Winter Serials Preview

As I finish off the first three Chapter Ones, a quick preview of the winter serials --

#1 - At the end of last year's Gali Nuva Blog, we learned how Tahu and Kopaka had been sent on a mission by the Order of Mata Nui to quell a series of active volcanoes on a southern islands. Now, the Order sends a bizarre team -- Brutaka, Roodaka, Makuta Spiriah, Vezon, Carapar and Takadox -- on a suicide mission to that same island to save a potential wild card in the conflict to come -- the original leader of the Brotherhood of Makuta!

#2 - Makuta Mutran remembers the past history of the Brotherhood. Learn new secrets about the BOM and its Plan, as well as more about events like the Matoran Civil War and the exploits of Brotherhood members elsewhere in the universe.

#3 (biocast) -- Takanuva journeys to Karda Nui through the unpredictable power of Brutaka's mask, only to wind up somewhere very different indeed -- a pocket dimension where Toa Nidhiki allied himself with Toa Tuyet (during the events of "The Many Deaths of Toa Tuyet") and killed Lhikan. Tuyet's power led the Toa down a dark path of oppression and murder, leaving the survivors of the Brotherhood and the Dark Hunters as the only force left to fight for freedom in the universe!

The original BoM leader? Wow, this will be good. Glad to see the island will have more signifigance.

Pocket dimensions? Very cool, this will be quite interesting to hear. I'm glad we'll learn more about Tuyet.

It's also great to hear about the Makuta flash backs. I bet there will be a bunch of things that send us into a frenzy. :)

Thanks Greg!

Awesome! Geez, Tuyet seems to be a huge characte in all the biocasts!!! LOL, anyway, I'd be glad to see MoMN's predecessor. Was he good or evil?

Great to hear the BoM's history from Mutran's mind, Because he's my favorite Makuta, and his being 'a little off' might add to the plot.

O.O Whoa! This'll be huge... The ORIGINAL Leader of the BoM? That means... Do we learn who gave MoMN his Kraakhan? Cool about the BoM Flashback. So THAT'S how Taka gets to Karda Nui. This'll be interesting... Can't wait for it!

Woot! That last one will be a heck of a story! :D

I'm glad to see that Nidhiki and Tuyet still are in the story at times even though they are dead too. :)

Brutaka leading a team of infamous criminals to help the toa defeat the brotherhood.

... That's a rather... odd... combination. : )

It will be interesting to hear the Brotherhoods story from Mutrans point of view.

I don't entirely understand the biocast, but I don't download them, so I'll just read them in the handy-dandy referance center. : )

Nothing like a parallel dimension to brighten up a story. I'm going to love these stories. 1. is probably going to be my favorate (Blame Roodaka) 3. being a close second.

Number two sounds great too.

Can't wait

Wow! This is... great!

Takanuva in a pocket dimension where the BOM and the DH are freedom fighters?! That sounds like fun!

And I can't wait for the strike team... that's going to be awesome.

#1: Oh, man. Not only do we get perhaps one of the greatest teams ever, they're trying to get to the original BoM leader. Awesome....

#2: Cool. BoM history. And through the eyes of the Makuta that I am perhaps the most interested to learn about.

#3: YES!!!!! Takanuva, and an ALTERNATE BIONICLE TIMELINE?!?!?! Hu hu hu...

I am predicting a lot of internal conflict in the strike team in #1. But that only makes things more interesting. I wonder how long until Vezon drives everyone around him as crazy as he is...

In number two, this is going to be a hayday for the people on Biosecter1.

And number three is perhaps the one I'm looking forward to the most. Takanuva going through an alternate timeline. I love things like that. Always have. My favorite stories in TV shows and books and comics is when something happens and they find themselves in an alternate timeline or reality.

That suicide mission team is one of the best things I've heard in ages. I can't imagine they'd get along too well. Great work Greg, I look forward to reading it.

#1: Sounds really good to me. The team is made up of all sorts of funny folk, and original leaders rock. :P

#2: Appears to be in the style of Legacy of Evil. If it is, it'll be great.

#3: Rather random in my eyes, but that's probably the point. It'd have been more fun IMO though, if Takanuva had just landed in some remote desert or jungle or somewhere. This pocket dimension stuff gets weird quite quickly.

Anyway, looking forward to the first two and I'll follow the third as well.

Ehm... I belive that having serials is good, but this... I just can say a big THANKS. I'm dying to see who's the original BoM leader, as well to see more about the BoM, and how Takanuva manages to get out of that pocket dimension.

1. Ah, so he escaped the purge then, I assume? Or did he simply retire long before the original plan began?

2. Told by Mutran? You must be so happy about that XD

3. Alternate dimensions? Sweet...
