  1. IC: A solid clank of metal on stone, sharp and staccato, rang out behind the squabbling trio of Booger, Burn and Leviathan. The end of a haft rapping onto the flagstones of the infirmary. It was, of course, the handle of Palma caduceus-axe, thunking into the ground to let the three know she was currently standing right behind them. And to remind them of what her stance was on fighting in her domain.

Her literal stance, in this case, was leaning forward to glare at them, the spines that reached up from her back making her seem taller as well as spikier.

  2. Ugh, another week where the accomodation they send me to has no internet. At least in the last few weeks I could use my phone's free-roaming, this time around there's no signal, internet or phone of any kind. I'm writing this while having a break on site, because even the sheep are getting better wifi than me.

Bah, is there anything I need to address? Keeping up is a struggle when I only get a couple of half hours a day online

  3. IC: "You know the situation better than I do. If you think Illusive presents a threat to the student body I would inform as many of them as possible. Personally I would recommend doing that anyway, if people know who's making those notes and why they're less likely to listen. But..." She shrugged, "If you think its best to keep quiet then I will do so. But I make no promises for how long."

IC: Rolling his eyes that yet another of his chosen assassins had failed in his mission, Icarax gave Spindle a quick jolt of healing energy and dumped him in the ring of spikes. He had expected a higher casualty rate from the assassins, they were not achieving what he had expected. Something to bear in mind for future assignments, perhaps...

  4. From what I've read of the two assassins left both seem to be posting fairly regularly. I'm assuming both know they're actually assassins as one has made it kind of obvious IC. But the other has managed to keep themselves very well hidden though, to the point that I'm starting to wonder if they did actually get my PM...

  5. IC: "So we have someone who is a lot more dangerous than normal roaming around the school..." This didn't bode well. Whoever they were they clearly knew what they were doing, making them a far worse threat than a random lunatic. There was nothing quite as menacing as a psychopath that planned ahead.

"I don't suppose you could give me a name or description? And while I'm going to assume coming to me means you don't want to go to Icarax, I'm going to advise you do that. The more people know the more chance we have of catching them."

  6. Name: Kewlah ( coo-lah)

    variation: fear

gear: Two small metal spheres to add damage to an already-formidable punch, two red lights implanted besides his eyes. the latter is merely for intimidation

    gender: male

Bio: kewlah was born to fight. it fact, he came out of his tank fighting. now, at the academy, he has become a bully.

habits: loves to bully anyone who is smaller or weaker than him. In fact, he has chosen is gear to favor this trait. the only ones he truly fears is the headmaster of the academy and Zilnta.

appearance: tall and thick all through his body, and his spines are a tangled mess of almost hair-like substance.

    level: 2

Do those sphere just add weight to his punches, or are they spiked or something?

    Name: The Emperor

    Variation: Chain Lightning

    Gender: Male

    Level: 2

Gear: The Emperor wields an incredibly durable black hooded cloak, which is capable of withstanding bladed weapons, although it only mildly protects the wearer. He has rubbery gloves with holes at the tips for his claws, forcing any lightning to be forced out them. He also carries a scraggly-looking cane that is made of metal, which he uses efficiently.

Appearance: The Emperor almost never removes his hooded cloak. Underneath, however, he is covered in hideous silver bumps. This is the reason why he chose to wear the cloak.

Personality: His hideousness makes him rather shy, and he tries to solve most of his problems by being frightening. If a situation is too dire, he will shock the daylights out of anything there. He secretly longs freedom.

Bio: The Emperor began life as a wretch. A terrible mistake in the genetic code of the Kraata resulted in permanent bumpy skin, which while not too unnatural for a Kraata, it spread to his suit. With intentions to have him sent to Corpus, his Makuta, Mutran, gave him the cloak and developed his gloves to make him much more of a menace.

With news that Icarax was in charge, The Emperor was shipped off to Corpus, no return address.

I let Mutant (not your character, I know, I'm just making a point here) being a rip-off of the Indominus Rex pass because the I-Rex was more of a plot device than a character. But Emperor Palpatine is a character and you're kind of ripping him off. Not letting that slide I'm afraid.

Ultron, would it be ok I could make Edge be able disconnect the tube feeding his gun after some repairs to it?

He would need to to unclog it or change gun ammo.

