Ontocron Posted August 9, 2015 Share Posted August 9, 2015 I modeled the Kanohi Suletu - Mask of Telepathy - in its original, inorganic form. The mask that allows the wearer to read the mind of another. This is my idea of what the mask looked like before becoming the mutated version Kongu Inika used. I tried to keep the design consistent with the design of the rest of the 'normal' Kanohi, but still instantly recognizable (which was pretty simple for this particular mask). Perfectly suited for any Toa of Air or Sonics. I intend to create all six inika Kanohi in this way. My custom Kanohi Suletu is available on Shapeways. Rooster Nui Posted August 9, 2015 Share Posted August 9, 2015 That's pretty cool! I can definitely see it looking this way if it wasn't in its organic form in Kongu's 2006 set. Plus, it being symmetrical should make some people happy. The asymmetrical concept of the official set version ticked some people off. Good job. Sumiki Posted August 9, 2015 Share Posted August 9, 2015 I really like the look of this; it's got a very Stuart Sayger kind of vibe, which honestly fits really well with the '06 journey through Karzahni. It still looks a little organic, but I think that has more to do with the texture of the material than anything else. I'm looking forward to seeing what you do with the other organic masks!
