The sets are pretty cool, I guess. Altough the only one I thought was like "Wow I've got
to get that one" was Meltdown. His face is so beautifully monstrous and those nuclear goo containers are absolute <3
Also, I don't really think that Van Nebula will use the black Hydraxon mask, as I mentioned in the Hero Factory topic, it's probably just
a placeholder. It looks alright where it is, though.
So I got some information on what's up with my teeth today, as mentioned in the previous entry, and well, it's pretty bad.
To the tooth-ripping extent.
So I'll get a couple of different braces and none of them are of the painful kind, luckily enough. I'm a bit worried about
a couple that looks like it has huge hooks on the sides, but it's probably not going to be as painful as it looks.
As mentioned, they're going to take a tooth, but I'm not owrried about that. It's going to be over in 5 min anyway. Altough the entire
project of getting my teeth straight will probably take about 1,5 years. -.-
But meh. It's not that bad. It's going to feel horrible at times, sure, but I'm going to manage.
Also, I got Tahu Stars today for compensation of the bad news. He's pretty neat, altough there's too much red on his sword, and
it doesn't contrast as well with his hand as it did with Tahu Mata's arm socket. That piece of Avtoran head visible under the chin is very irritating as well.
And also I removed the Nuva shoulder armour from his hand, it clashes horribly. I'm going to put an orange one there instead.
I know I didn't add an entry about school starting again, but that's because it wasn't much of
a deal a week ago. Still, when I had to get up today, it was all "NO".
But yeah, education is important, so I'll have to live with it two more years until I can choose myself
what primary education I want.
Spore works on my Mac again, and Creepy & Cute as well as the Exoskeleton Limbs
work fine. Galactic Adventures, on the other side, does not. Of course. Oh well, I'll just have to figure out
how to get it working.
Also, I have a MOC of a Thanator from James Cameron's movie Avatar standing beside me. I'll
get it up in the not very distant future, so keep your eyes open.
I was at a museum yesterday, there had been some kind of gingerbread creation contest there.
Most of the entries were houses or buildings, two or three of them had collapsed, but there was one that was really,
really cool.
It was a giant monster snail.
Appereantly, it had won the contest- and trust me, there was no doubt why.
The body was mainly sculped out of thick gingerbread, but it was covered
by different kinds of syrup that looked exactly like slime of different kinds.
It also had a huge track of slime/syrup behind the beast, and in it was lots of
slaughtered gingerbread people. Everything was perfectly sculped, the shell,
the head, the body, not to mention the chess board it crawled over.
It was really awesome. I might get some pictures up, but I took them
with my cellphone, and they are very dark, and the quality of them probably
won't be the best, but whatever.
So. I see a dupe of the 'Official Sets Mistake Topic', I report it and redirect eventual members to the official topic.
