So I was watching some of The Legend Reborn today and I never realized how hilarious Bone Hunters are in that movie. When I see them, all I can think of are Covenant Grunts from Halo; they're short, have a hysterical yet moot ambition to kill the heroes, and are essentially canon fodder. I came to this realization when I saw Ackar, in the Battle of Roxtus, completely disregard his shield and sword and kick a Bone Hunter in the face.

Just got back from seeing "Up" with my cousins, mom and brother. I have to confess that I find myself... disappointed.
When I saw some of the previews for this movie, I can honestly say that it was the first Disney/Pixar movie I genuinely had an interest in since The Incredibles. Cars never really looked that great, an neither did Ratatouille, though I actually liked that one once I saw it. WALL-E did look interesting, but I was far more into The Dark Knight at the time.

Well, I beat Scratches. Oh. My. God.
I had glanced at a couple walkthroughs -- they all said "Climb through the wall and you beat the game!" and "Climb through that hole and you're done!" Never did I expect an ending quite like that. I won't spoil it, but ironically, just before I thought "Wow, there weren't as many scary things in this game as I thought." Heh. Hehehe. Two seconds later I met the motherload.
But you still never figure out what exactly happened! Who was that guy at the end?
For the past several years, the earliest we have gotten snow was, oh, December 28th-ish. We often got it as late as mid-February. But now, as of December 5th, IT IS SNOWING. HARD.

My roommate at college last year learned that I was a StarCraft fan and had me play his copy of Dawn of War: Soulstorm. Fell in love with it, ridiculously fun game.
I was thinking of getting it for myself to play on my own and at home when on break, but I was wondering: Should I get the original Dawn of War, or should I just skip right to the newer Dawn of War II?
For whatever reason, I watched Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame the other day for the first time since seeing it in theaters. One particular scene, where Frollo is singing in front of his fireplace, just completely went over my head in theaters when I was six years old. Now, at age seventeen, I understand the meaning of the song and why my mother was a little iffy when she first heard the lyrics.

Well, I just joined. My uncle had a bad problem last week (rather not say what, too personal), and now he's in the hospital. While there today, he had a massive heart attack and stroke. He's not doing well. The doctor's aren't expecting anything good, they're not sure if he'll survive or not.

Just got back from seeing Predators. I consider myself a pretty big Predator fan. The first movie was an instant classic, the sequel was pretty good, the AVP movies were pretty embarrassing, though the first wasn't too bad.
That being said, I loved this new movie. Go see it, it's the best since the original. Already I want to go see it again, because I feel like I may have missed some background stuff that would've made it even more awesome.

Kay, so for my Word Processing class, our final project is a PowerPoint presentation on whatever we want. It has to be at least twenty slides, it needs clip art, scanned pictures, pictures from the internent, yanno, stuff like that. Problem is, I have no idea what to do it on. The teacher suggested we do friends and family, but I'm not a people person and have few non-family friends by choice, so I'll be lucky if I can get seven slides out of that.
Any ideas would be appreciative.
I started playing Warrior Within for the third time on Sunday (or was it Saturday?) in hopes of getting the secret ending. I haven't reached that point in the game yet, but it's guaranteed, because I got all nine Upgrade Pedestals and the Water Sword! YAYZEES!!! I finally -- FINALLY -- get to kill the Dahaka, which will be SO sweet after almost three years (got the game Christmas 04) and three times playing through of that wretched beast chasing me and me freaking out.