    Sure, that seems fine

    Name: Carapace

    Variation: Insect Control

    Level: 2

    Gender: Male

    Gear:

    • A Keelerak carapace rhotuka shield that fires a weaker variant of the Keelerak acid Rhotuka. Instead of eating through material, it makes surfaces more weaker and less resistant to being broken/shattered.

    • A Keelerak pincer used like a sickle.

    • A baby Vohtarak named Voha is his pet. As he is not fully developed/matured, he has neither the ability to fire Rhotuka nor the ability to use potent venom. He can go berserk if someone attacks Carapace, but as he is too young to create the invulnerable shell, and their soft shell would be damaged in a berserker charge. He can make annoying pinches with his mandible things. He has natural resistance to fire and heat. He know a little Rahkshi, enough so that he can understand what Carapace is feeling, and enough to be able to communicate with other Rahkshi by making images with his web

Appearance: He is colored red and orange like a Vohtarak, and his spine resembles the crest on the Vohtarak’s head. His eyes are also green. Here's a drawing.

Personality: Carapace is honestly quite surprised that he lived as long as he had, and is often willing to boast of his life. He is a headstrong and eccentric person. He loves Visorak, despite not being able to actually bend them to his will.

Bio: He was born from Chirox and was somewhat obsessed with the Visorak. Thus, he painted himself like a Vohtarak sometime later when he became a Rahkshi. This obsession was so obvious that his brethren thought it would be funny for him to be put amongst a nest of Vohtarak. And they did so while he was asleep, tossing him into a small nest of Vohtarak outside Chirox’s lab. Carapace was scared when he woke up, but found that these Visorak had vision problems and could only see masses of colors. As he looked somewhat like a Vohtarak, they accepted him, and he aided in fighting against rival groups of Visorak, claiming their body parts as trophies. He also learned a minimal amount of the Visorak language, just enough to know the basics like “I’m going to kill you!” or “I like you.” or “Leave me be!” Eventually he was found and reclaimed by Chirox, but not before the nest gave him a parting gift: A newborn Vohtarak. He travels to Corpus Rahkshi with his new friend Voha, ready to take on the world.

Going to question the use of the phrase "potent venom" there. Does that mean he can use venom but not much? Because the venom was something I asked you to remove, it was the webbing I asked you to nerf

    Name: Sim Xire

    Variation: Stasis Field

    Level: 2

    Gender: Male

    Gear: Arm-mounted grappling cable.

Appearance: Matted, dulled stone gray and sand blue.

Personality: Able-minded, slow to act yet not from hesitance. Careful thinker, evaluator, cautious.

Bio: Born from Gorast, but he won't tell anyone so. Instead he claims to be born of Krika. Showed up at Corpus one day completely out of the blue. Had no real credentials. Filled out the forms, received a room, and has hardly been seen since.

Can I get specification on how long that grapple cable can reach?

Is it pronounced "Word" "Weird" or "Wired"?

From what I know of Anglo-Saxon my name is pronounced "Weird Bith Full Ah-Red"

  7. Not-Ultron, are you waiting on a Spindle post?

Not to my knowledge. Icarax had an eye on the guy since he got shot and all but he's not going to interfere unless Spindle is more seriously wounded.

Back on Voha...like I said, kind of want to avoid pets being secondary powers for their owner. Cut out the venom and the invulnerability, and think of a way to limit the webbing

  8. @New Necron: Approved

    @Chantant: Approved

    @Kaita: Approved

@Carapace: My issues are less to do with Carapace and more with Voha. You say being a baby means his own shell is limited to physical things, no Rhotuka. But does that cover the various other abilities that are inbuilt into Visorak? The venom, the webbing, the Vohtarak beserker invulnerability? Other pets have been just a crab, or just a cat or just a bird (or bat, in Vlad's case), I've tried to avoid them being basically portable powers for their owner.

    @Walata: Approved

@Liliate: Also Approved. Though for my own curiosity, is that long-sightedness or short-sightedness she has?

  9. Name: Canvas

    Variation: Chameleon

    Level: 2

Gender: Generally female, unless she really wants to get into character

Gear: Canvas carries a few bags at her waist with jars of paint and sticky sap, brushes, knives, tools, and all kinds of crazy things she has at one point considered useful. Her room is in much the same state. Her staff, the only weapon she carries, is a dual-tipped pike with large, jagged tips.

