  1. The good news is I got a bag of Goldfish crackers! The better news is I'm finally in an air-conditioned room! (I was out for a bit, and our car's AC is busted) The bad news is I can't work at Sharper Image because I'm not 18 yet. The horrible news is my baby sister is throwing up, but has no fever. (She's 10 months old) UPDATE: My sister is feeling much better! She proably just had an upset stomach. Thanks for the prayers Turakii! ,4^
  2. There's this mall that's being built near where I live and it opens in October. Their having this "Job Fair" where you can pick up pamphlets, application forms, etc. and choose where you want to work at the mall. I was going to apply to work in Sharper Image and when they saw me, the seemed excited that I was going to apply. (My mom said it was my look. ) Unfortunately, the manager said they were looking for someone 18 or older. I'm 16. I might make sure if I actually can't apply tomorrow. the application form doesn't say you have to be 18. Hopefully they'll change their mind. After that, I came up to a Starbucks booth, and the guy there seemed excited to meet me too. Apparently have this techno guy coffee house thing going on. So I got an application form for that too. Even though I hate coffee, I'm still considering it. I also got an application form for the Malco theater that'll be there, but I'm not as excited about that. The guy behind the counter (most likely the manager) seemed... inexplicably strange. But I still think it'll be fun to work at a theater. Free movies! (possibly) Well, I'll see what happens. Tomorrow's the last day of the "Fair," so, that's when I need to turn in the forms. I really want to work at Sharper Image! ,4^
  3. I made this a few days ago from just experimenting and fooling around in Photoshop. I think it turned out pretty good! I made this planet in Photoshop, then inserted it into a picture of a city skyline, made some color corrections and voilà! The result. ,4^
  4. I found it after reading a Photshop tutorial on how to make that logo. The font is called Banana Split. You can download it here. ,4^
  5. Ew. I'd never eat that. Sounds unappetizing. I totally agree with you though. If they keep that up America will become known for their population of corpulent beings. heh, my hotdog preferences are just opposite of yours. Favorite hot dog to microwave: Oscar Meyer Wieners Favorite hot dog to grill: Ball Park Franks Favorite topping: Mustard & Ketchup ,4^
  6. I got this in my e-mail inbox today. I thougt it was interesting, so I decided to share it with anyone who reads this blog. Glad I don't live in the 1500's. ,4^
  7. This afternoon my family and I visited some sort of cavern. It was cool see all those strange rock formations. And there were may ancient fossils of ocean creatures. That was cool. The tour wasn't what I expected. Our guide was a girl who was probably between 14 and 15 years old. It was a very small, almost run-down place. We were expecting something a little more arousing. But it's a privately owned cavern, so... Anyway, on our way there there was a sun shower. But not any normal sun shower. This one poured and poured while it was still sunny! That was totally refreshing, since our car's AC is broken. Then the rain stopped before we got there. On our way home however, it was completely cloudy and poured even harder! I think it's still raining. In other news... My website got totally "pimp'd!" I completely changed the layout and added some CSS features I've recently learned. Go check it out! ,4^
  8. I've just made a newer version of the previous banner shown two entries ago. This one's pimp'd up a notch. [img=http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Air-Master/Blogness/pmb_banner.jpg] And an avatar to match! [img]http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Air-Master/Blogness/pmb_av.jpg[img] Feel free to use them! ,4^
  9. I'm going to "Pimp my Blog," so if everything is all jumbled up and stuff, don't worry and complain and all that suff that breaks out from strong-willed people who insist on their way of life. I'm working on it. Ok, I pretty much finished. But there's this anoying space of empty pixel in the navigation list, and it's not from any of the images. (I checked.) Oh well, maybe it's just a glitch. ,4^
  10. Thanks! Sorry about the "jaggedness" on the text. I forgot how to make the text smooth. XD ,4^
  11. Hey, you used my image! Thanks! I wasn't sure if anyone was going to use that or not. This fad seems to be spreading quickly. ,4^
  12. You beat me! Well, to posting your logo and banner here anyway. (Why didn't I think of that.) But I must say, the green looks much better than what I did. (IMO) But if any of you like various shades of orange, you could use mine! My Logo My Sig
  13. Woah, that freaked me out for a second. I almost had a heart attack! I was not expecting that. (Though I don't see how it ever could be expected.) ,4^
  14. I was reading Omi's blog, and I really like that whole "Pimp My Blog" concept. I thought that was hilarious, and it seems to be spreading already, so I made images for people to use when they pimp their blog! [img=http://www.majhost.com/gallery/Air-Master/Blogness/pimpmyblog.gif] ^Like it?^ Another option is: [img=http://www.majhost.com/gallery/Air-Master/Blogness/emge.gif] You can use the banners below for your own purposes. Have fun! ,4^
  15. This could be a new fad! I made this banner for anyone who's pimp'd their blog. Feel free to use! [img=http://www.majhost.com/gallery/Air-Master/OtherImages/pimpd_blog.gif] ,4^
  16. Turns out I got Hewkii and Hahli! I thought I had enough for the rest, but I didn't. So I got Hewkii and Hahli! (I already said that.) They're awesome! I can't wait to get Nuparu and Jaller! My sister and I were reinacting scenes from Power Play and listening to songs to see who could sing what in each song! (For a band.) *sees Jaller singing lead vocals in Hawk Nelson's "Hello"* I'm so glad I got them! What with Hewkii's original color scheme and chain, and Hahli's "faded jeans," They're awesome! ,4^

