NOTICE: For all those members who have PMed me in the past week, I regret to say that I most likely won't be able to answer your PMs for another couple days, or so; maybe even a week. The reason for this is because I've been extremely busy, and because of some personal matters. Thank you for your patience.
TobyMac is so awesome, and so is the CD. He seems to have gone a little away from hip-hop, since there's not as much of it on the CD, but I like it this way. I think it's a step up for him. Now, lesse, I like: One World, Made to Love, Boomin'/Opera Trip Interlude, I'm For You, No Ordinary Love, Ignition, Hype Man (truDog '07), Suddenly, All In/Mr. Talkbox Interlude, and Feelin' So Fly. By the way, Mr. Talkbox is extremely funny; really, it's like this:
The Oscars are so boring. All it is is a fashion show and a popularity contest.
In other news, I finished my AC13 project today. I'm pretty pleased with it, but it's no match to Nikira's and Lady K's.
...
You know what's funny? This:
[comm is blinking, Han hits the button]
Han Solo: Uh, everything's under control. Situation normal.
Voice: What happened?
Han Solo: Uh, we had a slight weapons malfunction, but uh... everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here now, thank you. How are you?
[winces]
Voice: We're sending a squad up.
Han Solo: Uh, uh, negative. We had a reactor leak here now. Give us a minute to lock it down. Large leak, very dangerous.
Voice: Who is this? What's your operating number?
Han Solo: Uh...
[shoots comm]
Han Solo: [mutters] Boring conversation anyway.
[shouting]
Han Solo: Luke, we're gonna have company!
Yes, that's right, what to blog about, what to blog about...
So yesterday I started the beginning of a new short story. It's actually going to be a pretty long one, at least to the standards of BZP. Which makes me think of something, did you know that before I joined BZP I thought a short story was 120 pages on MSWord? I did, it's true! I wrote a 120 page story (epic) on MSWord and I thought it was a short story. Boy, little did I know.
Anyway, that makes me think of something else. What do you consider as a short story? Or in other words, how many pages do you consider as a short story?
Back to the short story. It's about a Toa team of three who journey to the mysterious Nito Nui (my made up island).
I won't give out any more detail, because I don't want to ruin it for you.
Hey, I just thought of something else! This short story was actually planned to be an epic, but I quickly found out I wouldn't have enough time to write an epic. Also, I will make a topic in General Art for the map that I made of Nito Nui. So, be expecting this stuff soon...
