  1. But saying the giant robot isn't biomechanical would be treason because it or a life form, a giant, robotic being with organic insides (at least o think because it would be more true to the biological chronicle) a story about biomechanical heroes defending the large biomechanical being. Also, Christian Faber once said that the matoran universe is a "biomechanical universe" to where the matoran nanobots love and work to help the great spirit remain healthy.
  2. Most beings in the matoran universe are biomechanical and it seems so it's the red star for it is metal and organic tissue which is how most beings are and I mean Toa, matoran, skakdi and even the giant robot. So if the giant robot is biomechanical so would be the red star? I know there has never been a close up of the red star and it would make more sense that the great beings constructed a smaller robot to help Mata nui achieve his goals. At least that was why the proto type robot was created, but the great beings were powerful and could have easily made a smaller giant robot. Think about this, can we have a "rocket booster"and act like it's a mundane part of the spirit robot or it can be a whole new universe itself. Another giant robot.
  3. Nice try and thank you for all your speculations, but the red star is the third giant robot. Not a space station, not a rocket, a robot. A giant sized bionicle. Quote Pohatu wasnt sure what to expect he had never been inside a star before. When Gaardus opened his wings and stepped away, the Toa of Stone looked around. He was inside a curved hallway. The walls seemed to be a combination of metal bands and organic tissue, much the way he imagined the inside of a Toa would look. Steeling himself, he reached out and touched one of the surfaces. Both metal and tissue were still and cold as ice.
  4. I didn't mean to say anything wrong in my original message, but I must add on I recalled the Tahu theory when I saw an old comic book teaser for bionicle stars where it shows stars and a constellation of Tahu where he has a big star on his heart. I think that could have been Mata nui pointing at the red star, and Tahu being the "red" bionicle star set
  5. Hello my fellow inhabitants. Today I'd like to talk a little about the red star. With many theories already, I can't say for certain this thread will offer any new information but I'll still go on anyway. So first of all what is the red star? It's the place, where all the dead go to be rebuilt and placed back in the robot, but it malfunctioned. The dead would remain inside the star. But moving onward, a toa one stated that the red star "looked like being on the inside of a toa" so my theory is that the red star itself is another giant robot. I don't know how significant that would be, but that's what I think. Another note, I think Tahu and the red star may have something in common, for Tahu was one of the last sets ever sold (Bionicle Stars) and if you think about it, Tahu is the "red star" being the red one out of the bionicle stars sets. So what does this mean now? What does it mean for Tahu? Please share your thoughts. Thank you for reading.
  6. He doesn't have them right now, he also needs his laptop
  7. Thanks for the feedback, I've actually adjusted him since to where he has Tahu's left hand in Lewa's colors, so he has two of those instead of the glatorian hands because the Toa Matas were my favorite from the start
  8. This set makes me feel inferior
  9. This is one of my newer Toa, I decided to make him Toa Kumo, of Air and plantlife. He is my idea of a basic Toa in the Bionicle universe and he is just one of my favorite characters to play with. http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g208/Mata-Nui/IMG_20140403_131552_zpsb4c6d9ab.jpg http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g208/Mata-Nui/IMG_20140403_131753_zps3ac5fa88.jpg
  10. As the rusty Toa canister washes up on the shores of Metru Nui, lights from the canister begin blinking and a tiny alarm sounds before the lid of the canister explodes off into the ground, and biomechanical bones are scattered onto the beach of Le-Metru and a hand comes to life and grabs the limbs and joints of the bones assembling them all together where the bones all attach and form a tall being, and looks around with his dark eyes before spotting the Protodermic Kanohi Hau in the ground and he picks the mask up, and placing it on his face as it magnetically attaches and a surge of power runs through him as the grey toa soon changes to be a bright colorful green color and his eyes begin to glow a bright green hue from the eyeholes of his Hau. Toa Kumo is now awake. He looks around at the horizon of the endless silver sea with the two suns burning in the distance shining a brilliant golden light on the Toa as he takes in a deep breath and then exhales the air in his lungs, and begins to travel inward to one of the forests of Le-Wahi. The toa of air and plantlife makes his way towards the inner city of Le-Metru. His quest begins. http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g208/Mata-Nui/IMG_20140403_131552_zpsb4c6d9ab.jpg (Hello I am new to roleplaying here so I could use some help if you can offer it )
  11. Tuuli

    Takanuva

    10 dollars. Don't make a foolish offer
  12. My favorite collectable, of all time, is that mask of time. My other favorites are my squad of mctoran (McDonalds matoran) and they mean everything to me. Each has thier own character and personality and are simply fun to play with. I remember back when I first started bionicle and the mask packs were just amazing
  13. The tohunga arms from those old McDonalds matoran
  14. Which playset? I remember some Keetorange heads, but that gold head looks awesome! I forgot but it included those rubber tiny visorak I know I think it was "The visorak battle ram" Seems legit I thought about it but I am a fan of the earlier sagas as you can see so I honestly wanted to make Mata Nui as how I thought he was as a kid, the "great spirit" (for I did not know he was a giant robot I thought he was Jesus)
  15. How would I make a Turaga look any different? And he is different because I took the golden face piece from a bionicle playset then put a brain in it and used 2 grey foot pieces and gave him Pahrak Va's staff. Seems legit.
  16. Wow! She is awesome. She even has a feminine look too I don't even now how it's possible but you did it
  17. Hah thanks but how else would people see it
  18. bump Do not 'bump' topics. People will see your topic even if it's not the first in the list. Posts like this are spam and will be deleted. -B6
  19. A few years later... ...The return of a hero. A great Spirit. Turaga Mata Nui. So after the defeat of Makuta, is Mata Nui simply "done"? Well, yes. He is. He has fulfilled his destiny as "Toa Mata Nui" and sacrificed his power to restore the health of Spherus Magna. The mask of life built him this turaga form and he recieved a Kanohi Hau to symbolize his protection over the Matoran. Besides, that's his symbol. http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/g208/Mata-Nui/turagamatanui_zps66d1f857.jpg I tried to use some parts from Onewa to give him a reference to the Sand tribe on Bara Magna, hence the hammer as well. He has a beautiful golden face carved from the great beings themselves. As for the Ignika, it chose to be a toa once more. (or whatever is in your part of the universe). So there you go. Enjoy. Edit: Imaged linked; please keep posted images in BBC to 640x640 pixels! -Wind-
  20. Indeed, Bionicle's end is no doubt a heartbreaking one. I personally liked the story, but at the same time I was not ready for it to end and the Bionicle stars sets while cool and fun to play with, really are a cheap way to end Bionicle. I would have preferred if they had at least made them in their original set forms, like the yellow rahkshi being built like the others, Tahu like he was in '01, Piraka as they once were and don't even get me started on Gresh and Skrall. While I know they were essential to that part of the storyline, I just wished they had brought back more classic sets, such as a bohrok or maybe even Lewa Nuva. But what's done is done sadly but we can still pray for the return of Bionicle.
  21. So I think Von Nebula from hero factory was actually kinda like the last stand of Bionicle because he's all bionicle, admit it! I think the Lego group made that stupid name for him and the other HF enemies because they wanted to give the bionicle fans a final chance, so people would full in the blanks of what happens next in bionicle: Spherus Magna! Where people could create the new enemies. Goodbye bionicle.