Appearance: Varies. The only thing somewhat constant about Canvas’ appearance is her stocky build that’s a little on the short side and her pink eyes, though even those can change from time to time.

Personality: Canvas is spontaneous and eager to try new things. So much so that she loves slipping into the shoes of other Rahkshi. “The hard part,” the color scheme, is easily taken care of with her abilities, and she scrounges up whatever she can find in the Cauldron to modify her removable spines or simply mimic the appearance of other abilities with lightstones, paints, and armor. Sometimes, she may even directly copy a specific Rahkshi, then proceed to follow them around all day to learn how to act like them. It’s all meant as harmless fun, and she doesn’t quite understand why some get so offended by it. She’s surprisingly clever and inventive, something that comes in handy when developing her “powers.”

Bio: At first, it was just watching. Canvas’ eyes eagerly followed all the coming and going from her native hatching grounds, apparently without anyone paying her any regard. Then, as time went on and she gained a level, Canvas began experimenting with the limits of her powers. Her armor could change to match many surfaces, but it could also be configured to match the many colors of Rahkshi she had watched. She wondered what it would be like to experiment with their powers, and their lives. She followed along as her siblings ventured to Corpus Rahkshi, doing her best to fit in perfectly with whoever she might be travelling alongside. If they became annoyed or she got bored, Canvas would disappear, only to reappear with new colors and “abilities,” starting the cycle all over again. The great variety of Corpus Rahkshi is almost overwhelming for a Rahkshi like her.

    Name: Necron

    Variation: Poison

    Level: 2

Gear: The rahkshi carries a rusty sword as a weapon of choice.

    Gender: Male

Appearance: The pale green rahkshi has red eyes and a sickly ichor oozing out of his joints. His hands are soaked in dripping green poison and his sharp fangs are prominent. His leaf-like spine appears to be rusty and corroded. There are ulcers and rotten flesh on the Kraata and pus is leaking out of his Kraata case. The flesh that fills out the suit is necrotic and it is riddled with cuts, abscesses and maggots crawling in and out of the suit.

Personality: Necron has no regard for hygiene and often leaves a disgusting trail of slimy poison wherever he goes. He often spits out the sickly substance when he speaks, leading to him having a slight lisp. He loves to watch maggots and flies feed on carrion and often makes a meal of dead animals' remains. His cough is infectious and often vomits out buckets of the poison.

Bio: The rahkshi of poison has the typical backstory of being created as a soldier, but he seemed to lack focus in controlling his powers and as a result, the sickly substance otherwise known as a Lerahk's poison would drip out of his vents and mouth. His father later found out that due to some horrid defect of the creation, the kraata's flesh began to deteriorate rapidly and Necron was sent to Makuta after Makuta in an attempt to find a cure. Later, he was shipped off to Corpus Rahkshi so Icarax could examine him.

So, if he's so rotten and contaminated...how is he still alive? He's got maggots eating him, that should make him pretty unable to do pretty much anything

  10. IC: Palma raised an eyebrow at the request from Rail but nevertheless took him aside to one of the few beds that had privacy screen curtains, pulling them around herself and Rail to hide them from view.

"You have some concerns about something?"

  11. IC: [Olari]

The Cult of Pelko had made a mistake bringing their gods signature sensation with them. To the warriors of Bionifight fear was not the rock that slowly crushed you beneath its weight. It was not the lead that filled your veins until you could not move. It was not even the black ice that froze your spine in glacial grip.

To them, it was a whetstone. It sharped your senses, your mind, your anger. It gave you an edge, fired off sparks in your soul. An in Olari those sparks burned bright. With Kales dragons drawing most of the attention in the sky, she was relatively unnoticed, one shimmering blot like a streamer lost from its lightning bolt. Her attacks...less so. It was hard to ignore a storm of sharp and jagged metal that rained down, stabbed your friend, then rose back into the air and prepared to come for you next. The most vindictive hail ever.

Naturally the fireball that was Terry's grand goodbye caught her attention, she couldn't not see it from her skyward post. And she saw the ruin of the plague god squirming in the crater and anger flared within her all the brighter. Bionifight had been a cycle of wounds that could be washed away like a days sweat, of deaths that meant nothing but bragging rights and were forgotten within days.

    Well no more.

