  1. IC Jokar - Ga-Koro - Spectating:Now would be the perfect time to just walk away without any trouble; then again.. he wanted to see how this situation would play out, it was clearly obvious that this newcomer had the fight in the bag, at least unless the Lightning Toa decided to step it up a bit, and actually start fighting instead of launching random bolts of lightning at his opponent. He folded a bit of the lily pad he was standing on into a bench, which he sat down on, simply viewing the fight from a distance, trying to figure out which of the copies of the newcomer was the real one. -Jokar
  2. IC Yghari - Ko-Koro Bar - Talking to Krayzikk:"Oh, you know. The usual feeling of uselessness, trying to forget my past failures... I've been a lousy hero as far as us Toa go, and I've been even worse to several groups of people who I had begun to consider friends... meh, they're all gone now," he said to the titan, noticing his glace toward his drink."What brings you to this sad little bar way out in the solace of Ko-Koro?" he asked as the bartender brought Krayzikk his... drink. -Yghari
  3. IC Oura - Ta-Koro - Walking: Oura walked slowly onward toward the menial job that he had found in this little village; he was currently headed toward his 'job', which was just helping to construct buildings and the like, things that the village needed. It paid good, really good, but nowhere near as much as his old profession had; he doubt he could ever make that kind of money anywhere else. Trying to set his past behind him, he continued on to work, ignoring the throngs of people that were in the streets as he moved through them.OOC: Open for interaction, if anyone wants to play with an ex-mercenary who is currently hiding from the goons of a crimelord. c:-Oura
  4. IC Yghari - Ko-Koro Bar - Talking to Krayzikk: He wasn't sure if he had seen this person before in his life; during his travels, he had seen to many faces... and he was beginning to lose track. Instead of recoiling in shock, he looked back to his drink, and set it down on the counter in front of him. "You're probably right... I never was one to drink anyhow," he said, pushing the glass away from him. He turned to face the Titan who stood before him, merely studying him, trying to determine who he was exactly."I go by Yghari, if you were wondering. What do you call yourself?" he asked, not sure who this person was, or what it was that they wanted from a guy like him. He spoke with some form of manners, so he guessed that he wasn't a thug or anything of the like, but still, you never knew when someone was going to be sent to kill you one day. Maybe this was that day? -Yghari
  5. IC Jokar - Ga-Koro - Talking: He relaxed, and took a breath or two, glancing at Kulamus, and then at Alexin; after a moment of silence, Jokar burst out, telling the tale to the being before him. "So there I was, minding my own business, when this guy comes up from behind, outta nowhere, and blasts me into the water with a blast of lightning- to my shoulder!" he said, casting a glare at the aforementioned Toa. "I went ahead and defended myself; I don't think a Guard would have anything against self defense, would they?" he said to the newcomer, allowing his plant-sentry to die, and slip slowly into the depths of the Ga-Koro water. -Jokar
  6. IC Jokar - Ga-Koro - Fighting:The plant was fried, and dead, but the Toa had elected not to shoot Jokar (a mistake) and instead leap into the water for safety. He quickly replaced the plant, setting it nearby the edge of the lily pad the Toa just leaped off of. He then walked to the edge of the pad, and looked down into the water; what he wanted to see was there- sea weed. Taking control of said underwater plant life, he made the sea weed reach up and grab Kulamus's feet, dragging him down deeper into the water; eventually more sea weed was starting to grab onto him, and he would need to get out of his sticky situation quick, or else he ran the risk of drowning. -Jokar
  7. IC Jokar - Ga-Koro - Fighting:Apparently Jokar was some form of target. He whipped the wall of lily pad around quickly, effectively stopping the blast of lightning in its pursuit to fry Jokar. This guy had a Hau, it seemed, and was using it to defend against any attacks Jokar might throw at him... oh well, he had to release it sometime, and when he did, he'd sure regret it. Using his abilities, he grew a large plant up to his left behind the lily pad, with a large bulbous head atop its stem; the bulb soon opened after the plant was done growing, revealing hundreds of tiny thorns, just waiting to stab something. But it was not meant to stab, it was created to shoot; all of Jokar's years spent in the swamps of Le-Wahi introduced him to the most bizarre forms of life, many of which he learned the secrets of. This current specimen of plant that he had created usually used the thorns in its bulb to defend itself against other plants/rahi/foreign objects that would otherwise try to harm it in some way. Still holding onto the lily pad, Jokar used his power over plant life to detect where Kulamus was standing on the other lily pad, and directed his newly placed 'turret' toward his opponent, and let down his large cover, readying another, smaller shield just in case this guy believed he was going to get another hit on him.-Jokar
