  1. Valoran's approved. Sorry I took so long.
  2. GM IC: The blinding glare subsided. And for about a minute, all was normal, save for the name still scrawled in the sky. Then the name flashed up again, making it once again impossible to see.
  3. Yeah, sure go ahead. They would make a great team.
  4. Viloz is approved. Oh, and Zarayna, don't forget to add Oryan to the profile topic. Don't forget that there is currently a blinding light lighting up the sky. If you're character didn't go for shelter when the horn sounded, don't forget to incorporate it. There will be three flashes and each flash lasts about 5 min. Due Map time being faster the MU time(which is where the flashes are actually occurring). We are still on the first flash. And just a plug to anyone who has free character slots, to join our two player made factions: Armageddon and the Inquisition. Find out more about them by looking at their descriptions in the faction section of the RP First Post, and Looking up their members in the profile topic. Also we need more Worshippers.
  5. Yeah, that's fine. The other one is ok, but I find it just a little too bright.
  6. GM IC:With Nahri's transfer completed, the flashing of the name in the sky began. The world of the Map suddenly turned white. Blinding anyone who wasn't taking shelter.
  7. Oh, I didn't realize it was a canon weapon, excuse the pun. Yeah, I guess that's good, maybe just add something about how the effects of the cannon wear off after a bit. Approved.@shadow: I already did last night, check back a few posts.
  8. Love it! Our chief Krana is the Xa... the Xa and Za... the Za and Xa.... our two Krana are the Za and Xa... and the Ca.... Our three Krana are the Za, Xa, and Ca...and the Su.... Our four...no... amongst our Krana.... amongst our armament...are such Krana as the Za, Xa.... I'll come in again. I'm assuming you mean heatstone, unless she plans on burying her victims. Yeah, as stated under "Character Profiles" and in the first post of this topic, the character limit is currently three. Looks good. Abahdon, Slaughterhouse and Kapa are approved. Just get rid of the awful yellow ToD. Lev, Get rid of the Kanoka and shadow powers. Does the cannon only affect one person at a time?
  9. NPC IC / Gronk / In the Tunnels / Lying on the ground in front of Ferrin: Getting back to his feet, Gronk turned around to face Ferrin again. "Dreaming?" questioned the Krekka, "If I dreaming, I need to wake up." He swung his fist again, but this time, instead of aiming for Ferrin, he aimed for his own head. "Wake - Ow - Up - Ow - Gronk - Ow!" He shouted as he repeatedly bashed in his skull. "I don't feel too good", he said after a few powerful blows, slumping to the ground. Seconds later he was unconscious. IC / The Carver / Somewhere in the Matoran Universe: Looking out his window at the storm now in full force, the Carver saw a small Toa struggling to walk against the wind. No one should be out in a storm like this, he though. Let's help them out and get them somewhere warm and dry. Smiling maniacally, he switched on his mask, and began carving into the tablet before him. Inside the world of the Map, the letters started appearing in the sky. Seeing them, the Law Enforcer in the lookout at the top of the Palace sounded the alarm. A loud horn reverberated through the city, warning people of the impending name, and telling them to find shelter before it started flashing when the Map would be flooded with a bright blinding light for three five minute spans.
  10. Add a little about her life before being trapped to the Bio/Personality, and it's approved Shadow. So the game has been kinda bland so far. I have some ideas for plot points that may make things a bit more exciting, but it's still a little too early for them. If anyone else has any ideas to help get things going, go for it. As ExoFat would have said, "Do something crazy!"
  11. Yay, another worshipper!Get rid of one kind of bolts, and Oryan is approved. Also who is Moka?
  12. NPC IC / Gronk / In the Tunnels / Having a Disagreement with Ferrin: "Why Gronk punch self in face? Gronk punch you in face!" said the big enforcer. His heavy fist then pounded into right through Ferrin's head... Literally. The Ta-Toa had switched on his mask of intangibility causing the Gronk's punch to have no affect on him. The force behind the non existent blow pulled the Krekka's whole body through Ferrin and he landed face first on his own fist. "How Gronk punch self in face?" muttered Gronk, dazed. IC / Carmera / On a balcony at the Palace: Carmera's relaxing was interrupted by a noise drifting up to her from the street. She opened her eyes and sought out the source of the noise. Looking down in the direction of the Well, she spotted a commotion. She sighed hoping the Law Enforcers would soon have it under control. The Well was the most important resource in the whole of the Map. If the Worshippers were to maintain control, they needed complete control of the Well. Having been brought back to reality by the commotion, she headed back inside the Palace. She had a meeting with a certain Judge.
  13. Yeah for sure! And if you're going to do that, I can start it off with a post of the Carver carving her name into the Map.