She hadn't known Terry, probably couldn't have picked him out of a crowd. But he had wanted his death to accomplish something and by the Great Spirit she wasn't going to allow yet another hollow sacrifice.

She reached out with her will and twisted the magnetic fields around around the form of Vitsaus, turning them inwards and pumping power into them second by second. If the sudden imploding force didn't pull the mechanoid inside out then the debris and shrapnel being pulled his way would smash and batter him to a pulp. And if even that didn't work, she was already massing a barrage of iron bars just for him...

  12. NAME: Kamanau

VARIATION: Fire Resistance / Teleportation / Quick Healing

    LEVEL: Kaita

    GENDER: Male

    GEAR: None

APPEARANCE: Icy blue and black, with gold accents (spines and claws particularly), Kamanau gives off an impression roughly somewhere between a centaur and a Stegosaurus. It has six powerful limbs, and can choose to walk on two, four, or all six, with the rest functioning as arms, and large claws on each hand/foot can serve as both weapons or graspers. Defensive armor plating on its back and sides augment a row of spiky plates all the way down its back and onto its tail, which in addition to helping the Kaita balance when upright, ends in an intimidating spiked club. Like its Rahkshi components, Kamanau can fly, when it presses its middle two feet/hands together. In addition to the Kaita-amplified Kraata powers of its three components, Kamanau possesses the ability to apply its powers to any one agreeable being at a time, imbuing them with fire resistance, teleporting, or healing them.

PERSONALITY: Formed of Shield, Snake, and Jayar, Kamanau contains a combination of their personalities.

BIO: None - not yet formed.

DRAWING: A rough sketch by Sil

  13. IC: Icarax was mildly disappointed. From what he had heard of the much-vaunted intelligence of the new breed he had been expecting this assignment to be an almost political event, with attempts made at alliances and strategy. And while it was true there had been some smarter voices in the hubbub, it was descending into a series of brawls and skirmishes. The assassins weren't even taking advantage of it, the three that were left.

Wait, one of them had tried something...and got shot in the back. Marvellous. Clearly, the Makuta thought to himself, he should have put a bit more forethought into choosing that one as an assassin. He maintained a little attention on Spindle, assessing the extent of his injuries in case they were sufficient enough for elimination

IC: As Palma went from one section of the infirmary to another, she noticed a couple of Porters lifting the sheets and matress off a bed, taking them away to launder the bloodstains out. It was odd though, she couldn't remember that bed having been used...Perhaps Jayar or Zelnos had seen to the patient. Though for that matter it didn't seem like she'd seen either of them around much either...

  14. Second character:

    Name: Phobia

    Variation: Fear

Level: (At start of RPG) 2

    Gender: Male

    Gear: Two wrist-axes.

Appearance: Phobia is red and glows a dark orange in many places. He is bulky and imposing as well as spiny.

Personality: Phobia is very, very evil. He is sadistic and cruel, and will stoop to anything to reach his goal. He cares not about others and has no conscience.

Bio: Little is known about Phobia. No one knows what Makuta created him, or where he comes from or why he glows with such a foul inner light. He plans to become the best rahkshi in the whole of Corpus Rahkshi and be the most powerful, most trusted servant of the Brotherhood of Makuta.

  15. Is the glow allowed to have hidden properties? Because if so, yes!

Not really, no. Thats why I was asking. There's been issues in the past with characters having "ooh, mysterious!" objects or attributes and then abusing them to be more than a little bit deus ex machina with them. Thats why I wanted it pinned down whether the glow did anything, or if it was just a glow

    Name: Wunjo

    Variation: Teleportation

    Level: Two

    Gender: Female

    Gear:

    • A pair of short hammers, designed for one handed usage and the breaking of joints, armor and weak areas through acute transfer of kinetic force
    • Small round shield she wears on her left arm. It is forged from a powered Kanoka of Weakening, meaning though it has a very small surface area compared to her frame, any attacks blocked with it are safely negated
    • X-shaped bandolier with two throwing knives and a variety of pockets, loops and holsters. While useful for holding things, it's main purpose is actually to serve as both armor and active resistance training. Beneath the leather exterior, it is high quality protosteel draped over otherwise vulnerable areas of her trunk and shoulders. Wunjo believes that it's constant weight (Forty kilograms, give or take) will also improve her speed and agility should she ever remove it, whether or not this theory is correct is as of yet unknown

