Hapori Tohu
Over on the LEGO Ideas website, a new blog entry has been made addressing the issues with the connection between the head and neck in 21303 WALL-E (which we talk about in our review here). They are currently working to modify the design and have pulled the set from Shop@Home. Once the solution is ready, the sets will be updated and made available again. People who have already bought the set will be able to contact Customer Service to get the pieces necessary for the modification. I didn't think the issue was as bad as some, but it's good to see LEGO taking the problem seriously! masterchirox580
So have lego just improved their business practices or were there just no issues like this in the past? Quote It's time to move on.
Toa Smoke Monster
I guess its good that I haven't decided to get this yet. (If I do get it.) I do think its good that Lego is addressing the problem with the set. Hopefully it won't be too long before its available again to the public.
