I'm in Northern Virginia but like I said I'm not selling any of them yet. Just trying to get an idea of their value from interested buyers/collectors.

I would say anything upwards of $50 is unreasonable for that mask, even sealed, given how readily available they are on eBay for lower prices.

Don't call me an expert on this. 

Looking at this on Brickset, the set has a fair number of rarer parts - including one that only appears in this set. That may increase its value with time. Unless Lego decides to release more of a particular shade of curved slope. 

Also the Zane fig, while fairly common in Ninjago, may appreciate among collectors who want that exact fig. It's a smaller and less prominent set, however, which may not work in your favor in retaining value for the whole thing - it depends on how well the parts rarity is recognized at the market. Or it could be viewed as the cheapest way to get a lot of rare parts, Bricklink aside - this is the cheapest set for those parts. 

So yeah, I'd say that the odds are good that it would go up, yeah. Especially if the more expensive sets with those parts get more expensive, and they will. 

(With that said, that's not my interest. I just want a Zane fig, am interested in the trans-green parts for MoCing, and think that the the snake thing makes a nice display piece. I'd open it without a qualm.)
