You Americans . Here you have to wait until sixteen to get your Learner's, then like a year later you're considered a New Driver (like this you're not allowed to drive between midnight and 5:00 a.m., and with only one other person in the car at the most). Then you're like that for two years until you get your full license.

But I think it is a bit different; I seem to remember Arpy got his license before he was sixteen.

You can get your permit before 16, but I know you have to be 16 to get a license. At least, in this state.

You can, at least in my state, be 15 1/2 to get your Permit and then 16 to get your license. If you're enrolled in Driver's Ed, though, you can get the Permit at 15.

 

I'm getting mine next week.