  8. IC Jokar - Ga-Koro - Fighting: ALL OF A SUDDEN, a blast of lightning struck the Toa of Plant life in his left shoulder; the blast knocked him off his feet, flying straight into the water of Ga-Koro. Thankfully the lightning that had hit him had dissipated before he hit the water, and he was no electrocuted to a crisp. All Jokar could feel was the drenching water, and the pain in his left shoulder; he looked up to see a mad looking Toa of Lightning.. he assumed he was the one who had shot him in the shoulder. Realizing just how much danger he was in, he leaped out of the water as fast as he could, and folded up the huge lily pad ground that the two stood on, giving him a decently sized bit of cover from the assaulter's lightning attacks. "I really don't know what your problem is; you probably have the wrong guy," he said to the Toa. It was possible that the Toa only wanted to harm other individuals for the pure fun of it (even though that was no fun at all), or that Jokar had become some kind of target... why, he had no idea. As far as he knew, all his debts were paid... but... there was that one Matoran he never gave those two widgets back... would he really go through all this trouble to get back two widgets? .. Naaaaah. -Jokar
  9. OOC: Hello RPG Forum. IC Oura - Ta-Koro - Buying Goods: Finally. FINALLY. At long last, Oura had achieved a state of peace and quiet. Or rather, a life of peace and quiet; he had effectively hidden himself away from Vaarn and his goons, and was now living a peaceful life in solace in the depths and shadows of Ta-Koro. Well, that didn't mean he was living in the alleys, he lived in his own home, and had his own job, but he made absolutely no contact with the natives of the Koro, and stayed out of the community as much as possible. It had been a long while since he had pulled off a job; and for all the kiddies, he didn't mean a robbery, he meant an assassination. His days of being a merc for hire were postponed- at least until he was absolutely sure that Vaarn would never look for him in Ta-Koro again. And to be honest, Oura wasn't sure why Vaarn had gone through all the trouble he had to kill him in the first place; sure, he had plenty of dirt on him, and he had failed the assassination he was hired to perform, but you'd think he would give up trying to get him after almost a month of chasing after his shadow. He hadn't seen Vaarn nor his goons in about a week now, and he was starting to get the feeling that they had given up on finding him. Maybe someone had taken Vaarn down... hm, he would have to check on that, just in case Vaarn was still alive. He walked up to a merchant stand, and quickly purchased some bread, a large case of water, and a few decently sized slabs of Rahi meat. Once done with his business transaction, he then proceeded to carry his goods down the road, and into the living district of Ta-Koro, where he quickly found his house, and entered it. He set the food down on a nearby table, and locked the front door, walking around the house to make sure everything was exactly the way he had left it. Once he was satisfied that everything was alright, he decided that he would take a quick nap, and then head out to where he worked. OOC: He'll be open for interaction in the next post or so. -Oura
  10. IC Jokar - Ga-Koro - Walking:It was a long walk back to Onu-Koro, and Jokar had certainly seen everything there was to see in Ga-Koro; still, he stayed. Perhaps it was the climate, or maybe the bright sunshine, that made him stay in the lively Koro of water. It was certainly more... fun than Onu-Koro was. In Onu-Koro, there were only rocks, but out here, there was light, color, and most importantly, there was a lot of water. Now that didn't mean there wasn't enough water in Rock-Koro, but there was much, much more water out here; and Jokar did like the water. He had lived all over Mata Nui, and how he ended up in someplace like Onu-Koro was quite honestly beyond him. There were no redeeming features that caught his eye there, and the people seemed to always be a bore to him. Sure there were random Rahi attacks, but Jokar never considered pain and fighting to be any sort of fun. He figured he had gone to Onu-Rock to liven up the place a bit, perhaps improve the mood of the sad little underground society. However, after his years down there, his attempts to help brighten the mood in that dull old place had failed. It seemed that it was time to move on. He couldn't come to Ga... no, not here. Here, he would never be seen, there was too much life here, too many colors running around; he would never be seen amid all this liveliness. Oh well, maybe he could get a bite to eat, and then head back home, pack up his belongings, and move off to somewhere with life, but not enough life.OOC: Open for interaction! He's been idling for over a month now, and I'd really like to get this guy going again on some form of interaction. -Jokar
  11. IC Yghari - Ko-Wahi Bar - Drinking:Yghari didn't know what had happened to the last group he had tried to join in on... heck, he didn't even really join them at all, he was just a trial member at first, but then... eh, things got spread apart, and he lost track of the everyone in the group. Now, he was in a Ko-Koro bar, spending a few widgets to buy a few drinks for himself; honestly, it wasn't helping. He never had been a drinker, and he wasn't very into the 'drink-your-problems-away' line of thought. But what can a guy do? He could always go back to helping the innocent, but.. he didn't know, he would never turn down the opportunity to help someone in need, but he just wasn't feeling right at the moment... With a sigh, he simply went back to his drink, downing it in moments, and then paying for yet another.OOC: Yeah, I've been away from BZP for over a month now, and I want to get back into the swing of this role playing thing. I'd appreciate some interaction for this poor chap, if anyone is willing to spare a char or two for him to speak/fight/journey with. -Yghari