Appearance: Wunjo wears the almost offensively bright lemon and candy apple red of her variety with pride, the colors mixed into a cheetah-esque pattern of red over yellow. Physically, she resembles the average Rahkshi in stature and posture with slightly more muscle mass. Her (toned) upper arms bear the wunjo symbol in a stand-out black

Personality: A rather preachy know-it-all, her self-claimed and self-substantiated claims to fame are three fold. A) Having read through the entirety of the libraries and archives on Stelt B) Having mastered the game of Go and C) Having complete tactical knowledge of every facet of combat, war and battle. The first two are arguably true while the third is open to interpretation of whether or not one can learn all of something so visceral through books alone...

Bio: The middle child of Stelt's Makuta, she has had an exceptionally sheltered and easy life compared to her brethren. Instead of seeking identity through god-hood, demon-hood or other such things, she instead sought it through knowledge. Poring over book after book after book in search of the illusive self, whether or not this was successful is yet to be seen

  16. Wyrd I think you forgot Pyre has a matoran in the infirmary.

Not really "forgot" so much as "clearly haven't had the time". You noticed me making any posts in the main RPG? I am not omnipresent, despite my best efforts, and cannot be everywhere all the time

Since Famine's rope is now split, can I have him upgrade it into a chain later? (He will have to earn it, he won't just get it  :P)

Depends on the chain. You'd have to run it by me first

    Second character:

Appearance: Phobia is red and glows a dark orange in many places. He is bulky and imposing as well as spiny.

Just want some clarification on whether that orange glow is just an aesthetic thing or whether it has some hidden properties not mentioned in the profile

  17. Technically they can be thrown by those who aren't professional, just not thrown well. The way how that's worded bugs me, but that's my opinion.

You can say the same of any knife though. I could go to my kitchen, pick the closest knife to hand and chuck it across the room, its just I probably wouldn't hit what I was aiming for.

I'm guessing if you're set on leaving then there's no point commenting on Mad Horse. Shame you feel that way, but I'll give you kudos for accepting your own flaws like that. There's many I can point fingers at, even on this site, who have trouble with that

    Vinna is approved

  18. IC: Icarax kept a watchful eye on the presence of the newcomers. They were interfering with the participants of his assignment, and that was annoying. But if this was a real world scenario then they would not be operating as a closed circuit. There would be interferences and interruptions. This could serve as decent practise. Perhaps it might teach the archer in black and white not to get distracted. She had gone from being one of the most outspoken voices to being on the fringe and overlooked, potentially easy prey for any of the remaining four assassins

And the twins who had evidently not been taught humility by their creator had been diverted by other students, not taking part in the assignment, so things had worked themselves back in order. Still, he'd keep a watch, just in case their next move did require his attention...and action

  19. Name:  Geuua, the Tinkerer.

    Variation: Molecular Disruption.

    Level: 2.

    Gender: Female.

Gear: Having lost her left hand soon after being spawned, she had it replaced with a modified Earth Claw, capable of forming a hand, shield and buzzsaw. In addition, her belt is covered in numerous pouches filled with spare parts and scrap metal for her to work with. Her weapon of choice is Blazebreaker, a one-handed, spiked warhammer with a heatstone nestled in its core.

Appearance: Noticeably taller and bulkier than a normal Rahkshi, Geuua is a veritable titan of armour and muscle. Her body is the familiar light blue of her variation, but covered in thick, heavy plates of metallic blue and silver armour. Her golden eyes stare out of a modified faceplate, with an inbuilt visor not dissimilar to that of a welding mask. The Earth Claw in place of her left hand is a darker blue, with a glittering sapphire gem in its centre, and emblazoned on her silver pauldrons is the gothic letter after which she is named.

Personality: Geuua is, above all else, an incredibly driven and determined individual. Once she sets her mind to a task, she’ll do whatever it takes to ensure that it gets done. Always true to her word, she does her best to be open and friendly, but doesn’t take kindly to prying questions about her personal life, and reacts violently to insults of any kind.  She has a passion for creation, be it tinkering with gadgets, forging larger items, or using her powers to shape simple objects into masterpieces of art.

