, the fact was that it was destroyed shortly after in got on Zakaz. The warlord client was too stupid to put in back where artillery tend to be most effective, and as a result it was swarmed, had its Kiril taken as a trophy, and destroyed. The Vortixx salesman, however, had anticipated this and reverse-engineered a very useful blueprint. She now sells them to the highest bidder...including the Paracosmos version of Nektann himself. Old MOC. I have a newer one that's better and uses an Exo-Force gatling barrel, a Metru torso, AND the opaque part of a Vahki head (only the barrel was used in a fully creative manner, though, albeit the Metru torso was used as a lower torso and not an upper torso. I might be able to take pics of it.) Neya Out. And would Hahli wings and Piraka feet count as "un-MOC-able?" (Another old MOC, but more recent) And lastly, would Hagah shields count as un-MOC-able? Just want to get that out of the way.
