This. The lyrics sound nice, and I can sort of imagine how it's supposed to sound when you say Dylan-esque, so I can kinda form some sort of tune, but really, it's difficult because I have no clue what you're on about with "G, C, G, D, G". Chords? I'm assuming they're for the guitar, because if they were on the piano, it would need to be way more elaborate.
