I'm not really sure if it was Bionicle but Im sure it was listed under Bionicle games. There was a red guy, a blue guy, a yellow guy and a green guy. They were all on wheels and in this area place. You would fight until you won. I think we're talking 2002 at the earliest here becuase I remember a Tahnok Bohrok as the avatar for Bionicle section I think.I used to love this game.