Bio: Another child of the Makuta of Stelt, she soon got herself into a very one-sided fight with a particularly brutal sibling, who beat her to within an inch of her life and all but destroyed her hand. Deemed inferior, and underserving to live by the God Twins, and picked on by many of her other siblings, she fled to Xia. Finding refuge with a group of Vortixx under her father’s employ, she learned from them the arts of smithing and design. Working with the team of Vortixx, she began to upgrade and rebuild herself, adding armour and completely altering her appearance, even replacing her crippled hand. Finally, she set off for Corpus Rahkshi to meet with others of her own kind.

    NAME: Thurisaz

    GENDER: Male

    VARIATION: Fear

    LEVEL: 2

GEAR: Thurisaz' preferred weapon and prized possession is a sleek, elegant trident. The weapon is smooth, almost entirely devoid of ornamentation, condoning nothing more than a simple lattice of graceful curves along the shaft for grip. The outer two prongs (barbed, as are the rest) exhibit a similarly exquisite fluctuation, perfectly tailored to snagging weapons between them and their straight counterpart in the center with an artful twist and then wrenching said weapons from an enemy's hand with a similar motion. The opposite end of the trident is spiked. The trident is forged of a beautiful gleaming silver metal, which at rare angles in certain lights seems to give off glints of red. This, perhaps, hints at its true power - an ability to, upon mental activation, draw enough energy from the bearer to fire a rutilant kinetic blast approximately equal in force to a substantial punch but weakening over long distances.

APPEARANCE: While neither hulking nor minuscule, Thurisaz exudes an aura of being incredibly well built. Powerful muscles honed to perfect proportions ripple with gracefully beneath elegant armor plating of luscious cherry hues and silver accents; his every motion effortlessly surpasses the stunning grace of a dancer and awing nobility of a prince. His stately claws are an improvement on the common Rahkshi's, easily capable of serving as weapons in a pinch. Tatooed to one powerful ruby thigh is a black thurisaz symbol; his eyes give off the most glorious, entrancing carmine glow you could imagine.

PERSONALITY: Like his siblings Aza and Ezec, Thurisaz has a vastly inflated ego. But while they're considered to have 'god complexes,' Thurisaz has a demon complex. It's basically the same thing, really - it's just that he has an intense animosity against the God Twins, and thus chooses to play the role of their greatest adversary, acting against them whenever he can. And really, being both well-read and well-trained, he's gotten rather good at it. Unlike the God Twins' blatant boasting of their superiority, Thurisaz manages to send the message a bit more subtly, a kind of completely ineffable confidence wafting tantalizingly off him at all times. Cool, collected, and charismatic, he believes and offers a tempting philosophy of hedonism and anarchy, rejection of outmoded moralities and established authorities (such as gods - yes, especially gods) to make way for one crazy roller coaster of a world without such hindersome flimsy social inventions as guilt, loyalty, or fear.

BIO: Born, and a favorite, of the Makuta of Stelt, Thurisaz's first encounter with the God Twins came when he lost to them in a spar - but only because they resorted to foul play, or so he claims. (Maybe it's just that there were two of them to only one of him?) Regardless, the incident sparked off a heated rivalry, with the Turahk doing everything he could to undermine the efforts of his arrogant siblings wherever they went. Now that they've come to Corpus Rahkshi, he's particularly delighted, because here reside other intelligent Rahkshi to turn against his greatest enemies.

Gear: Xi carries four knives that fit into a belt he wears. They are standard knives and cannot be thrown unless thrown by a professional.

Appearance: Xi was entirely purple, but painted himself black all over to disguise as a Hunger Rahkshi. He has a uppercase Xi on his chest, and it is red.

Personality: Unintentionally rude sometimes. Xi has had little training in social environments because of the concentration required to master having four arms. He doesn't like to read, but prefers to look in fine detail at the way the book cover was made, and thinks abstractly.

Bio: What if you could take two Rahkshi suits and merge them together?

So many Makuta had unintentionally tried the double Kraata that it seemed as though a double suit might work. What this Makuta got was a Rahkshi with a very thick spine, a muscular body... And four arms. Xi was placed inside, and from the very beginning was trained mentally in the hopes he would be a powerful warrior, able to control all arms simultaneously. Xi had to train extensively in order to use his arms at all, and while he can now use them like normal arms, he suffers from muscle spasms, cramps, and confusion. Mentally unprepared for interaction, he was eagerly sent off to Corpus in hopes with proper training under good hands, he would be a deadly weapon of destruction.

