Well, if it's a little kid, then if he wants it to be a bad guy then he immediately makes it a Makuta because that's all he knows.

If it's us mature folk, then we know that if we MOC a bad guy, to make him a class of his own. Or, considering we realize that there are too many Makuta in BBC, we MOC a Dark Hunter that could actually be a DH. But I think MOCing a new class of bad guy is the preferred bad guy.

But don't people complain about humanoids?

I haven't taken a really good look around BBC in awhile, but wouldn't you prefer Makuta, over toa?

I know I'd prefer to see more Makuta. And yes, I'm guilty of making one, though the topic's been dead for awhile now.
