    Planned Stories

    Here are my planned, unpublished short stories.
     
    -Going Under-
    Not exactly sure of this story's plot. Most likely it will be around the LoMN time, with Nidhiki now as a insect dude.
     
    -Forgiven-
    It is said that the greatest battle is fought in the mind. Nidhiki, now merely a spirit inside the twisted mind of Makuta Teridax, finds out that it is all to true. All his life he has fought with the sword and the knife, now he is unprepared for this battle not of physical strength, but of willpower.
     
    -Hero of War-
    Also in its early planning stages, it'll be to the song Hero f War by Rise Against, and it's going to be about a Toa either in, or a survivor from, the Toa dark hunter war.
     
    -(Title not chosen as of yet)-
    An epic this time, it's going to be taking place during the Toa Dark Hunter war. However, it will be from the PoV of the Metru Nui Matoran for the most part.
     
    And, um, those are all I can remember right now. Thoughts?

    Oh the things I think of at 11 PM at night, when my mind is engaged in doing everything but sleeping.
     
    So basically, I got this idea for a character. A former Christian, who left the faith, because he's positively terrified of the supernatural. Anyone know what that phobia would be called, btw?

    So I just found out today, my older sister is moving to Minnesota in a few weeks.
     
    My reaction? Well, this puts it simply. "YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"
     
    Yeah, on one hand, the house will be quiet without her.
     
    On the other hand, the house will be quiet (Argument free, that is) without her.

    Welcome to the first mission of the Creativity Forum Revival Club.
     
    Perhaps you've heard of the critic's clubs in various forums. You post a link to your story, a critic reviews it. Here we employ a similar approach, with a few changes.
     
    You may post a link to your SS/Epic/MOC/Artwork/Comic in this entry. Then a member of the CFRC will post saying that he/she will review your story. In return, that member will then give you - through either a comment or a PM - the link to one of his/her own creative works. This way, both you and the reviewer get something out of it. A review.

    However, there are guidelines. Reviews like "OH COOL I LOVE THIS 10000000/10" will not be accepted. Just leave a nice review, telling the author what you liked, what you didn't like, and what could be improved. Nikira's blog entry How to review goes into that a lot better then I could.

    Who am I to not say that the song Who am I by Casting Crowns is like, the awesomest praise and worship song I have ever heard?
     
    I think it's taking its place next to Looking for angels as one of my favorite songs.

    I Need Medical Help

    Okay, so a few days ago, at a random homeschool group event, I heard several people singing Friday.
     
    So, um, anyone know how to surgically remove an annoying song that's embedded in your brain? I hear the sonic vibrations produced by Linkin Park songs are especially helpful in loosening it up.

    So we took Gandalf to the vet today. (He hates cat carriers with a passion, I can tell you that.)
     
    Good news:
     
    1) We got his claws trimmed there.
    2) We found out he was a he.
     
    Bad news:
     
    3) He's blind.
     
    Yeah, we're going to have to keep him inside pretty much full time now.

    Is going blind apparently. She keeps on walking into things, and ignores any attempt of mine to play with her, namely because she can't see the toys.
     
    So, we're taking her to the vet on Monday.

    Anyone notice that? For instance, I relax my scruples on swearing; next thing i know, I find myself using an [Do not bypass the wordfilter or reference words that are filtered.-Nukaya]. And I can look around it and see examples pretty much everywhere. A steady decay of morals.

    And I randomly listened to a Justin Beiber song, as the only thing I had to go by on this guy were what people say about him.
     
    Remind me to never repeat the experience again.

    Anyways, I'm still not sure whether he's a boy or a girl. Judging from his voice, I'd say a girl.

    To this day, I don't think I've had a single muscle-bound hulk for an RPG character; at least not since I first started playing. Tehemi in Darkspace fits that description... And almost all of my characters end up as assassins with a dozen knives, and usually some sort of speed ability.
     
    They are also usually wicked cool.

    -Ranged weapon system. Fully functional.
    -Melee weapon system. 90% complete. the system itself has been made, I just need to set it up to kill the lions, and I also need a better sprite for the sword.
    -Grenades: 100%. They attack at random, but there's only a one in ten chance of them hitting an enemy if it's the only one left.
    -Respawn for enemies: I'm saying about 10%. The prototype has been made, but it needs a lot of improvement.
    -Display bar, to feature weapons equipped, and HP and MP remaining. 40% complete. It still needs a lot of work.
     
    Known glitches
     
    Arrow turns in midflight. Happens rarely, and I have no idea how to fix it, short of tearing the event apart, and i can't do that.
    Arrow slows down drastically. Unfixable.
    Some lions have more then 10 HP. I have no idea why, but they do. I have yet to find the error.
     
    Hopefully, I'll have it ready and up in a week or so.
