The 1st Shadow
Please see the following topic that previously answered your question: Origins of the Bahrag and Kal On another note...How did they get into control of the crane? What crane? The Bahrag were in control of the Bohrok swarms, yes, through the "KRANA." The answer to this is simply that the Great Beings created them with that purpose. The 1st Shadow
Great Beings are gods. They can make what they want when they want it if they have the resources. Technically, they were just a super-advanced branch of the Glatorian race. They were hardly gods in any sense. They had the knowledge, imagination, and technology, yes, but otherwise they were no more extraordinary than Vastus or Ackar. Regitnui
The Great Beings to (say) Ackar is the equivalent of (fully able) Steven Hawking to Husain Bolt (or an MMA Fighter). Same species, radically different specialization. 1 Quote Elemental Rahi in Gen2, anyone? A write-up for an initial video for a G2 plot I really wish everyone would stop trying to play join the dots with Gen 1 and Gen 2 though,it seems there's a couple new threads everyday and often they're duplicates of already existing conversations! Or simply parallel them with a slightly new 'twist'! Gen 2 is NEW, it is NOT Gen 1 and it is NOT a continuation. Outside of the characters we already have I personally don't want to see ANY old characters return. I think it will cheapen the whole experience to those of us familiar with the original line... Besides, it was never said that the GBs were weak or unable to fight, nor was it said that Ackar wasn't highly intelligent. Would you consider government officials to be gods? The Great Beings were powerful rulers with a lot of tech at their hands. Similarly, I wouldn't think of the President of the United States as a god simply because he has greater authority than I do. But would either be considered gods by the other's standards? That is considerably unconfirmed for SM beings. The MUians probably had some sort of reverence for them - after all, the GBs made them - but there's no indication that the SMians treated them with such respect. Just ask Kiina.