  12. IC Ghlist - Le-Wahi - Heading toward Le-Koro:Well... it seemed he was here, in the great jungle that was Le-Wahi. Somehow, it seemed.. denser, than the last time he had been there; not a problem for his axes, though. He had been cutting his way through the thick foliage for about half an hour now, and thankfully, he had been to the Wahi enough in the past that he knew how to navigate the immense mass of green and black. He pitied the fool(coughMr.Tcough) who came into the jungle without any source of guidance... although, sometimes one doesn't have a choice, say he needs to hide from some bandits, well, here's this stupidly huge jungle sitting right here, what better place to hide in than one where no one will ever find you? Of course.. if it was impossible to find anyone in the jungle, then Ghlist would have never been sent there. He had tracked down plenty of escapees, running targets, and his own food in this very wahi, and to be honest, if someone knew what they were doing, then they wouldn't have any trouble finding their way through it. He knew he wasn't close to the village, but he was slowly getting closer to it with every swing of his axes. -Ghlist
  13. IC Ghlist - Po-Wahi - Leaving:Well, he had seen enough of this place to last... well, let's just say he was done with it. Now then... where to next? Somewhere with shade... somewhere with a decent amount of living things.. That instantly put Ko, Ta, and Onu to a degree out of business; he could go to Ga or Le it seemed, if he wanted to see a bit o' green stuff. Eh... he hadn't been to Le in a while, but Ga was closer; then again... Ga was the number one hot spot for Vaarn's goons, even if he didn't order them to go there.. if he were spotted, then there would be a fight, that much he was certain of. Vaarn being who he was.. Ghlist knew he had several people trying to track him down at this very moment. Luckily he had spent enough time doing Vaarn's dirty work that he knew the ins and outs of his business, and the people there too. As to whom Vaarn would send to find him, he did not know; the old man was always picky with who he chose to do what, but he would obviously send the few most likely to defeat him.He could see it now, he probably had a bounty on his head, and the first cool dude to bring him to Vaarn dead or alive would get paid... peh, they were all the same. All they wanted was money, none of them ever seemed to take amusement out of their profession... though, to be honest, Ghlist had never shown much emotion either. Now he was just rambling to himself; Le-Koro it was, he decided, heading out in the direction of said Koro.OOC: Ghlist to Le-Koro.-Ghlist
  14. I don't think it's polite to ask such personal questions, Xhini.-SkarIt's just that something tells me he was writing either the most disturbing or the most hilarious comedy in BZP history.Perhaps it was both. You never can tell. -Skar
  15. I don't think it's polite to ask such personal questions, Xhini. -Skar
  16. Please, I never use BZPower anymore. I continued about my average internet life as if nothing had ever happened in the first place. If it weren't you who posted this topic, Shad, then I wouldn't have even replied.-Skar
  17. Oh geez.. I don't remember. I DO, however, remember my first avatar was this little dude (or not so little):Annnd... I stuck with him for a long while, until I changed it to this: After that... I think I went on to use just the avatars BZP already came with, and I think I went back to Takanuva for... until the downtime, I think. (Oh geez nostalgia everywhere)When BZP came back... I know I changed my name to Skarloth... so I might have kept Takanuva until I changed my avatar to... THIS. Yes, now I remember. Big Macintosh. I think I stuck with him for a couple days, and then switched over to... Her. I think I used her as my av for a few weeks, then I changed over to this: Don't ask me why, I was hyped. After that, I changed it to a picture of Twilight Sparkle holding a newspaper, with a "You've got to be joking" expression on her face. (Sadly, I seem to have lost the image)And then I changed to the one I have now, which is too big to post here in this post. So, yeah, that's the history of my avatar. -Skar

  19. QUESTIONS, QUESTIONS, OH SO MANY QUESTIONS. As far as the community goes, I'm going to have to say FiM. Even though I was really a part of the Bionicle community for about... three full years, I'm going to have to say the Brony community has been more... friendly? Happy? It's something the Bionicle community isn't, so I'll leave it at that. As far as story and merchandise goes... I think Bionicle. The toys were something I could actually play with, and create with as well. MLP just isn't. The story line was just so diverse too, so huge; and I could actually comprehend it, so I knew what was going on through the years.FiM is great by itself, its toyline... not so much. It's the show that everyone is into, not the merchandise. SO, IT SEEMS... I'm split on the question. The two are great franchises, both of which I love. -Skar
  20. Holy- I swear, I used to know a kid who looked exactly like B6, except the fact that he was a mite more chubby. (And he was 14) ... spitting image, almost. o_0 -Skar
  21. Yes. The Person below me does not share my views on Twilight and Twilight Sparkle.-Skar
  22. Some... demon... looking guy... And a pipsqueak partner in front of him?-Skar
