Rob is awesome. He distracts you with weirdly awesome videos and stuff, and when you're feeling sad/having problems, he has some kickin' advice and viewpoints. Plus he's generally the coolest.

Rob is a genuinely awesome person, and conversations with him are invaluable. I have learned a lot from talking with him. As Smeag said, his advice is so very helpful.
