But the Zombie ship thing reminded me of an interview in World War Z, where this guy was telling Brooks about how everybody I was trying to escape India by boat and the zombies were in the water and they climb up and infested the ships and killed everybody. Also I think the Chinese Navy dude who stole a Nuclear Sub to get out of the mess that China was talked about the zombie ships too.

What? Did you seriously think that Post Offices were run privately? They're owned and maintained by the Government, and as a result, are payed for by our taxes. Plus taxes suck right now, so people complaining about them is to be expected.
And the Post Office is expected to be able to find her Parcel. She's just expected to act somewhat civil about it.
