This is croulus, a favorite of mine.

he's quite tall, and his leg design is custom, 

because i always thought the HF gun piece could be used as armor.

Whoa!  This guy looks epic!  I love the aesthetic you went with for him with the armor and helmet.  Speaking of the helmet, what is it attached to?  Is that a Knight’s Kingdom 2 head underneath or something else?  Regardless, keep up the great work!

no, it's a HF brain attack head connected with a part 10197 Technic, Axle and Pin Connector Hub with 2 Perpendicular Axles

I like the armored knight with spear look you have here. As you said, the HF guns work well as armor.

Nice job! As others have said, I like the knightly look. I like how well it blends in, he clearly looks like a knight and clearly looks like a Bionicle figure, but neither looks out of place or clashes with the other.

Correct great use. I haven't seen anyone attempt to use it in a decent build based on Samus Aran (metroid games)

As for the knight i commend the fact that the different shades of silver blend quite well together. Not easy since lego used many types of silvers during the construction figure years.

Always love seeing knights kingdom parts being used, those sets had some really cool bits in them. Love the bulky upper body but slender legs. Nice choice of feet to. Feels like he could throw that spear with so much upper body strength that he would need those feet to keep him grounded.
