    I think this is actually very useful. I had never thought of letting the story write itself in my past epics. I just made up new events and conflicts and attempted to connect them to the previous conflict. Many of those connections are very vague and didn't made the story make much sense. I'll be trying this method to write the future chapters of my epic (Exo-Force: Jungle Mission), and see how it turns out.
