  1. IC: Vrana He turned, looking inwards towards the island that spread out for as far as the eye could see. There were many places on the island, any one of them could prove a whole new realm of exploration. There were six villages, but the lands between held many places that could be as wondrous and beautiful as the coast of Ga-Wahi. There was a large world out there that just awaited exploration. But something stopped him in his thoughts, something leading him towards an even better location. The forest of Le-Wahi were filled with one thing that he eager wanted, after the very lacking meal he had just consumed. They were filled with fruit, delicious fruit of many types. It was one of few things he could stand eating, and his hunger told him that was where he needed to go. "How about Le-Wahi?"
  2. IC: Brekan "You're the guy who forced me through the busy streets and into this place, by, of all this, carrying me, right? What made you think that was a good idea?" She finished her earlier sentence now that she had his attention. "Running through the streets, carrying a terrified Toa. You crazy or something?" The drink had taken its effect on her. She wasn't having near as much trouble talking to others, and he numbers in the room didn't bother her at all.
  3. IC: Brekan The mixture of Alcohol and time had finally managed to calm her, much more so than those who had brought her to the inn likely would have expected. The stress had vanished, and she didn't seem quite so terrified about the sheer number of people in the room. "Hey, you the guy-"She asked towards Grochi, before stopping herself when she noticed he was already in the middle of a conversation.
  4. IC: Interitio "It's a simple job. You are going to plant evidence in Ko-Koro that connects them to the murders in Ta-Koro. We want the island to think it was the Ice village behind the killings. You are to go in, without being seen or heard, as your mask and element should make you quite capable of doing, and plant very incriminating material that leaves little doubt that Ko-Koro is behind the crimes, but at the same time it must be visible enough to be found. If the Village guards locate it, I feel that they will likely try to cover up what they have found. In doing this, you shall help to bring Ta-Koro and Ko-Koro relations crashing down. But we must be careful, do not show yourself to anyone, we don't want them ever knowing that you were in the village at all. The evidence you will pace was already there, and nothing else is touched." After the explanation, he turned wearily back towards the shadows, lost again in his thoughts. Everything was fitting into place rather nicely, the pieces were coming together in a way that was beneficial to his current plans. Should all go well, the Two Koro would reach the edge of war, perhaps going over it. But that wouldn't matter, trust between the two would be shattered, and that was a very difficult thing to rebuild. They had much to do before the war began, and there would be many lives that fell into the abysmal chasm of death before he was done. He turned away from the shadows, stepping fully visibly into the weak light. "Take the time to prepare yourselves, we shall leave soon. I shall have the evidence that you shall place at the ready, as will I have our way into Ta-Koro, and exit, prepared." Soon it would be time, very soon. Fire would see ice as a dangerous enemy, and where would it go from there? He already knew what the next step would be, he just had to wait for the proper timing.
  5. IC: Vrana He looked over all of them, taking the darkest shade of black he could find. At least it was the right color, if it couldn't be his own feathers covering him. He turned towards Cadias with an almost bored look as the Toa happily commented on his pockets. Vrana couldn't care less about pockets. "So, are we about ready to go now?"
  6. IC: Vrana He was about to respond negatively, but his memory arose that he no longer had his wings to help keep him warm. He had no feather to protects his body from the biting cold, and his armor was certainly not built to do so. It would be very, very cold. "Fine..."
  7. IC: Vrana "Yes, I do." Merely the fact that Cadias wished to wear such a thing was confusing enough, even more so by the looks Cadias was getting by passing villagers. They seemed to think the clothing looked really awesome, Vrana just couldn't tell why.
  8. IC: Brekan The stress was slowly starting to cool slightly, though the number of people inside the Lavapool was far too many for her tastes, still affecting her sense of caution and instilling a great sense of unease that permeated her entire being. There was little she could do about the chaos of the day, the all around terror she had been put through as everyone in the Koro had arrived in that little alleyway. She would have to suffer through it. Or she could take the easy way out, sitting there within her reach, the large glass filled to the brim with what certainly looked to be alcohol, though it was at best a guess, having never heard of any drink called Salamander. It wasn't much of a choice, as the drink was swiped up by the Toa of air, and she quickly emptied it away. Perhaps quickly wasn't a strong enough word for the speed with which she downed it.
  9. IC: Vrana "... It look ridiculous." Was his response to Cadias' new coat. Sometimes, he had o wonder exactly what his friends were thinking. First the sunglasses, which he still had not really used, and now this bizarre choice in clothing.
  10. IC: Brekan There are some things that you just don't expect to happen, and Brekan had just been put through one of them. You don't often expect someone you just met to grab you up, and run you to a bar. It just isn't exactly a normal occurrence in anyone's life. So hopefully she could be forgiven for having another small panic attack on the way there, landing almost lifelessly in the chair as she struggled to catch her breath and stop the shaking that was attacking her due to stress.
  11. IC: Brekan Mustering her courage, she took a few steps towards the end of the alleyway, before stopping before she reached the end, not really wanting to move any farther. It was about as far as she felt she was going to be able to go. Sadly enough, the bar wasn't in the alleyway, it was in the distance. It wasn't a distance she wished to travel. OOC: Feel free to literally just drag her along, she's not budging of her own free will. XD
  12. IC: Vrana "They all look like stores to me, and I don't know what supplies you're talking about needing, so I don't think my opinion will be very helpful here." He responded, looking over the surroundings. The village looked so strange after the long time he'd been gone, like a welcome friend, and an old enemy. It was a conflicted feeling, something he supposed would eventually pass.