  14. NPC IC / Gronk / Tunnels Entrance / Chasing Velatin and being chased by Ferrin: "Puny punk!" Gronk yelled as Velatin turned the Corner. "You under arrest for not stopping!" He followed him around the corner with Ferrin not far behind. A long dark tunnel stretched before them. Switching on a light mounted on Gronk's helmet revealed that the corridor was empty. "Huh?" Gronk stopped in his tracks. Ferrin too close behind him crashed into his back before he could activate his Kanohi. Gronk was shoved forward a few steps as Ferrin fell backwards. Gronk turned around and looked down, the light on his shoulder shining right in Ferrin's face. "Gronk mad!" he said, forgetting about Velatin.
  15. NPC IC / Gronk / Near the Well / Chasing Velatin:Running after the Vortixx, Gronk shoved the Toa of Fire (Ferrin) out of the way and charged through the wall after Velatin. Being tangible, there was a loud crash as a large hole appeared in the side of the building when the Krekka charged through. The building happened to be the foyer of the Tunnels, and Velatin was running past the Tunnel Guards and into the Tunnels themselves."Stop!" Gronk yelled at the Vortixx. "You not allowed to down there."
  16. NPC IC / A Law Enforcer / At the Well / Chasing after Velatin:The Law Enforcers in charge of the Well were startled when a semi-tangible Vortixx ran through the lineup, upsetting all the citizens, and grabbed the water bucket out of the distributors hands. The distributor, a white armoured Krekka named Gronk, did not like it when others pushed him around. Leaving the other Enforcers to trying to calm the crowd and bring order back to the line, Gronk kicked the dropped bucket aside and ran after the dirty Vortixx."Gronk mad!" The Krekka yelled.
  17. Sorry I was absent yesterday guys, I was participating in festivities. Speaking of factions, The Worshippers/Enforcers could use some more recruits too. They are far outnumbered by the disrupters. Also another thing I would just like to mention is that there are three ways of esaping the Map. One is with an Olmak - which is not allowed. The second is with a Botar - which is also not allowed. The other is a secret and for you to find out. I may drop hints throughout the rp.
  18. No that's alright, I have some interesting thing I want to do with things being carved into the sky later, but for now its good. Go ahead and plug the Well for now, should make for some interesting plotpoints. We'll see about the rest of your plan later. Also Happy Canada Day to any fellow Canadians in the crowd!
  19. Ferrin is approved. Maybe just add to his powers his elemental power of Fire and his combat experience.
  20. If you want to just write a little blurb about i'll add it to the list of factions and whatnot. Keep in mind what I mentioned in my pm.
  21. The temple was made in the design of an "A," and since the detail was put into explaining the reason for that, I figure, "Hey, good as any other symbol to hang up." Same reason for that, then. Showing the importance of the Carver. All hail the Carver. Hail! -Toa Levacius Zehvor Ha ha, you know, it's been so long since I've read the rpg from top to bottom, that I comepletely forgot about that.
  22. @Lorax: yeah, I'm trying to be open to suggestions. Of course Metru Nui isn't really your typical city. There's at least six different environments there. But anyways I guess I'll leave it more open to your discretion for now, just try and make a bit effort to stick more to the specific environments I mentioned. I think it'll make it more interesting and more fun that way. Thanks zakar. Good to see you here ToD.
  23. IC / Carmera / The Palace / With Koranga:"Excuse me," said the enforcer. "But I think a pair of enforcers are in trouble. I'll get onto it before another riot can start.""Yes, very well," replied Carmera, "we don't want these things to continue getting out of control." The Tobduk leapt off the balcony, leaving Carmera alone. She let out a sigh as she leaned against the railing. Sometimes she wished she could leave her position of power and just live out in the outcast towers away from the stress of keeping the overfill city in line, but she knew the carver would never allow that. She gazed out across the city towards the foreboding towers in the distance. The morning sun reflected brightly off them from behind. There was a haze gathering above them, as if to signal that trouble was brewing. Dismissing the feeling, the Vortixx closed her eyes for a couple of minutes and let the fresh breeze wash over her. OOC: I'm curious lev, why an "A"?
  24. Yeah, I suppose it counts as "land", I was under the impression that it only worked with rahi that were in the area, but looking at some descriptions of it, it seems that's not the case. But if land is just one general environment, it seems like a very broad environment. What other environements are there? Just Sea? It now almost feels to me like this mask is a tad overpowered. I think maybe we should tone it down to what is described as the noble level of power. So while you're in the City, you can only use it to copy abilities of city rahi, outside the City can be plains and deserts. In the Tunnels is underground rahi, and if your ever in the lake that can be water/sea rahi, and if you ever learn to fly that can be sky rahi. I think that would make it a little more interesting. Rather than being able to access the powers of half the known rahi in the MU without changing environments.
