9. On the Roxtus topic, what's the city like? Is it free roaming Skrall and Rock Agori, or is it more militaristic, like the Agori know their place and just stay there, as well as the Skrall, or is it actually free roaming?

 

9) I think the best analogy is Sparta. The military is everything, and everyone who isn't in the military supports the military

Darnit, I haven't thought it through that much. The Skrall would work better as Persians, but the fact that Roxtus is really SPARTAAAAAAA is hard to ignore... ~Dlakii