    Name: Swordplay

    Variation: Fragmentation

    Level: 2

Gear: She carries a simple rapier as her preferred weapon. In the event that her main weapon is lost, there is a knife of Protosteel with a serrated blade in a holster located on her left hip.

    Gender: Female

Appearance: Unlike a normal Panrahk's spines, her spines are not bent and run down her back in a straight line instead of jutting out on each side. Her Kraata case and head are reinforced with armor plates welded onto the suit and she has armored pads on her shoulders, elbows and knees. She also wears purple gauntlets, thigh and shin armor for extra protection.

Personality: Swordplay trains herself with a sword as a hobby and she finds it peaceful and relaxing to strike at thin air. To her, it's a way of keeping herself from causing mindless destruction.

Biography: The rahkshi of fragmentation was employed in her Makuta's armies to be an expendable pawn. However, the rahkshi felt that she was capable of much more than being a slave for her father. Swordplay later ran off to Corpus after hearing about it.

    Name: Edge

    Variation: Poison

    Level: 2

    Gender: Male

Gear: His right arm has been modified completely. The arm is fused with a launcher made to launch poision at high pressures. The laucher ammo comes directly from the kraatacase using a tube and refills over time slowly.

On his back, he has a portable lab station where he can make and store chemicals (after getting the materials of course). Inside it has a Bunsen burner, centrifuge, etc. It also contains a first aid kit with basic surgery tools, which is a necessity in any lab. However, it is quite bulky and gets in the way of his combat and his running.

These are the chemicals/ liquids that he will know how to make.

    - Oil tubes (which can be ignited at will)

    - Water

    - Smoke bombs

Appearance: Black and Green with Blue Spines. He wears a white labcoat with pouches for storing vials and a black tophat. He's slightly smaller than most rahkshi, but he is much faster, however his lab gets in the way of this.

Personality: His mind is unstable. He has a strange fascination with blood and the kraata body. Despite his slight craziness intelligence is great and his perception is even better due to him being a surgeon. His skills as a medic is great but his insanity causes nobody to trust him as their surgeon.

Bio: When he was little, he had a strange fascination with blood and the kraata body. Because of this, he decided to disguise himself as a quickhealing rahkshi to work as a medic. Due to a suit defect, he had an exess amount of poison secreted from his kraata. Because of this he developed a gun to take advantage of this. However, he was found out to not be a quick healing rahk and sent to Corpus Rahkshi as punishment for what he did.

I'm going to say Approved, but like with Helix watch it on how you use the lab. You start conveniently coming up with the exact potion you need every time and I'm going to have to stomp you

  20. Oooooooh! A Star Trek rpg. I'd love to see where that goes.

Where no man has ever gone before I would assume :P

One thing that worries me slightly; when we had the FTL RPG it ended up focusing on the handful of players who had picked the top spots which left the rest of the crew a little left behind. Are you hoping that players submitting their own plots is going to avoid that?

  21. @Realm of the Teridax: It just feels like you're trying to write something other than a Bionicle RPG here. You've got the names of a few baddies scattered out there, but as they're appearing out of context and out of character (Bohrok, for example, were never servants of Teridax) and have replaced elemental and Kanohi powers with magic. How does one even be a priest in a Bionicle universe anyway, is Mata Nui bestowing divine blessing on you? And how do those level ups actually affect us, in what way do we become better at wielding our power?

And...well, whats the point of this all? We're just on the island and have endless fights? Thats going to get boring. And its going to get boring fast. You're going to need some kind of overarching plot, some kind of story, something to actually give the players purpose.

@Certavus Rising: Eh, this feels more like you're writing out an epic to me. You've clearly got the backstory and plotting down and I'm wondering what room there would be for players, and if they'd feel railroaded if they did something that didn't fit in with The Song of Ko and Ta (yes I know those are Matoran Universe not Spherus Magna, hush now) you've got going

@Unnamed Timageness RPG: So how are these groups decided? Do they just clump together in the order they're approved? So the first six to get the thumbs up go together, the next six go together and so on? Or do people make groups together in the discussion topic?

Our characters are being pulled from somewhere to participate in this, are they all being pulled from the same universe, or is this like Bionifight where they could be from anywhere?

Are the feuding forces who occupy each area the same each time? Is this a case of having Red team versus Blue Team all over or will they be specialised depending on what the area is like?
