The Mask of Ice

IC: (Uar)"Well, see ya there." Uar said as he activated his Kakama. I love this mask... he thought as he made it to Lake Pala in a few minutes. He could see a great number of Gukko, some of which were bending down to drink from the lake. With nothing better to do at the moment, he sat down, waiting for the rest of the group to catch up.

IC: (Ckase - Krahzia)"No thanks, but, what the Karz were you doing with a bomb stuck your head?" I said as I barely supressed a sigh. I'd seen enough crazies to last me a lifetime.

IC: (Ckase - Krahzia)As I worriedly walked past, I barely noticed a Matoran (OOC: Krash), with two Toa (OOC: Blade and Nefas) standing in front of him pour tea over his head and dislodge an object from it. Looking at the object more closely during the split second between him removing it from his head and putting it in his bag, I saw it was a bomb, of the sticky variety. I cautiously approached the three and watched for the Matoran's next move, in case he decided to actually detonate the thing.

IC: (Uar)Uar rushed back to the group, having heard Kongu's reply. "He wants us to meet up with the rest of the strike force in Pala-Koro." he said.OOC: I don't really know if what I'm doing fits with BZPRPG regulations...

IC: (Uar)"'Kay then..." Uar replied as he activated his Kakama, becoming a blur headed for Le-Koro. When he reached the village, he searched around the village, and finally found the Matoran. "I'm sorry, do you have a moment to spare? The Hau Karda, a team of beings, will arrive here shortly to offer aid in attacking the Hive." he then waited for Kongu to answer.

If Friar Tuck has the time, may he allow (a portion of) the Hau Karda to meet up with the Gukko Force and aid them in attacking the Nui-Rama Hive?

IC: (Uar)"Sounds good." Uar replied as the team walked and Le-Koro slowly came into sight. "Should I sprint ahead and tell the Force we're coming?" he asked.

IC: (Uar)As the weather got warmer, Uar felt irritated, being a Toa of Ice. "So, what's the attack plan?" he asked Dekuna.

IC: (Ckase - Karzhia)After finishing my wine, I felt at least a little drunk, enough to push the whole situation to the back of my mind. I then stepped outside, thinking of a way to relay the possibility to Ryjak as indiscreetly as possible.OOC: Ckase open for interaction.

OOC: I couldn't agree more.IC: (Uar)Uar had sat by the speed rock. After learning that the team he was on was to help in attacking the Nui-Rama hive, he asked:"Sorry, been out of touch withe Le-Koro for a while. Exactly why is there a plan to lay siege to the hive?"

OOC: When you said "Runners", I thought of The Jesus Incident. IC: (Ckase - Kharzia)After trekking in the desert for days, I arrived in Kharzia. Deciding that I needed a drink, a strong one, I entered the first bar I saw, took out a few widgets, and ordered a glass of cheap wine. Meanwhile, my mind wandered to the AI. If it raised the ship, what would it do? Capture everyone for testing? Obliterate the entire planet? I just didn't know anymore.OOC: Ckase open for interaction.

IC: (Uar)"Should be hard to miss." Uar said to Miha. "Let's spread out and look for him." he continued.

OOC: Finally... *sigh of relief* IC: (Uar)As the Toa of Ice turned around, he saw Dekuna intercept a Matoran's cart which was full of lightstones and rolling towards the river. "So, I suppose we should get going. If Whenua's captor was a Toa of Shadow, I'd say it's pointless to look for him now, with the head start he has. I suggest investigating this NEX business."

IC: (Ckase - Science District)I had been scavenging the area for a while, convinced that the AI would stop bothering me. I was proven wrong, however, as I saw a struggle between a few Vahki and two Toa. I sensed an external flow of data to the robotic enforcers. Upon examining it, I found a code pattern identical to that of the AI. I immediately fled from the site, sensing there were more to come. I figured out the reason the AI had me reset all security levels to 0, then input a line of code in a foreign programming language: restart and rebuild the broken security system, maybe even the whole Mata-Nui-danged ship. I then started fleeing the district.

IC: (Ckase - Science District)I sighed a sigh of relief as I was deposited safely outside some building in... the Science District? I walked about, trying to find my way out of this place and to Kharzia.OOC: Ckase open for interaction.

IC: (Ckase - Testing Facility Limits)I felt that I had no choice in being dragged away by some robot, being sure that it would kill me if I resisted. I didn't resist the pull, praying that wherever this thing dragged me, it would be out of here.

Then, I thought of how stupid that would be, being a person who usually conned his clients. I didn't really believe in karma, but I thought it plausible that the same could happen to me.
