It's snowing once again here. I don't think we've had this much snow in one year the entire time I've lived here(10+ years now). So yay for snow.
Then again, it would snow during winter break, the one time I don't have school on a weekday.

Dead Space Extraction was bad. Reminded me of a really large version of the GFS Valhalla.
Main problem was that it was far too predictable(as for when "scary" things would happen). Maybe that's bc I didn't play it at like 2 in the morning though. I heard that's what you have to do to get the full experience.

All right, I have some ideas for how the next sort of segment of season 5 of the TBTTRAH series(Vundas and Aftermath) is going to go, and how the two stories themselves will intertwine several times during the next few months. However...I'm still having a little trouble on one part.

Ok, well...this is gonna be a busy week. Two things to vote on right off the bat: Since Brenmac has disappeared for now, he wasn't able to approve a membering request for Toa Blackout, who would like to join. So basically we're voting on whether we allow him in or not, and I fully approve of his membering, as does MoC, so he's already ahead 2-0.

Well, I had a lot of free time today since the roads were all iced, so I decided to take some of my Bionicles outside and shoot pictures. MT(my self MoC) went on going for a snow "adventure" of sorts.

I started outside on the balcony above the deck(if any of you read Aftermath, the balcony is where the AFL announcers stand, and the deck is where the AFL fights take place). That's where I found Omega, and he decided to join our snow adventure.

Both Halo: Reach and Metroid: Other M had seasonal release dates set recently. Some of us were expecting Reach to be released in Fall of 2010, but now it's officially announced. As for the Metroid title, no sure release date is set for it in the USA, but it's seasonal release date is summer of 2010 in Japan, so expect it in other parts of the world in winter of 2010.

I appreciate all the PMs sent asking why Aftermath was closed. It's kinda nice to know that a writer does have fans(even though I knew that already, but constant reminders never hurt).
As for why it was...I have about as much idea as any of you do. No reason was given as to why it was closed, so I have asked the mods to look into this. I can speculate as to why it may have been closed, and as weird as it sounds, it may be BZP acting up.

It seems like this is a relatively unknown issue, but an earthquake happened yesterday that measured 7.0 on the Richter scale and killed thousands of people.

Mesonak has agreed to host some of the fights, including Levacius vs. Takanuva Star, Sonu vs. Rahkshi Star, Tahu Mata vs. Jaller Mahri, and Antroz vs. Mata Nui. Mesonak will continue to host matchups for the first three rounds. If anyone else wants to host matchups, send me PM.
