>Has 3D (Apparently pop-out) graphics

Touching with touchscreen pop-out-3D? Seems disorienting and weird to me.

Some say there is a film like the ones on 3D glasses in front of the screen that gives the 3D effect. Which is kinda cool because then it comes with its own screen protectors.

Also whether it's a train wreck or it's awesome, it will probably still be blinding. :P

The camera(s?) track yer face, and they know where yer lookin' at it from, and they move the images in accordance.

IT'S TRIPPY MAN

Oh finally, a good use for the camera sensor. :P

I expect that to be laggy though. >.> Still, I wouldn't move my head around unless I'm all like "oooh trippy graphics" and just want to see it move. Lol.

Silly Nintendo
I don't move my entire head when looking at a game, just my eyes.
And this whole 3-D thing is way overrated, in my opinion. Do you really need your games to look that realistic? It's just a game, for heaven's sakes.
*goes and oogles his awesome HDMI-enabled PS3*
Never mind. 3D would be totally awesome.

Anything can play 3D already, you just need glasses and the games need to be made to be 3D. *points to soon-to-be-released Arkham Asylum Special Edition*

They've been making movies that come with 3D glasses, the only special thing about the 3DS is that you won't need glasses, which, while it's been done before, isn't terribly common.

I presume it'll be a new sort of gameplay. The demos (which I can't link you to on account of THAT VIDEO SITE) show you having to use it to look about rooms to find things that are hidden behind other things; and lining up things.

Not sure what else can be done with it, but I guess we'll see.

I expect lag too but I don't think they'd release it if the lag was bad.

That's for the DSi, though.

Oh how I wish that was the case. =O That would be nice... Especially with the screen protector thing. =P