We had pizza for dinner! ,4^
  18. The Japanese word for tiger is tora. I believe it's pronounced TOE-rah. So, written in Katakana, it would be
  19. Wow, I thought you lived in a suburban-type area. That looks like somewhere around where I live! But I think there's more trees here. Anyway, awsome photos! I love the way the sky looks! Hey look, a helicopter! ,4^
  20. Finally! The past few months have been totally hot, between 75-106° F. Well, the entire sky is a flat white color now and everything is wet. At first I'm like, "FNALLY!" *runs outside with excitement, only to find it's still hot and now totally humid.* Hopfuly it will be cooler by the time I go out tonight. My family and I are going to the mall, Barnes & Noble and Toy's R Us. Mostly to just go out, because we've been cooped up in our house for so long. And I have to pick up a book I ordered at Barnes & Noble. (Not to mention I want to wear my new clothes out somewhere. ) While we're at TRU, I plan to get the rest of the Inika. Though I might just get Hewkii and Hahli. We'll see. ,4^
  21. Mine too! I love the sound of the rain and the roaring surprize of the thunder. It just feels refreshing! Congrats! I actually haven't read your entry yet, but I'm looking forward to it! I can see Jack Sparrow saying that now! ,4^
  22. My socks smell like rocks! ,4^
  23. It's Wednesday, and Wednesday is when we usually go grocery shopping. I don't usually go, but I went to see if Wal-Mart had any Inika. I was particularly after Hewkii. Our whole family ended up going, except my dad. He was at work. And once we get there, we stop at McDonald's for lunch. My sisters got happy meals, and I must say, the toy they got is pretty cool for a happy meal toy. They got a PotC Pirate journal thing. I saw the image of the toys they have. I like that that Jack Sparrow plushy! Anyway, we start the shopping, but first I go check out the Bionicle stuff. My sister came with me, and when I got there, I almost overlooked them. Those canisters are huge! I'd say they're about the size of the Nui Rama box! As you probably saw in the Hahli review, the canisters are 9" tall (aprox. 18cm), and the width is the same as the width of a CD case. Well, all they had was Kongu and Matoro. No Hewkii. So I got both Kongu and Matoro. They also had V&F, and Axxon, and I had enough money for all of them, but I thought it wiser to wait a little longer. After I put them in our cart I remembered that I needed clothes. I literally only had two pairs of pants that fit, and of all the shirts I have, Only a few are appropriate for summer, and I was getting tired of repetitively wearing them. So I asked if I could get some clothes, and my mom was all "Oh yes, definitely, you need more cloths. Go pick some and you can try them on." So I chose a bunch of clothes I liked, and tried them on. This one pair of jeans I liked was too small, and they didn't have any more, and two shirts we ended up not getting. And there was this pair of tan urban pants I liked, but my mom didn't like them, so I couldn't get them. But I did get a similar pair, though it was black camo. They're awesome. After that we did actual grocery shopping. I'm so glad I got Kongu and Matoro. They're better than I expected! Below are some pictures I took. Kongu Matoro Strike a Pose Matoro using his Iden ,4^
  24. Translated: "Hello, how are you? I'm currently learning to speak Japanese! Well, mostly to read and write it, but you need to be able to speak the language too. This is the first secondary language that I enjoy learning! It's easier for me than any other language to learn. I'm particularly learning how to write in the Katakana form of Japanese. That's a good basic to start on, since foreign and food words are written in that style. You can go here to learn basic Japanese. Go here for a Katakana character list. To write words, you just add the characters sounds together. e.g. you could add the "me" and "nyu" characters together to make "menyu", or "menu". Get it? Have fun! ,4^

    Ka-chow!

I saw Cars yesterday! It was hilarious! I might be able to see it again once my family gets back from Pennsylvania. Today's my last day at my grandparents. I'm going home this afternoon! There's nothing like the comfort of your own home. I can't wait to go home, because there's not much to do here. I've pretty much been listening to my iPod, sketching stuff and reading. ,4^
