I'd say Mirror's edge had some good tracks, helped with the setting and tone of the game. The jewel of the soundtrack is "The Shard Puzzle" it's all techno if you're into that.

Star Ruler

Rayman 2

Deus Ex: Human Revolution

Bastion

Frozen Synapse

Shatter

Cthulhu Saves the World

Madballs in... Babo Invasion

There are more I like, but those are my absolute favorites.

My favorites are:

Golden Sun 1-3

Zelda Twilight Princess & OoT

And currently the first Mass Effect

All three series have great music, and if you can get your hands on the Live soundtracks for Zelda/Nintendo, you will be in Video Game Music Heaven!

Agreed; "The Shard Puzzle" is definitely one of the better tracks from Mirror's Edge.

In no particular order:

  • Super Mario Galaxy (both 1 and 2)
  • Mirror's Edge
  • Portal 2 (and most other Valve games too)
  • Bastion
  • The Neverhood (So wonderfully quirky)
  • Shatter
  • LEGO Racers
  • Ace Attorney games (plus the orchestral and jazz OSTs)
  • Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan (both 1 and 2)

Probably lots more, but I can't think of them at the moment. That's most of my top favorites though.

Woo, moar Portal 2 fans!

Also, I haven't really played any Zelda games, as I'm not a big fan. So I have no idea what their soundtracks sound like. *Looks up*
