  1. Bethesda currently has nothing to say about DLC for PS3. Happy? I know you're not. Look, if I could give PS3 the DLC, I would. I feel bad for you guys. But no, there is still no news. They still can't make it work. They did say that at this point it would work for most people, but not for everyone, which isn't good enough. If I remember right, that's what was said. Not sure though.
Ah well. Gotta appreciate that Bethesda is dedicated to making their product satisfactory for all PS3 users at least. :P
  2. Always meant to cobble together a good fursuit-but I'm lacking the time and money this year. I'll probably stick to my Fourth Doctor getup-that scarf wasn't exactly cheap.
Nice to see I'm not the only wannabe fursuiter here. :BI've always wanted to try a 4th Doctor costume actually. I'd suit me well since I have the same hair. I just need his amazing scarf. D:
  3. I don't know specifics, but apparently Dawnguard runs poorly on PS3. It seems to have something to do with adding the DLC to the vanilla game. The issue is further complicated by the fact that even more DLC is on the way, making the previous problems even more complicated. This is a quote from Bethesda staff:

Earlier in the month, we provided an update on Dawnguard's status for PS3. It's been a few weeks, and we wanted to make sure everyone knows where we're at with Dawnguard. Skyrim is a massive and dynamic game that requires a lot of resources, and things get much more complex when you're talking about sizable content like Dawnguard. We have tried a number of things, but none of them solve the issue enough to make Dawnguard good for everyone. The PS3 is a powerful system, and we're working hard to deliver the content you guys want. Dawnguard is obviously not the only DLC we’ve been working on either, so the issues of adding content get even more complicated. This is not a problem we’re positive we can solve, but we are working together with Sony to try to bring you this content. We wish we had a more definitive answer right now. We understand the frustration when the same content is not available on all platforms. When we have an update, we will certainly let you know. We deeply appreciate all the time and support you have given us, and we’ll keep doing our best to return that.
  4. Apparently Dawnguard has both water currents and a burning skeleton horse. I should probably get it soon, though the crossbows are most of what I'd want from it.
OoooohSounds good to me. c:Maybe I'll cross my fingers for a sale on Skrim DLC during the next big Steam sale.
This almost makes me want to get Skyrim on my Xbox
They did add Kinect compatibility already, but I don't recall if the final product has voice-controlled shouts. It's mostly for navigating menu interfaces, which actually looks quite useful.
  5. Stormcloaks are all 'MUH CULTUUR' and Imperials are like 'MUH ELVES' and that's why every guard took an arrow to the knee, because the Thalmor told them to.
So wait, you're saying elves made them take arrows to the knees?old_link_bow.jpegIt all makes sense now.
  6. Have you tried Like A Boss? There's also Montures Monsters (Monster Mounts). The former adds a specific dragon, the latter seems to allow several types, though it also seems to clutter the south of Whiterun a bit with the ones you have available. Might be possible to toggle; I didn't read too carefully.
Those look great, but it seems none of these mods enable you to fly dragons....Oh well. Flying would probably screw up the game anyway. :b
  7. Hearthfire, yea or nay?
Just saw it, looks great.I like the idea of building a custom house. Also taxidermy is awesome.Although it probably won't give me what I want from it, which is a Khajiit spouse and beautiful kittens in my brand new home.
