  1. The Kingdom has no problems.

    All hail Turaga Takanuva.

    All hail the light.

    Praise the sun.

    Feed the Piraka.

But seriously though, the only "problem" I find interesting in the Kingdom storyline is how Takanuva's destiny changed from helping with a civil war, to pulling of a Moses.

  2. The set came before the conclusion that lightning had blue-white color, so I can't say I see correlation as other Inika had the same Lightning powers. Remember, it's stated that this is a power, not elemental affliation, and for a Matoran to be "of a certain element" they need to be elementally associated with it.

And Toa with various elements have constant color overlaps. Toa of Earth can practically look identical to Toa of Stone or Magnetism, or even Toa of Sonics. Toa of Iron could look like Toa of Stone or Fire.

Plus I don't know if Greg stated it anywhere since it's something kind of obvious, but Matoran can only be affiliated with one element, unless we're talking Moral Light Leeching, then it's a different story.

Conclusion, I don't see that Hahli is in any way "part Lightning" or whatever.

  3. As far as we know, it's lying on its side on Spherus Magna.

You sure he's on it's side? I'd imagine that would shake up the insides quite a bit (no artificial gravity n what not) and not really leave much room for survival.. I always imagined him to be kind of flat on his back.
  4. What if, just what IF the following is what's happening up there:

**warning: crazy freakeay weird theory inbound**

Alright well it's not really a theory, but whatever. By re-reading that chapter of TPTB, It's quite obvious, or at least hinted that the Kestora are disturbed in some way regarding all the beings up there, and some might have become quite insane by spending so much time up there with a booming population that shouldn't be happening. Now, since it's stated that it sounds like bodies are being drawn across floors, could it be that the Kestora are just not doing their jobs anymore and have given up on repairing the inhabitants? Methinks that originally they just sort of drag whatever is left of the body then swarm around it and rapidly fix things, since they seem to have arms made for fine labour and precise motions and are smaller than most MU beings.

On another note, it would be interesting to see if some Kestora really were driven mad and recreated many of the inhabitants in more zombie-ish or mutant forms causing them to be all weird and stuff... Now that would be a TPTB that i'd like to read... ;)

  5. Regarding the coloring, I think that the mask just sort of changes if it's not already the that belongs to the wielder's element.

Now what do I mean by that?

Well let's say Tahu picked up Turaga Matau's noble mask and put it on. In that case, i feel the mask would change colors to fit Tahu's scheme in the best way possible. However, if he took lets say Onua's mask, I think that it would stay black in color since that is one of the colors that fit Tahu's element.

  6. Ehhh yes and no. The Ignika (and Mata Nui since he's within the mask thus possessing its power) is able to transform Matoran into Toa and Toa into Turaga, and Turaga back into Toa and then back into Matoran. Following my drift? Like look what it did to poor Icarax. It has a huge array of powers regarding manipulating life, and a lot of them are listed on BS01.

Since it also has the ability to curse beings that are not destined to wield it, I would imagine this is what would happen if a random Matoran who wasn't necessarily meant to become a Toa touched the mask. Plus I'd think the mask would be under heavy guard again since it holds MN's spirit, as well as enormous power.

  7. Well, fishers asked Greg in the LMB thread, and he replied that no one mind is controlling the fusion.

    1) Is Zaktan controlling the fusion?

    1) No, it's a merged being. No one consciousness from an individual member controls it.

Of course, he also said that Teridax had nothing to do with the fusion at all, which is in direct contradiction to RoS, so I guess we can take all that with a grain of salt.

Pardon me, didn't he see that when a fusion is created the beings within it fight for dominance? Like yea, I understand that this new mind isn't purely stemming from the most dominant being, but I think that it's been stated that one being will have most influence over it... He should just let us know who that being is. :P
  8. Since it's been confirmed that Bone Hunters and Skrall descended from Agori and Glatorian respectivley, I like to think that the Agori, Glatorian, and GBs were once one species, but over time evolved in their current species with different abilities due to selective breeding. But hey that's just my crazy talk about evolution in a universe where evolution makes little sense... :P

  9. It's possible that there were several of Toa of Light, or some preliminary type of Light Toa, as there are several of each of the main elements at story present, and that the only reason why we haven't heard from them is because they were all used to create the Bahrag.

It's not very likely, but it hasn't entirely ruled out.

The thing is it has been confirmed that Takanuva is the first Toa of Light in the prime universe (and many others as we've seen in Takanuva's and Vezon's interdimensional travels) and it has been confirmed the Bahrag WERE created by the Great Beings as they are in their current form and shape.

I hope so. I want likan back!

He's been revived. He'a kicking it with the other undead homies up in the Red Star.

It's all on BS01, I feel like people forget about that wonderful wiki sometimes. :P

Regarding the Avohkii, I would think it would be stored away somewhere for safekeeping and as a way to honor Takanuva similarly fo what they did to Lhikan's Hau since both were seen as grand heroes. Plus I think they'd take extra care with the Avohkii due to it's unique power, and the influence Takanuva had on the Universe.

  10. So, I don't quite want to start another topic for another question that I think fishers will answer by the morning, so I'll just ask away.

Bs01 states that Takanuva's "primary destiny" is playing some kind of role in a GB civil war? What war? Also, if he were to play this role and go against the GBs, why would they program that into him, or is destiny not quite written by the Great Beings?

  11. Recently (well, yesterday precisely) I've noticed that the BS01 Velika page states that he is "responsible for the nanotechnology inhabitants' evolution into a sophisticated culture of artificial intelligence."

Now, I'm just curious, where was this confirmed, how exactly did he do this, and why would he do it if it would just cause problems later on when it came to deactivating the nanotech?

  12. 13. Is it safe to assume that the Agori and Glatorian species originate from one original species that diverged into these two over time ?Are the GBs natives to Spherus Magna, and if yes, are they related biologically to the Agori and/or Glatorian? If no, could you tell us where they come from? That is all.
