Hapori Tohu
St. Pancras International Station in London is now sporting quite the holiday centerpiece. Gizmodo reports on a 12.2 meter (40 feet for us in the US) tall Christmas tree that has been erected in the station. It has over a thousand decorations and is made up of over 600,000 LEGO bricks, plus some steel reinforcement. Certainly seems easier to maintain than a real tree! Sumiki
At first I didn't know what in tarnation a St. Pancreas was, until I realized that my mind was adding an A do it.Not exactly the most innovative use of LEGO, but you have to admire the sheer dedication of the builder(s). Toa Smoke Monster
If the article didn't say that this was made out of Lego bricks, I would've thought that the Christmas tree was real.
