Banana Gunz
I personally have never been a huge fan of Chima. Even Ninjago was still interesting and caught my interest, but Chima just feels so exclusively targeted towards children story-wise, and the strange animal vehicles/characters were never very appealing. So what about you? Would you rather see Chima discontinued and replaced with another theme, or would you be upset to see it go? The 1st Shadow
Isn't this rather similar to this topic? Anyway, I wouldn't miss it too much, but I do think they can get a bit more out of it. Toa Smoke Monster
I never got into Legend of Chima set-wise or story-wise, so I wouldn't be sad to see it go and/or replaced by another Lego theme. UnderscoreChronix
Chima's last wave of sets will be released early 2015, and the show has already ended.
dotcom
Not particularly. I was and am a big fan of the sets and minifigures, I like the animal motifs and high level of detail they had, respectively. That being said, the story was awful all around (I guess. haven't seen the third season but don't expect much of anything) and I never really got into the 2014 sets (at least, the ones for the good guys). So I wouldn't be particularly broken up about it, and I guess it would let me catch up on the sets and minifigs I want without worrying about future releases. Shrugs. Banana Gunz
Isn't this rather similar to this topic? *snip* I was inspired by it, but this topic is different and is about people's opinions on whether or not they would want to see it go. Aanchir
I mean, not particularly. It had some great sets and creative characters, but three years is a good run, and if all themes were kept going indefinitely there'd never be room for new ones. From what I've heard it also sounds like there's been some effort to wrap up the story, so if the theme DOES end next year, it will presumably be on a better note than, say, Exo-Force. Sybre
While the TV show was okay, I don't think I'm gonna miss this theme. I honestly think that it has the potential to go on, but if it's going away, oh well. Quote mindeth the cobwebs
fishers64
Chima was okay, but it wasn't too special really. I liked the bird-figs, but y'know, I got them. Nothing really much else to draw me in. Quote Hero Factory RPG | Bionicle Mafia XXIX: Storyline & Theories
Shaymin36
Eh, I would miss it a lot more if BIONICLE didn't come back. I really liked the theme, though I never got many sets.I'd say yes, but really only the show. The sets I don't care too much about. Edited December 23, 2014 by Shaymin36 Quote The Master of Shaymins. Rooster Nui
I don't think I'll be sad to see it go. I purchased the six 2013 constraction sets and I've watched all episodes of the show, having slight interest in the story, but apart from that I don't have much interest in it as a theme overall. Kopekemaster
I had hopes for it when it was teased however many years ago, but have not really been interested or liked it at all. So, no. Not at all. It always seemed a little too similar to Ninjago in a way, too. Quote My Writing Blog (more writing coming soon!)