  13. IC: Brekan There was a choice that was far too easy to make. The house would be peaceful, secluded and quiet, but right now, she felt she could really use a drink. It didn't take much to relax her, it also seemed to make talking easier. The power of alcohol against inhibitions was a strong one indeed. "Lava pool..." She just had to manage to reach the bar... through the Koro streets... before she could get a drink. Maybe she was better off staying in the alleyway.
  14. IC: Brekan She attempted to rise to her feet, as the guards left she seemed to slowly be catching her breath. It wasn't the first time something like this had happened, once with her old friend, they had been... no, that tale was better left forgotten. Anything involving insect detonation was better left untold. She helped herself up using the wall, avoiding Grochi's hand. It wasn't anything personal, she just really didn't like being in the company of people she didn't know. "Thanks... both of you..." Maybe not so much the person who had drawn a sword, but a violent defense was better than none.
  15. IC: Vrana He rose to his feet from the table, looking at the widgets now laying on the table. The things people would trade for little lumps of metal was almost amusing, if it wasn't such a useful way to get what you needed without stealing it. He nodded his agreement with his allied Toa of plasma, turning towards the exist of the restaurant. It would be nice to be outside again, it was a little cramped in buildings, like a trap locking down.
  16. IC: Brekan In response to Grochi kneeling down beside her, she managed to make out a small nod amid the shaking. She was slowly managing to pull herself back together, recovering from the stress-induced Panic. The day had all gone horribly wrong, right from the start. First she had gotten terrified and stressed from the sheer number of people, then when she tried to calm herself, she had caught the attention of the guard, causing more stress. After that, finding words had been difficult, and the threat of being taken in had caused more stress. Then there where a lot of guards, then more people arrived. She wished she had just stayed home in Ga-Koro.
  17. IC: Vrana "I think I like it better uncooked..." He responded, pushing away the pie. There was a hint of distaste on his face, something about it had just tasted strange. He didn't like the stuff it was stored in, the filling itself was good, but the crust... "So... now what?"
  18. IC: Brekan The alleyway had gone to madness now, people were coming in to see what was causing the commotion. It was likely that none of them had ever seen a Toa with Anthropophobia having an anxiety attack in the middle of the alleyway, surrounded by guards. But when a weapon had been drawn, she knew everything was going to go even worse. She struggled to say something, but found the tightness she was feeling around her throat and intense fear had halted her ability to say anything.
  19. IC: Brekan The Arrival of more guards merely began to make it worse. First came the sweating and intense feelings of cold. She felt panicked, like she could barely breathe. She found herself shaking visibly, unable to stop, though it wasn't from the feelings of cold. She stumbled backwards slightly, losing her balance and barely managing to catch herself on the back of the alley where she had been standing. She slowly slid t the ground, eyes wide with panic.
  20. OOC: This is going quite badly, in a hilarious way. IC: Brekan. There wasn't much choice in the matter, really. She could either go with the guard, through the streets of the village, a walk through Karzahni itself, or she could run away from the guards, and get herself in a whole lot more trouble than ever before. She chose the third option, staying in place, breathing heavily and trying to keep herself from having a panic attack. She was having a really really bad day, why was facing life-threatening danger easier than dealing with people?
  21. IC: Brekan Being told to follow to the guard post would mean not only heading out through the streets, but also having to go into a building that could potentially be filled with people as well. She couldn't do it. She just stood completely immobile, trying to think of what it had been called by the doctor back in Ga-Wahi. "Anthropophobia..."
  22. IC: Vrana His eyes glanced downwards towards the pie, he was still quite hungry... but could he eat something like that? Something that had taken delicious fruit and contorted it into such a bizarre form? A clawed hand hooked into the pie, scraping off a chunk of it to devour.
  23. IC: Brekan At the look on the guard Matoran's face, Brekan became even more panicked, and the words she was saying didn't little to help reduce the nervous response that was coming from Brekan. She was just plain terrified now. "No, please, I uh... there was... Friend in Onu-Koro... treasure, uh... four eyed... blades at... uh... argument, left for... too many people... stressed out..." She just kept going, unable to find a complete sentence forming well under the threat of being taken to the guard post. OOC: It is quite humorous. I do indeed understand that, but the danger of arrest is no reason to play a character differently than they would act. XD
  24. IC: Brekan She was startled by the sound of someone else walking into the alleyway, and instantly prepared herself for the worse. As she turned her eyes towards the location of the sound, she saw a Matoran standing there. A Matoran with a guard's spear. As she was asked the question, she did her best to quickly explain, trying to fight back to escape response that echoed in her head. Plus, talking to others wasn't exactly something that came easily to her. "Uh, well, I was just... and then I, and... uh...Treasure, people, and... uh..." OOC: And the fact the Toa is more scared of the Matoran than the other way around. XD
  25. OOC: Toatapio Nuva, would a guard find someone standing completely alone in the back of a well-lit alleyway suspicious? XD IC: Brekan She finally managed to calm herself fully, trying to muster up the courage to go back into the living streets of the Koro, the constant motion and never-stopping energy. But she needed to find a less crowded part of the city, but still one with someone she could speak to about the job. Recruiting had never seemed this hard when she was merely going over it in her head, now it was a terrifying ordeal. She took a step forward, then promptly took in back, stopping exactly where she had been before. To get out of the alley, she would have to walk through the busy street again, and she found she really didn't want to do such.
