Laughing Man Posted November 18, 2009 Wow. Total ripoff. Shh, if you listen carefully enough, you can almost hear the sound of the impending disqualification. Link to comment
Phauxx Lightning Posted November 18, 2009 Wow. Talk about unoriginality. BTW, cool new blog name. Link to comment
SPIRIT Posted November 18, 2009 Wait, so if your DNA has been copied, does that make the other entry a clone? Link to comment
Ziko Posted November 18, 2009 Wait, so if your DNA has been copied, does that make the other entry a clone? The logic... it.... makes too much sense.... Fascinating development. Link to comment

Vezok's Friend Posted November 18, 2009 Wait, so if your DNA has been copied, does that make the other entry a clone? Gwaaaaaaaaaaah! There goes my brain. Awesome quote. ~Cade Moc-Mitosis! But the stand is different, I think that classifies this Copied Strand of DNA as a singular mutation. Yes, this is the kind of thing going through my mind after finishing a biology major... Tufi Piyufi Posted November 21, 2009 I can't believe I keep having to deal with all this. Posting a blog entry just to bash another MOC as a 'ripoff' is so very, very far from good sportsmanship. There's even no reason to really suspect plagiarism: the core is a design that's been in the fandom for closing on ten years, the pins/axles are rendered in an entirely different way, and it only follows that such a thing would need a wide base of some sort. It is anything but an impossibility that this MOC was actually conceived without ever seeing your entry. You get one more chance. Apologize and clean up your behaviour, or you will be disqualified. This is not the conduct I want to see in contest-goers. And to the commenters joining in on the slagging: not cool, guys. I don't want to see any of you act like this again. Link to comment
Cade the Pokeathlete Posted November 21, 2009 I apologize on my part, I really didn't want to bash the other guy. I see too many differences for either one to be copying the other anyway. ~Cade Link to comment
