I actually wanted to learn Spanish, but it's learning it is a challenge and a half.

That would have been very awkward... However, the staff would have loved you for it (probably).

It isn't so much the learning Spanish itself that I have a problem with, just that I'm never going to use it. Japanese, on the other hand, would get a lot of use.

Yeah, I'll probably never need to know another language, ever... but, I'd still like to learn one... not exactly easy at all.

And I have trouble with ever writing anything that I myself is actually any good. All of my writing turns out terribly, and I'm the only person who thinks so.

Nothing wrong with that; it just means you don't have natural ego problems.

If you are writing for other people and they think it's good, even if you disagree, just accept their opinion and move on to the next chapter.

If you are writing for yourself... I dunno. I don't, so I can't provide any advice for this one.

Which is what I struggle the most with. My mind tell me that if I don't like it, no one else will like it, which is really problematic when writing comedies most of all, because I keep thinking every single joke stinks.

Oh yes, the word limit is beginning to be quite troublesome. My second attempt *almost* went over the limit as well, and that was with me consciously trying to keep it short from the very first word.

I hate the word limit. It's getting hard to stay under it with all of the ideas I have.

I say that you ignore the word limit and finish the story, then shrink it.

Then you post the full story as a short story afterwards.

I'ts hard for me to forget. Those horrific scenes were my favorite part of the Reboot. I had so much fun writing them... and the reactions of other people made it all that much better...

Oh how I miss those horrible, horrible days. I haven't written RP posts like those for a long, long time... all my current ones are smaller and pale in comparison.

Yeah, but it had to get annoying after a while. I got caught up in the whole rescuing Dreenan thing myself (to my eternal shame ), but after a while it became clear that it was a lost cause.

It didn't rally, those long posts were my favorites, and I look back on them as my greatest Role-playing to this day. But yes, the sheer number of people who tried to save Dreenan was rather surprising to saw the least. And yes, it was a lost cause indeed, I as never planning on her getting free.

Yeah, I may end up doing exactly that.
