Scanty Demon Posted February 22, 2012 Depends, personally I might say no. Then again I can ride a bike. Quote Link to comment
xccj Posted February 22, 2012 Random Answer: 4 It's not an essential skill but it can be useful. On the other hand, my experience with bikes involves lots of accidents and injuries... so maybe you avoided something like that. Quote Link to comment
Sumiki Posted February 22, 2012 I never learned how to either. I always sort-of did, but it was never really necessary. Quote Link to comment
Let's Henshin! Posted February 22, 2012 Am I the only one who finds riding a bike pretty much essential. I mean that's my favored method of transportation. *shakes head at everyone* What has the world come to? Quote Link to comment
Legolover-361 Posted February 22, 2012 Biking is awesome. It's a method of exercise and transportation that doesn't involve walking, which makes it cool in my book. That said, I don't think it's particularly bad that you don't know how to ride a bike, but I do think you (and everyone else who doesn't know how to ride a bike here) are missing out on a nice little hobby. Grantaire Posted February 22, 2012 biking and swimming go hand in hand with me. I'm essentially a Po-matoran; I like to keep my feet on the ground as much as possible. Quote Link to comment
Brickeens Posted February 22, 2012 No big deal if you don't know how to, but at the same time, it's a very useful skill, and there's little to it. Quote Link to comment
Let's Henshin! Posted February 23, 2012 My three methods of exercise: Biking, Swimming, and Hiking. Also what happened to the days when pretty much everyone rode Bikes everywhere. If not that, then at least the days when the newspaper boy delivered via bike. Quote Link to comment
Grantaire Posted February 23, 2012 Around here, papers are delivered via car, and each route is massive. Farewell, days of the small paperboy. :/ Quote Link to comment
Voltex Posted February 24, 2012 ...I didn't realize people didn't learn how to ride bikes. I dunno; it's not really necessary, but I do find it a useful skill. Just like someone who can actually speak French (unlike me) in addition to English finds it a useful skill. Quote Link to comment
