  1. eeeee this is very very pretty. c:I love how you improved the mask. It looks stellar now. the torso and hips are likewise magnificent, and the tanks look super cool too.I'l not rally sure how I feel about the "hands". They fit the design, but I don't see what function they could serve for a mineral sampling robot. They do look good though, and are probably not worth changing, but I am a bit curious as to how Gaineamh would use these hands.

  2. Yoshi (that might count as Mario, though)

The Yoshi series actually does have pretty good music, and it's very stylistically different from Mario music, so yeah.If the credits song to Yoshi's Story don't make you tear up, I'm afraid you have no souuuuul. D: (The rest of that game's soundtrack was meh though.)
  3. I don´t think I will, sorry. One, the filesize would be too large for the server to handle a large number of downloads for it and two, I don´t have the time to make subtitles for the entire movie. :( There have been uploads on other places, though.-Gata signoff.jpg

If only there were some website where you could upload full videos without downloading them...
  4. ...GAH. I clicked the wrong link.Don't review mocs past 12, kids.Well I think this is pretty cool too. I like how it can be a jet pack or an underwater propellor. Though I'm not sure if I like how you have to change the moderator drastically to use one or the other. Would it be possible to take the black end of the jet pack and attach it to the propeller case instead? Then it would look like that portion detaches for underwater movement. My only concern would be whether that would affect the propeller or not. Also Megaman power slide is lolz.

  5. Technically the Ben 10 sets also had sturdier parts. My only experience with them is from where the parts have appeared in Hero Factory, but I'd reckon they might be even sturdier than the Hero Factory limbs.

The Hero Factory and Ben 10 sockets are actually the same (Though Ben 10 used them first, while HF 1.0 stuck to the late Bionicle sockets). The only significant difference is that all Ben 10 parts were fairly specialized compared to Hero Factory parts, and a few had sockets made of rubber (the hands in particular), which if I recall were slightly weaker than the plastic limbs. The limb pieces from Ben 10 looked kind of weak to me, especially around the ball joints. They were about as thick as the old Bionicle limbs, but with much wider gaps for the new sockets. Hero Factory's limbs are a bit thicker in construction.I've never heard of problems with those pieces though, so I assume they were sturdy enough.
  6. This is awesome. I love the color scheme. The head is really well done. This wolf looks good in both forms, which is pretty hard to do. Good use of system pieces. My only complain is the tail. It's kinda short, but I don't really have ideas to make it better. Maybe make it blue, so you'd find more tail-ish pieces in this color? Anyway, great job.

By my estimates, the tail's actually just about the right size for a wolf's tail. Their tails usually don't reach below their back leg's ankles, and that's about where the tail ends.It still does feel a little short when standing up though. That probably has more to do with the elongated torso proportions. And by blue, do you mean regular blue? Unfortunately that would clash with the rest of the moc, and wouldn't expand my options for Bionicle pieces. I'm considering making more tails out of system, which could be touch given their limited articulation, but I'm hoping that will lead to a better design.

i really like how you managed to combine those system, old bionicle parts and HF parts altogether into one MOC, but still you need to improve the body shape, it looks kinda too flat, and maybe a bit too wide, and also the legs look too small, making it unpropotional with the rest of the body, but still nice job, you made to head looks really neat, great job :)

*Shrug* I confess that torsos have always been my biggest shortcoming. :P It's got some faults, though given my shameful lack of dark blue pieces, this was hard to overcome. I don't mean to excuse myself though, I wish to improve on it a bit too.And frankly, the legs aren't actually too small. They look short, but for a number of reasons. 1) the weight of the model forced me to bend them a bit more than I wanted to while taking photos, and 2) the torso was lengthened to suit the quad position, so it makes other body parts look out of proportion (which is why I said before that merging a biped/quad body is bad for most artistic media :). Plus, if they were longer, I'd have to make the arms longer to compensate. Then you'd have a werewolf with lanky limbs and a bulk torso. And that would be scary. Again, I don't mean to excuse myself; your criticisms are most appreciated, but I had my reasons. :P

Do those claws that use the binoculars fall off a lot, especially the legs?

Actually, they don't. Perhaps if you mishandle the model they could pop off, but when building/posing, they were quite sturdy. Of curse, for the hands, I kind of had to jam the pieces together (note that the binocular lenses are slightly larger than 1 stud wide), which caused them to not fit perfectly, but fortunately that didn't become a problem.
  7. Ohoho this is very nice :3Seems like you've built this with functionality in mind, and that greatly pays off. Yet at the same time, it's quite stylish too. Not a lot of mocs can balance style and function this well, but you've succeeded. On the subject of function though, I'm kinda bugged by the fact that the gear is fake. Sure it looks great there, no doubt, but at the same time, it looks to me like it could in theory be used to spin the blades. It would be even cooler if that were possible.

  8. I've had those joints crack in all kinds of ways. It's nothing unusual. It looks to me like the piece still works fine, but how does it feel to you? Is the connection too loose? Does come off too easily? If not, then I don't think you need to replace it.From my experience, cracks in the center are less damaging than side cracks, so chances are it won't get any worse. Still, you can order replacements if you feel the need to.
