I reckon you still should have got a fez. Fezzes are cool (and could be used for other costumes)

A fez would have been near-impossible for me to get by the time I got the jacket. Until 2 days ago I did not have a jacket, and he doesn't wear the fez without the jacket on.

You seem to look a bit snazzy for the Eleventh Doctor, but w/e. Maybe if you ruffled your hair a bit, it'd look perfect. B)

Perhaps. My hair is pretty flat/straight, save for when I wake up (sometimes).

(If I hadn't cut it three weeks ago it would have been a better length too. But I can't control factors like that. It was getting too long for my liking; I was not holding out until Halloween.)

Really nice, despite glaring lack of fez.

I sure hope you don't strive for the same uniqueness if you ever attend Comic Con, or Dragon*Con, or any geeky con for that matter. (There were a lot in Comic Con pictures.)
